Hershey Kiss Martini
Cara T.

Loved this lounge for a nightcap! There are lots of tables as well as bar seating. It was hopping when we walked in, but we were able to get a table and the service was quick and efficient. We all got the signature hershey kiss martini. It was so unique! It is a clear chocolate martini with a chocolate rim and a hershey kiss. It tasted like a stronger version of a chocolate martini, without the creaminess you normally get. It was weird at first to wrap your head around, but I really liked it! You definitely can't get a drink like this anywhere but Hershey PA! They had a long list of seasonal cocktails that all looked great. Next time, I would definitely try the apple cider mule! They also have a food menu with different apps and every table got complimentary snacks which included spicy olives, bloody mary peanuts, and candied almonds. I look forward to grabbing a drink again here next time I am at the Hershey hotel!

Reese's martini and Charcuterie Pretzel

Love the ambiance, it's a very relaxing environment with great service. We were sat immediately and given the menu to look over, once we ordered the food and drinks were brought out in a timely manner. The martinis and the charcuterie pretzel were fantastic. Definitely a must try if staying in or around Hershey!

We enjoy spending time here, especially when there is live music. The ambiance is wonderful, the service is great, and the selections are perfect for the space.

Beer and a pretzel and cheese board

As a local, the Iberian Lounge is my secret hang-out when I want to feel like I am on vacation. The cocktails are Hershey's confection themed and they offer local and national beers and liquor. Their menu offers a few desserts, tapas, and salads. Love the patatas braves and the pretzel and cheese board (which is tons of fun to order with friends). Enjoy the complimentary bar snacks too-- sweet carmelized almonds, cheesey peanuts, and spicy marinated olives and garlic medley. Depending on your visit you may also catch live music on the baby grand.

The drinks and the meatball sliders were delicious. The service on the other hand was subpar. We would have loved to order more food and drinks but it seems our server forgot about us and never came back. I had to go to the bar to pay so we could leave.

I Love Love Love this place. It is an awesome place to just relax by the fire and have a cocktail. Great cocktail list ( Hershey Chocolate Themed) and overall drink List. I feel like I am transported into the twenties. It reminds me almost of Art Deco and English Class Combined. A warm ambiance. A fabulous place to chat and grab a cheese plate or too. I am super picky about atmosphere and food as I am from in my opinion the culinary capitol of the world Philadelphia. I look forward to going here when I am in Hershey. Also music is jazzy/ Frank Sinatra/ big band! It is hard to find restaurant selection in this part of PA as they are spread out. We made a special trip to come here. I have been here at lest 3-4 times even though I live in Philadlephia! It is also romantic;)

World class bar located inside the Hershey Hotel......What I love about it is the complementary mini chocolate bars in a glass bowl. I swear the Chocolate is fresher in Hershey! this place is stellar

I've been to the Iberian Lounge numerous times and this time was by far the least impressive. It is a nice place to get away from the madness of Hershey Park and enjoy a drink in the afternoon as all the tired young children filter out of the park. We took the shuttle over from the Park to the Hotel and the Iberian Lounge is tucked away on the 2nd floor in a dark room. During the holidays the room is decorated gorgeously and the fireplace crackles but in this visit is was very plain but still nice. We ordered drinks and they do have an extensive drink menu but do not have Red Bull or any energy drinks. We ordered food and then were notified it would be a 45 minutes wait...yes, after we ordered. Obviously if I had somewhere to be I would have been upset but instead I just tipped back a few more gluten-free beers and waiting for my food to arrive. It honestly didn't take 45 minutes but the food came out bland. This isn't a place for fine dining and you can't order off the other restaurant's menu even though that is the kitchen that makes the food. I would recommend the IL if you are tired of the park, need to sit down in a quiet setting, need a cocktail, and don't want to eat park food. Other than that this is not a destination that I would go out of my way to recommend.

Special dark martini!

Hung out here with coworkers prior to a work dinner meeting at the restaurant. The staff was very attentive and the drink menu was to die for!! I had such a hard time deciding ... on top of the cocktails you'd normally find there were loads of chocolate cocktails & I figured "When in Hershey's ..." so I got the Special Dark Martini. Delicious!! Oh, and there's a HUGE martini glass just when you walk in loaded with complementary Hershey kisses. I gave one to all my coworkers when I walked in.

The menu immediately caught my eye with its local flair, and it did not disappoint. They happened to be hosting trivia night, which was such a fun surprise and gave the place great energy. I ordered the chef's special crabcake sandwich, and it was outstanding--perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Easily the highlight of my night and exactly what I needed after a long day. Kelsey and Kristen were absolute standouts--warm, engaging, and incredibly welcoming. Even as someone from out of town, I was treated like a regular, which made the experience even better. Between the food, atmosphere, and people, this will absolutely be a regular stop for me on future work trips. Highly recommend.

This was a recommended stop on our annual trip to Hershey. Typically, we would have lunch at…read moreanother brewery in the area, but we were up for something different. There are two of these in the area, we weren't quite sure which one to hit, so we opted for the one closer to our hotel in Hershey. We arrived just as they were opening at 11:00 am for lunch. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the bartender and the server. They were the only two working up front, but it was fine; our entire time there, only one other table came in (this was on a Friday). The inside was nice, and we were seated by a fire. The only gripe I have is that the chairs seemed to be the wrong size/height for the tables. But other than that, the place looked good. My wife ordered a beer flight with an assortment of sours and a wheat. I went for the Annville IPA Bold Cask. It was a really, really good beer. Smooth, fully-bodied, and with a good amount of hops. Plus, it's 9.8%, so if you ask me, that's a great way to start off a lunch! The beer flight was decent, but more my wife's thing. Now onto the food. There were a lot of great choices, and we were starving, so of course, everything looked good. We always order for our six-year-old first so they can eat while we relax. We ordered him the hot dog and tots. For our apps, we ordered the Tator Tot Nachos: house cheese sauce, fresh pico, scallions, jalapenos, cilantro lime sour cream, and chicken. And also the smoked wings with hot sauce. I'm always a fan of tator tots, maybe it's because I never had them as a kid, or they really are that good. But these were perfect on a cold day in central PA when you're hungry. The right amount of salt on the tots, crispy exterior and creamy inside, plus the toppings (I love fresh jalapeño). The wings were okay, but this was to be expected. They're smoked, and as much as I love smoked food, you never get the skin crispy (especially on wings). They had a slight smoke flavor and a good sauce, but I'm a "well done" wing guy, so these I would pass on next time. By the time we were going to order lunch, my wife realized she was already full, and we still had a decent amount of food left. So she just picked at the appetizers. I was getting there myself, but I wanted to try a burger. I ordered the Pub Burger: 8 oz, Cooper Sharp, red pepper-bacon jam, dill pickle aioli, lettuce, brioche, and fries (because who can resist more fried potatoes). It came out perfectly medium rare as I ordered and seasoned well. I was apprehensive about the red pepper-bacon jam; I'm not a fan of sweet, but in this case, it worked. It was a great burger (although I only ate a quarter of it). The service was good, and she was very personable and polite. But one thing that was strange. She was on the phone almost the entire time we were there with whom she said was the owner (or maybe a manager). We heard her discussing the reservations and large parties coming in. This was a long call, and while I know there wasn't a lot going on in the restaurant, we felt at times we needed something, and she was busy talking. I'm not blaming her; if it were the owner or manager, they should certainly know better and keep it short. But when she was there, she was great. All in all, a great recommendation from a friend that we are happy we stopped to try. We will be back again, maybe sooner than our annual trip to Hershey!

If you are within an hour drive from Palmyra, you need to try this place. Not really for families with young children, but it would make a wonderful date night. (or apology meal. They took one of the classic homes on Main Street and turned it into a restaurant, with lots of outdoor seating on a patio out front, a bar and high top area in the main room to the right, but quieter dining in the back and upstairs. It's bright and clean, but still keeps that old feel. They have a full menu; this visit I was in with a friend and we both opted for steak dinners, which are served with choice of sides and sauce. Prices are reasonable for the area and quality of the food, but definitely higher than a typical meal out in town. They also have a wonderful beer list, with lots of local choices and fresh kegs. Service was great, we had a friendly server who was attentive all evening. I can definitely see why this place is still around and as popular as ever; if you're looking for something a little more special in the area, this is worth the trip.

The atmosphere was fun, utilizing retired ride vehicles as booths and playing into the park setting. As expected in Hershey, the menu explored how chocolate can be integrated into a very American menu. I enjoyed the pulled pork grilled cheese: the chocolate barbecue sauce reminded me of a lighter molasses-based sauce so it worked with the barbecue. We had the Ferris Wheel appetizer which was mostly a win, but the items could have shown up on a TGI Friday's menu. The next day, to escape the millions of middle schoolers in the park (I have a whole travelogue brewing for that) we came back because I wanted one of their gigantic milkshakes. The Reese's peanut butter shake was peanut butter to the Nth degree, and it was topped by an entire slice of peanut butter pie. My friend got a stomachache but I love anything peanut butter so this was a win for me. Both times the service was really good. Our servers were friendly and attentive so we never felt we were being ignored or passed over. A+ in the service department.

They have a big menu, lots of beers on tap, and some really good specialty cocktails. The only thing to note is that when it gets really busy it can feel a little congested and noisy, but overall the atmosphere is comfortable and has a really good vibe. I can't remember our server's name, but he was super friendly, personable, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Our server was new but tried her best and we had a great experience. My only slight disappointment was a lot of the beers I wanted to try were out, with nothing to replace them. The place has a very casual, come-as-you-are bar-and-kitchen vibe, which fits the area well. Nothing felt overly polished or fancy, and that is not a criticism. It seemed like the kind of local spot where people can just show up, relax, and get a solid meal. The problem was the service on this visit. We showed up right around the breakfast-to-lunch transition and thought we had made it in time for breakfast, but apparently not. We got seated pretty quickly, which made it seem like things were moving along, but then we sat there for about 20 minutes with water glasses and no water, and really no meaningful attention at all. By the time someone finally came over with the water, we were already done and decided to head somewhere else down the street. It was also getting fairly loud while we were sitting there, and the staff seemed tired or stretched thin, so I would not be surprised if we caught the place at a bad moment, maybe during a shift change or just an awkward transition between breakfast and lunch. The restaurant was busy, which usually says something good, and the food we saw going to other tables looked pretty solid. That is why I landed on 3 out of 5. This was not a bad experience in the usual sense. It was more of a non-experience. We never got far enough to judge the food, and I do not think it would be fair to hammer the place over one oddly timed visit. But sitting that long without even getting water was enough for us to leave.
