The Chocolatier was recommended by a friend that frequent here often. She says I should come just for the experience. It definitely was an experience ONLY. I do favor chocolate as far as candy wise but not too excited when it is on food. So I was very skeptical. Me and my family had a wild day at Hershey Park and I figured we should end the day with a dine. So I chose The Chocolatier. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated immediately without any wait. I loved the fun decoration of The Chocolatier. Our Waitress Ella came 10 minutes after we were seated and took our drinks. I ordered Ferris Wheel Sampler, Shrimp Cocktail, Lobster Taco, Park Breeze, and 3 Cookies and Cream Milkshakes. If you think this is a little bit of food then you are wrong lol. Hubby only wanted the milkshake. And my daughter also only wants the milkshake. The other items are all for me:) Ferris Wheel Sampler looks really cute but I found the appetizers to be very mediocre. Shrimp Cocktail's shrimps are overcooked and extremely chewy. Lobster Taco are mediocre as well. And the Cookies and Cream milkshake are not actually cookies and cream ice cream, it tastes like vanilla ice cream mix with cookies. Will I come back? Maybe, but I won't get these again! My bill is around $167 and I left Ella a $40 tip. For a meal that's over $200, I expect to eat better. Even though The Chocolatier accept Apple Pay, you have to walk with your server to their station in order to pay for it. Payment system is outdated. Unlike The Yard House and other restaurant, you can paid at your table.
I love that this restaurant has so many chocolate infused items, even in the savory items! There was a super long wait if you didn't have a reservation, but we were able to sit at the bar within a few minutes. The food came out fairly quickly and was very tasty! I got the loaded mac and cheese, which is topped with chocolate barbecue sauce and cacao nibs. It really gave it a chocolate flavor without being weird or too sweet. The mac and cheese was also very creamy and rich, perfect for the cold and rainy day we were having. I also loved that it was served in a Hershey kiss shaped dish, it was the perfect touch! The inside is also very cute with lots of fun seating options, though the bar was just a normal bar. The prices are super high for everything, but that is to be expected at a theme park. Overall I find this to be a great option for a meal if you're at the park or Hershey world!
Our last visit to The Chocolatier was back in 2021, so we were interested to see how things had changed. One thing I definitely like better now is that they take reservations, and I would highly recommend making one. Otherwise, you could be looking at a pretty long wait. Our service was excellent. Our waitress did a great job taking care of us and managed to make sure our drinks were never empty, which is basically the restaurant equivalent of having a personal pit crew. One thing we discovered on the appetizer menu is the half-moon mozzarella. They're listed as part of the larger "Ferris Wheel" appetizer, but we asked if we could order them separately and were told yes. You get four for $15, and they were actually quite good. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal was more average. I ordered the short ribs with mashed potatoes. The meat was tender, but it was also somewhat fatty and didn't have much flavor. My wife and son both ordered burgers, which were OK but nothing particularly memorable. They do offer gluten-free buns, which was a nice bonus and definitely appreciated. Since we were attending a concert, the location was extremely convenient and made grabbing dinner beforehand an easy choice. However, convenience comes at a price here. You're paying a pretty penny for food that, at least during our visit, was just average. Overall, the service was excellent, the mozzarella was good, and the convenience can't be beat if you're attending an event. But at these prices, I was hoping the food would be more of a standout.
The appetizer ferris wheel was so fun! The wings had some chocolate sauce blend which was unique and good to try too. I didn't love the French onion soup dip but everything else that came on it was so good. It was fun to dine at a restaurant on top of the gift shop and just steps away from the park.
Came here on a Monday night with my family for dinner. It was a 30 minute wait or we could sit at bar which we did with our 4 and 6 year old. Service was a little slower but they were very nice. I got the Reese's Martini which i enjoyed. For dinner i got the heaths salmon. It was really good. My girls got the kids chicken tenders which was good. Overall we had a good experience. If you can make reservations, i would so you don't have to wait and you can get a table.
Made a reservation for 2 and was seated on time. We ordered food right away and it took about a half hour for two meals. I got the heath bar crunch salmon. Salmon was cooked well done, very salty topping. I expected it to be more sweet. The potato's and the asparagus it came with were also very salty, I could barely finish it. And I noticed it came with different vegetables than other pictures. My husband got the buratta app for his main and liked it but didn't think the sauce tasted like twizlers. Not terrible prices, same as if going out to eat around nyc. The ambiance was fine, it was at the top of the stairs of a chocolate store. I probably wouldn't go back but they do have unique Hershey inspired dishes.
I don't get why this place isn't rated higher -- we had an awesome lunch here. The vibe was upbeat, the food was great, and everything came out looking way better than I expected. My daughter got a mint chocolate chip milkshake that was huge. She kept talking about how good it was for the rest of the day. We split the pork nachos, and I'm not exaggerating when I say they were the best nachos I've ever had. Fresh, moist pork, tons of whole chips, and nothing skimpy about the toppings. My friend tried one of the flatbreads and loved it too. It is a little loud because it's so open, but honestly, I liked the energy. Easy five stars from me.
The BEST place in Hershey, PA to get martinis! They have so many varieties. My favorites were the white chocolate and the birthday cake! Their food here is also good, quality and taste wise. Our bartender Cayla was so kind and helpful throughout our time at the Chocolatier. I have been recommending this place to all my friends and family, and I can't wait to come back!!
Came here with a group of coworkers and our kids. We were able to make a reservation online a couple of days in advance, which was super convenient. Our server was incredibly sweet and friendly. The food is very rich, and of course we had to try the Ferris wheel appetizer. The kids were hoping the different dishes would spin too! Everyone agreed that the bacon was more like pork belly bites--way too fatty. Thin, crispy slices would have been much better. I had the salmon with the Heath Bar crunch - yum! The flavors of the sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and salmon were so rich I couldn't stop eating. The only downside was that the salmon was overcooked. Other dishes at our table included a burger, shrimp risotto, and some kids' meals. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food, and we left completely stuffed. We do wish was that the ice cream shop downstairs stayed open later.
Fun atmosphere. Interesting menu. Great staff. Got the sausage/apple/butternut squash flatbread. Huge letdown. Flavorless. SO MUCH POTENTIAL wasted. The squash was barely cooked no seasoning and nothing else had much flavor. Use a better cheese blend. Some garlic olive oil sauce would be good on it. Roast the squash! Some maple syrup, paprika, and S&P. This would make it good as opposed to hardly edible. Luckily, they took it off my bill and brought me a simple Cobb salad with their specialty vinaigrette. That was good. Better when they brought me extra dressing so I could actually taste it. My friend got the salmon. Um. It was pretty good. Once again, this could be better. It could have a better crust, but overall, worth ordering. The cast iron skillet is cute, but it caused the fish to overcook as it sat in there. The first bites were good, by halfway through, it was overcooked. Our 2 milkshakes were very good. I would come back and give it another shot, but I recommend a good chef taking a look at these items.
Food was good and server was nice. They have a very large drink menu but the drinks are hit or miss. An espresso martini ordered was very very bitter and the server was able to take it off the tab as it was undrinkable. The second drink was better, but still overly strong - which may be a good thing if that's what you're looking for. Other drinks such as the Bloody Mary and cotton candy martini were really good. The servers seem overly sat making it longer periods of time before our server stopped by again, but could clearly see she was running around and working hard.
Overall a decent dining experience was had at The Chocolatier. And the general consensus seems to be that the Food here was pretty good but the Drinks stole the freakin show. And well, why not when you're talking about their incredibly indulgent Reese's Martini, or their super deliciously decadent S'mores Martini drinks. It just stands to reason that whatever main courses they served next had very little chance of overshadowing these outstanding refreshments. The Loaded Mac and Cheese with tender Pulled Short Rib and Smoked Cheddar Queso topped with Hershey's Chocolate BBQ Glaze was clearly a winner. Served in a "Kiss" shaped dish and with plenty to go around. [I'm definitely borrowing this recipe peeps] The Bourbon Maple Glazed Chicken and Waffles seemed to be lacking in both texture and flavor unfortunately the hand breaded Chicken offered zero flavor and the same could be said for the bone-dry Waffle. Thanks to that Maple Glaze and Huge Blob of Butter this dish would have had no chance whatsoever, Lol. Above reminds me of a funny restaurant saying I heard years ago- "Just feed them more booze, butter, and salt. They only have to live long enough to pay the check" LMAO!! more or less it's the truth sometimes, Come And Get Your Munch On!!
Stopped by chocolate world and saw the chocolatier and got a reservation on open table right away. We were greeted and seated immediately. Ive included a Pic of the food menu. I got the reeses chicken sandwich which was so good but if you want a strong pb flavor ask for extra sauce on the side. My husband got the chocolate tier burger. Good but same needed more sauce. Fries were crispy and cooked well. Too full for dessert. Service was good. Its a fun casual theme park esthetics like you are in a carousel.
When you're a theme park junkie traveling with a foodie, there are a few things you just do, and one is check out the signature eats, so The Chocolatier was high on our list, and it did pretty well for itself, thank you very much. The atmosphere was fun, utilizing retired ride vehicles as booths and playing into the park setting. As expected in Hershey, the menu explored how chocolate can be integrated into a very American menu. I enjoyed the pulled pork grilled cheese: the chocolate barbecue sauce reminded me of a lighter molasses-based sauce so it worked with the barbecue. We had the Ferris Wheel appetizer which was mostly a win, but the items could have shown up on a TGI Friday's menu. The next day, to escape the millions of middle schoolers in the park (I have a whole travelogue brewing for that) we came back because I wanted one of their gigantic milkshakes. The Reese's peanut butter shake was peanut butter to the Nth degree, and it was topped by an entire slice of peanut butter pie. My friend got a stomachache but I love anything peanut butter so this was a win for me. Both times the service was really good. Our servers were friendly and attentive so we never felt we were being ignored or passed over. A+ in the service department. read more
Cute place with a menu infused with Chocolate...even savories that should not have peanut butter or chocolate HAD peanut butter and chocolate. It's a really cute concept and the food was decent especially after a long day of walking all over the park and eating other junk. We just wanted something filling and satisfying. I want to say we enjoyed the fries the best, but the nachos were pretty impressive. My friends and I ended up ordering burgers and shared chocolate infused pork nachos, which was the only thing I took a picture of. Service was good but it was late at night and there was not a lot of people in the restaurant. The manager was pretty active in helping the servers which was nice and apparent. I'm glad we came here for dinner, and it was part of our Hershey Park experience but I would not come back just to eat here for any reason. It had more of a diner feel than restaurant, but then it is at an amusement park and could be worse. I did enjoy the cocktails there. I did not mind those being infused with peanut butter and chocolate. Would not recommend bringing anyone who has a nut allergy here. :) read more

The service was great and the waitress very pleasant. The restaurant was inviting and we were excited to try it. I got the pulled pork grilled cheese on sourdough but it just didn't taste as good as I was hoping. Not horrible, not great. My husband got the salmon and he enjoyed it. I also ordered the signature Hershey chocolate martini and it was just mid. We will try again when we go back to the park for Halloween season! read more

Service was impeccable! Everyone we came across from hostess to server were attentive and welcoming. We decided to give this place a shot since we had been at the park the entire day. The food was definitely hit or miss. The drinks were fantastic! Food wise we enjoyed the ferris wheel sampler the best. Everything included in the sampler was delicious! Especially the glazed bacon bites and fried pickle dip. This was the dip of our dreams! The entrees is where this experience slacked. The loaded mac n cheese had a little too many cocoa nibs. The burgers buns were a bit tough. The NY strip was the best of the entrees we ordered. Overall this is definitely a drinks and small bites type of place. Definitely recommend everyone to make it in at least once to experience all the hershey creations you can't find anywhere else! read more
3.5 stars overall for food but rounded up since our server was great and I feel like this is one of those "must try in Hershey Park" at least once. And reservations recommended! We enjoyed the Ferris wheel app, we all preferred one app over another but overall we all enjoyed the mozzarella triangles, chicken tenders, Cuban spring rolls, dill pickle dip and chips, and pork belly/bacon bites! The chicken sandwich had no flavor and looked like they cooked a frozen patty. The burger was okay. The loaded mac said it has pulled short rib but they sprinkled cacao nibs all over it and my son didn't find the crunch appealing. The beef short rib was good, the sauce infused with cocoa but the cacao nibs really wasn't necessary since you don't really taste it but you have that awkward crunching. Well at least we can say we've been there but unfortunately we don't have a desire to go back. read more

Lots of mixed reviews, but after visiting, I have to wonder how much of that has to do with hot parents and cranky kids after a long day out. This place was cool, quiet, and upstairs from the gift shop, so easy to get to coming out of the park. Not bad at all to get to if you're just coming in for the meal from outside, though. If you're in and out just to eat, parking should end up being free. Service was friendly. Food was very good. Had some cool chocolate-infused items: cocoa powder in unexpected, but pleasant places. We had four adults and all liked their dishes. This was a month ago, so I don't remember the names of all the dishes, but I'm adding pictures. Did not go with kids, which are plentiful if you're already here, so I can't speak to that experience. We loved it. read more
If you want a restaurant that makes you feel like you're on vacation - the Chocolatier feels like it brings a slice of Universal Citywalk straight to Hershey PA. Our server Savannah was absolutely amazing and sweet and friendly. She made the perfect recommendations and told my son how he could put the sauce and cacao nibs on the side for his loaded mac and cheese. She recommended a martini when I asked her what to choose. When the martini ended up being too strong, she brought me one mixed with soft serve that was perfect!! (The other one with 2 kinds of vodka was okay but we had more roller coasters to ride and it would not have been good!!!) I ordered the mushroom risotto with shrimp. To be honest I would have preferred a few more shrimp - they were amazing. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger (again) and my son got the loaded mac and cheese with beef short ribs. Omg the ribs were amazing. My daughter had a giant plate of pasta off the kids' menu. My son and I shared carrots dusted with cacao and they were okay but I was underwhelmed. They were good when we dipped them in the chocolate bbq sauce. In all, the portions are gigantic. It's overpriced but that's what you get for eating inside the park at a tourist place. But it made us truly feel like we were having a vacation splurge. Better food at the Chocolate Ave Grill but you waste time leaving the park. This is perfect for the experience! read more
We stopped by on a busy Saturday night after Hershey Chocolate World, and got bar seating immediately. The chocolate flight was a great choice -- with 3 variations. A bit expensive at $25 but I excepted touristy pricing. Staff was really nice and kept us with the busy night. read more
When leaving the park, they have a gimmicky chocolate themed restaurant that seemed to attract a lot of attention. We tried it out getting a couple of their signature items. Of course we started off with a couple chocolate martinis which were decent and strong. Next we got the short rib and steak which were both absolutely fantastic. Both meats were very tender and were paired with sauces that had a slight chocolate taste/sweetness to it - very similarly to the sweet earthy flavor of mole. I 100% thought this place was going to be a tourist trip but the food was surprisingly very good and incorporated the chocolate very well into each dish. Our server was great as well. Would love to come back to try more chocolate inspired dishes! We dined at The Chocolatier during our last night in Hershey for my friend's bachelorette party weekend. Looking to get as much of a chocolate experience as we could in the short time we had here, this seemed like an obvious place to check out - so off we went. The Chocolatier is located on the ground of Hersheypark, adjacent to the theme park itself on the second floor of a large open indoor space (the first floor houses a gift shop that is attached to the park). We arrived to a fairly empty restaurant, though I infer it's because it was 8pm during the offseason (many a review say this is a hard place to get into during peak months). The restaurant has a carnival theme with booths made to look like ride vehicles and other aesthetics that give off a theme park feel. The most unique factor of the menu is that some of the dishes are made with chocolate when it normally would not. Besides that, the fare here is pretty much American casual. We decided to start with drinks because bachelorette party - I went with the cranberry spritz which wasn't the best, it tasted like juice more than anything else. For apps we started with the loaded fries and the Ferris Wheel. The loaded fries were good, they were topped with shredded beef and a tasty sauce. The Ferris Wheel was essentially several different apps arranged in plates that doubled as cars of a ferris wheel. Mozzarella wedges, pretzel bites, chicken tenders, chips with dip - it was a fun arrangement; the actual apps themselves were fine - tasty junk food. For my main I decided to get one of their chocolate-themed dishes - the pulled pork sandwich. I wasn't really impressed with it - I couldn't taste any chocolate, and the pork was dry (partly due to the lack of substantial sauce). The fries that came with the meal were fries. Service was a mixed bag, on one had they did an excellent job as one member of our party has severe food allergies and they went above and beyond to make sure nothing that was served to us would trigger them. On the other hand, there were misses - both myself and my friend asked for club sodas and neither of them were delivered. Also, perhaps due to the time, we were not offered dessert - they threw some Hersheys Kisses on the table along with our cheque. Everyone was friendly which was a plus. Overall, The Chocolatier was an underwhelming experience. This is a popular restaurant, though I infer it's due to location, theme, and lack of other options in the area. While they were friendly, I wasn't impressed with the food and would think twice before dining here again. read more
I came here on April 6 a Sunday with a reservation at 7:15. The restaurant was not crowded and our server Camden immediately greeted us and was so kind throughout our whole meal! I wanted a s'mores martini since I saw a lot of pictures online for it but she said they took it off two days ago because it was seasonal. It seems like a lot of their menu is seasonal since a lot of food I saw online was no longer being offered. I ordered the Reese's burger ($20) which was so large and filling. There were nuts inside but overall tasted like a normal burger you can find anywhere. We took the fries and our milkshake to go since we were so full after just one burger and no appetizer. I will definitely be back and order a dessert when I have more stomach room! read more
Wanted the full Hershey experience, so we stopped here for dinner after a day exploring Hershey and have to admit we were pretty disappointed. The drinks were delicious - I'll give them that - but the food was lackluster. I had a margherita flatbread - which was more like dough with sliced tomatoes, a few small dollops of mozzarella, and saturated in chocolate infused balsamic - making it far more of a caprese than margherita. I had a side of the mushroom risotto as well which was okay but nothing to write home about. For the price, I expected the food to be a bit tastier, so I'd likely find somewhere else to eat next time I'm in Hershey. read more

Great new foods to try, and classics for the kids (or kids at heart). We got the Ferris wheel and it was great! But it doesn't move- so what was disappointing for sure. The dip was great! Egg rolls with dipping sauce 5/5 Chicken tenders were 4/5 Pickle dip 5/5 Bacon 3/6 Mozzarella Moons 4/5 Pulled Pork Sandwich 4/5 (needed more sauce) Loaded Mac & Cheese 3/5 Chicken Tenders were big, the size of a 2006 blackberry. PB Dream Milkshake 5/5 it's a lot and should be shared. We ordered it before the food, and we took the pie off and saved that and the chocolate pretzel for dessert and shared the shake. Def recommend bc it saves you money on dessert. We over ordered for our table and took home leftovers. read more

We went on Saturday night after going to Hersheypark as we do every year when my mother in law visits from FL. Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal. The ferris wheel sampler never disappoints. My mother in law and myself both got shrimp tacos which were amazing. My wife got the Rees's Take 5 chicken sandwiche and she loved it. Our son got the kids grilled cheese which was....a grilled cheese lol. He liked it. Of course our son had to finish with a milkshake. read more
Reviews are reminders to myself Nice atmosphere that fits with the rest of the Hershey Park. Awesome waiter (Casey i think) who had friendly and funny banter. Amazing suggestions for our food as well. Loaded fries - nice crispy thick cut fries and fluffy on the inside, pulled pork was cooked well with the chocolate adding some depth to the savoriness, just enough of the cheese and sauces without overwhelming the dish **ordered this again the next time as well Cocoa dusted beef short ribs - tender meat with the bones taken out, chocolate sauce added depth to the flavors, very good dish Chicken Alfredo - favorite entree, pasta was cooked to perfection, very creamy sauce with cheese melted into it without any clumping (loved the sauce), chicken was a tad overcooked but better safe than sorry Heath bar crusted salmon - the favorite of my friends, salmon was a tad overcooked to my tastes, the crust saved the dish-- light enough that the taste of salmon still dinner through and the toffee bits added a nice change in texture of a bite Loaded mac and cheese - wasn't a suggestion from the waiter and ordered on second visit, it was a good Mac n cheese but nothing amazing, more of the watery variety (which i do like) rather than heavily cheesed, not sure the chocolate added to the dish Reese's cheesecake - Reese's was not overpowering the cheesecake itself so even my friend who doesn't like Reese's liked it, basically Reese's peanut butter mixed in with the cheesecake in probably a 1:2 ratio, chocolate bottom crust, crumbled Reese's cup sprinkled on top with peanut butter and chocolate drizzles read more
The Chocolatier is indeed a delight for the senses, and a reservation is highly recommended! Surely to sweeten the day, the restaurant boasts appetizers, main course, and beverages of all sorts concocted with all things chocolate. Careful to note in the varieties, especially where nut and gluten are present in the dishes. Time is of the essence, I was able to enjoy my cocktail and small plate despite the stall in service (even with reservations). My chocolate martini was absolutely delectable, and the ribs were sticky, sweet, fork tender, and fall off the bone yummm. It's definitely a treat to indulge! As others have mentioned, time slows down here. Service is a bit jammed as they cater to large parties, and process flow in the kitchen may be burdened, especially peak hours. Customer service from our sever the evening we arrived was warm and attentive. While we didn't require much attention, her balance with other parties was demanding and evident. Kudos to the team, especially for an evening with an event at the stadium! Accessibility to the 2nd level where the restaurant is located, wide open stairs, and elevators are available. I came here to eat when I visited Hershey, PA. I heard many amazing reviews on Tiktok and how they put chocolate in everything, even the savory foods. It is a lot of American food, including classics and fried foods. We got the Ferris Wheel sampler to share ($38). The food itself felt basic because it just had wings, mozzarella sticks, pretzels, corn cheese, and tenders. We also got the cocoa cuban and pulled pork, but the chocolate taste is very subtle. I didn't really taste it, nor did I know what I should have been looking for. We parked fairly far away with the other park visitors. I think this place is good to try once and experience. Take a look at the Hershey gift shop, which is the ground floor of this restaurant. Make sure you also make a reservation! read more
We visited Pennsylvania for the first time and decided a trip to Hershey Park was in order. When we were doing our research and discovered The Chocolatier, we knew we had to dine here, particularly since we had kiddos with us. The ambiance is very cute, with lots of circular booths and a full bar. Everything on the menu features chocolate in some way (even savory dishes), which may sound odd, but it was fantastic! Service was attentive and fun. The cocktail list was a one banger after another. I think I'm going to try to copy some of their cocktails! Our food was definitely better than what you'd get at most theme parks--and I say this as a previous long-term Disney annual pass holder--but it is still theme park dining. Don't come here expecting a Michelin dine, but do come here expecting above average theme park fare, an incredible cocktail menu, and a ton of whimsy! While the restaurant is pretty big, so is park attendance. I definitely recommend getting a reservation. read more

Reservations are pretty much a must. We weren't able to get a reservation, so we had about a 45 min wait for a table. Note that the bar is first come, first serve and kids are allowed to sit at the bar. The chocolate martinis were incredible, of course. The menu was plentiful with lots of great sounding options. And lots of the options included chocolate. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our service was very nice, friendly, and patient. Its definitely a little loud and chaotic since the restaurant gets so packed. But it was still a pleasant and fun dining experience. read more

SERVICE: I came here with a party of 9 and unfortunately, we didn't have a reservation. The hostess, Kaitlyn, did tell us that we can sit at the outdoor patio, which was first come first serve and was basically empty. We all sat outside, but what she did not tell us was that the outdoor patio had a limited menu. So we all had to go back inside and be put on a waitlist to get a table indoors. I wish Kaitlyn would've mentioned that because then we would not have wasted the time going outside in the first place. It did seem like she had a bit of an attitude, so I decided not to deal with her and asked to speak to the manager instead. There were a lot of tables empty as well, but we were told they were reserved. Upon leaving, those tables were never occupied. The manager, Desiree, was kind enough to notify us that it was not going to take the said 30 minutes to get a table, but rather 10 minutes and that she will expedite it for us. So within about five minutes, we actually got our table and it took us a while for our server, Baron, to take our orders. Eventually when he did, it also took a while for our food and drinks to come out. This was towards the end of the night, so it was not that busy. One of my friends had ordered a side of the mushroom risotto along with his chicken and waffles entrée. He got his chicken and waffles, but never got the mushroom risotto. So he had to ask about it and they gave him a small sauce cup full of roasted mushrooms. We were also confused. The manager then said she will make it right and after he finished his entrée, he got his side of mushroom risotto which turned out to be dry. For an issue like this something as simple as a mushroom risotto side dish for $7.50, I feel like they should have comped him for that side dish. Not only was it delayed, but they gave him the wrong dish as well. The other issue I had was my check was wrong. I had someone else's side dish on my check. when I brought it up to our server, Baron, he gave me a new check, which was completely different, but it was less than what I expected so I put my card down and paid for it. I figured for the hard times they were comping one of our dishes. he then proceeded to charge the wrong card (my friend's credit card) for our check. It's a good thing I noticed it and then he had to void that check. when he ran the correct card, the total was completely different than what the check he gave me was - even after I clarify the total with him and he said yes. I got really frustrated that I had to ask to speak to a manager again, who ended up giving us a discount for the hard times. While I understand that we were a party of nine and we did split our check five ways, I felt like the least he could have done was compensate something rather than having us wait until he tried to fix the issue multiple times. FOOD: Crispy Chicken Sandwich ($21): so the special thing about this sandwich is that it has a Swizler's hot honey sauce, which one which I was a little skeptical about, but overall the crispiness of the chicken is what blew me away. The chicken was very crispy. My only step back though was the chicken meat itself was dry. Slow-Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich ($19): right off the back, I could tell there was not enough sauce on the pulled pork sandwich and when I took a bite, it was very dry. I had to ask for more of their Hershey's barbecue sauce on the side. The chocolate flavor in the barbecue sauce was not my cup of tea. The other thing was that the pulled pork lacked any smoky flavor. I don't think it was anything to write home about. DRINKS: Cookies N Cream Milkshake ($18.75): their milkshakes overall are definitely more for show for the over the top presentation, which is the reason why you're paying $18.75 . I did enjoy the cookies and cream milkshake. It came with a cookies and cream covered pretzel stick as well as a slice of cake. Personally, I thought the slice of cake was not that great. The other thing I noticed is that the milkshake was 1/3 whipped cream. Twisted Strawberry Milkshake ($18.75): this milkshake was topped with two cake pops that taste exactly like a Twizzler, as well as a chocolate covered strawberry. I'm not that big of a fan of twiddlers but if you are, they really nailed the flavor on this milkshake. Smoked Chocolate Tequila Old Fashioned ($20): I don't typically do old fashioneds, but when I saw someone from another table order it, I had to try it. They bring the cocktail in a box full of smoke so again you are definitely paying for the presentation. This was definitely the highlight of my experience. I never thought I would like an old-fashioned this much. The tequila had such a smooth flavor and the brown sugar syrup complimented not only the smokiness, but the chocolate bitters perfectly. It was subtly sweet and all the flavors were very well balanced. This is a cocktail that I would love to try to make at home and have again. read more

No it is outside the park. In the chocolate town area. Park at chocolate world. The restaurant does not take reservations, but they can put you on the wait list and text you when your table it ready.
