The steaks were okay -- they seemed tough and mine, for medium seemed slightly over cooked with hardly any pink inside and what there was was very light pinkish / brown color. Jenni said her steak was done to her satisfaction -- medium well. I would say mine was probably also medium well. My steak had a lot of fat and gristle that I didn't eat. The mashed potatoes were amazing. My asparagus seemed stingy in size and number of stalks and added little taste or filling to my plate. Jenni said her green beans were okay. The iced tea was great. My Pepsi didn't taste flavorful though Alyssa said she checked the soda bags and they were full. I swapped for sweetened ice tea. Alyssa was a super friendly server who checked on us regularly. We want to patronize local businesses but we probably wouldn't get our meals again and would try something else. Jenni said she'd rate our experience as a 2.5 which is exactly what I'd give so we're going to round up since maybe our experience was just a little off this evening.

The menu has great options to pick from, and our service was nice and attentive. Most of the table had some of the steak options, from the filets to the medallions and then to the pot pie variation. The mashed potatoes were delicious - great flavor and taste. I'm not even a gravy fan but I wanted more. The steaks were cooked to our liking and flavored well. Would return for a nice dinner again!

Came here for the first time for dinner with hubby. We orders the whiskey rings appetizer (I.e.,…read moreonion rings), trout, Wagyu steak, and a couple of beers. Total came out to approximately $99 (not including tip). What's hot - Menu. Fairly short and straightforward menu. There appears to be something for everyone, even possibly vegans (I.e., mostly salads). - Quality. The whiskey rings appetizer was delicious- lightly breaded, crispy, nicely seasoned, and a good dipping sauce. My trout was served hot and nicely seasoned, as well. Tender and moist. I would've liked the skin to be crispy. The main disappointment was the steak, which I address below. - Location. Fairly easy to find in town. They have a nice indoor seating area and seating on their front porch. Their outdoor seating area is very pleasant when the weather is nice. - Price. With the exception of the quality of the steak, which I address below, their food is good value for money. What's not - Quality. The Wagyu steak was a disappointment. They cooked it appropriately (my husband ordered it done medium), but the meat was not tender at all. Rather, it was tough despite it being cooked medium. Would not order it again and it makes me doubt the quality of the rest of their meats. - Service. My husband's main issue with their service is that the second round of drinks we ordered were full price, rather than the happy hour discount. He insisted with the wait staff that we ordered the second round right at the end of happy hour, but they did not accommodate his request. - Parking. There is street parking, but it's timed and metered. There are a couple parking lots nearby within a block's distance, but they're more expensive- approximately $5-$6/hr. If you're willing to walk a few blocks, there is free parking. - Reservations. It's probably dependent on the day and time you go, but it appears reservations may be better. We went for Friday dinner. The hostesses asked us if we had reservations, which we didn't. As such, they asked us if we prefer to be seated outdoors or at the bar. My point is to be prepared. Final answer Willing to return, but not a first choice.

Thankfully the restaurant is willing to accommodate (like leaving the cheese off a pizza) so there are vegan items to be crafted. It would just be cool if there were one or two items designed with vegans in mind. So, after some hocus pocus work, I decided on The Puttanesca Pizza and a non-alcoholic Cinnamon Vanilla Mule. The Puttanesca Pizza typically features olive tapenade, house tomato sauce, shaved Romano and rosemary gremolata. The waitress said it would be no problem to leave off the Romano. The Cinnamon Vanilla Mule contains cinnamon-vanilla syrup and ginger beer. Thankfully no substitutions needed here. The pizza at Pitt Street Station is bar style. A thin, chewy crust with the toppings layered on top. I found the crust to be pretty good. I like the combo of tapenade and house tomato sauce but did find it a tad salty. Can't imagine what it is like with the Romano added in. The Cinnamon Vanilla Mule was very good. I liked the balance of all the components. It was cool to see some non alcoholic cocktails on the menu and to have them be really good. I would return to Pitt Street Station if meeting up with someone because the place is accommodating to dietary needs but until some actual vegan items are on the menu it won't be somewhere I seek out on my own.

Like other people mentioned, the place itself is very clean and airy which is inviting. Also, as others mentioned, they give you a mini plastic bottle of water with your meal. I'd love to know the thinking behind that. It's takes away from the class of the meal. In underdeveloped countries getting bottled water is a sign that it's drinkable. Not sure the purpose here, but it feels wasteful. We had Chicken Tikka Masala, Kadai Chicken and Malai Kofta along with garlic naan. We got medium heat and were happy. Kadai Chicken was new to us and we loved it. Spectacular. Delicate and intricate flavors. We always order Malai Kofta if it's on the menu. Never disappoints. Chicken Tikka Masala was very good. We were just more enamored with the Kadai. All the dishes worked very well together. The malai kofta wasn't even hot, but we loved it anyway. I really should have sent it back, but as I mentioned, we were in town for a happy event so we just rolled with it! It was expensive and not something we'd do every week, but if you're looking for tasty Indian, this is it.

The restaurant is located in Carlisle, PA and is a short drive from Hershey. The exterior has a diner look, but the inside features a comfortable and semi-casual atmosphere. Considering how busy they were, the wait staff did well attending to all their hungry guests. The restaurant has an extensive Indian menu with vegetarian and nonvegetarian dishes. The American menu features typical bar and grill fare such as Buffalo Wings, Burgers, and Onion Rings. The prices are a little high, but the portions and quality of food are worth it. My table ordered a Bread Basket, which featured Garlic Naan, Butter Naan, Tandoori Roti, and Onion Kulcha. This delicious assortment of bread was more than enough for my table of four. We decided to go family style with our entrées and ordered Chicken 65, Butter Chicken, and Home Style Chicken Curry. Every dish was utter perfection, but the superstar was the Chicken 65. While it is technically an appetizer, I would order this again as my entrée. I have eaten plenty of tasty Chicken 65 before, but never has it been at the high caliber that Executive Chef Ramanveer Singh and the rest of his kitchen staff are serving. It had what seemed to be a buttery and spicy coating on the chicken with a delicious curry flavor. I am saddened that it is a four-hour drive from where I live for me to be able to acquire this again. Nonetheless, I hope to return to Royal Kitchen soon if, for nothing else, to be able to savor their Chicken 65 once more.

Total came out to approximately $99 (not including tip). What's hot - Quality. Fairly good. My hummus wrap was yummy and had a good amount of veggies wrapped with the hummus. Their fries are the best part and well-seasoned. Depending on the person, it could be considered overly-salty. Their beer cheese is pretty flavorful, as well. Their burgers are tender, juicy, and a good flavor. - Menu. Decent and short. - Location. Fairly easy to find downtown and there are other businesses and restaurants close by. Street parking is available, which is metered during the weekdays. - Price. With the exception of the sides, which I explain below, it's fairly good value for money, given the quality and decent size portions. What's not - Quality. Their soft pretzel sticks were not as soft as I expected. They were actually harder than I hoped. - Dishes come with potato chips. Their sandwiches come with potato chips. Fries, coleslaw, or salad cost extra. My hummus pita wrap and my friend's fish sandwich automatically come with potato chips, so ordering the fries cost extra. Not cool. This is a matter of personal preference. This is a pub, not a deli, so potato chips should not be an automatic side. - Not many vegetarian or vegan options. There is hummus, a salad option, and a fish option. Very limited, which is a detractor. - Service. One of our family members ordered their burger with no pickles and no mustard, but the wait staff made an error when they entered our order. I understand mistakes happen, but simple things like this take additional time to fix. The wait staff had to put in the correct order and we had to wait longer. Additionally, we had difficulty flagging down staff when we needed things. Their staff are nice, but they don't appear well-staffed. It was not full the Sunday afternoon we were there, so I'm uncertain what a busy time actually looks like. - Layout. For parties larger than 4, it appears they need to put tables together, so be prepared. Final answer Would be willing to return, but not a first choice.

This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had…read more Our group simply asked if a few additional people could join us. Instead of even attempting to accommodate us, we were met with eye rolls and obvious annoyance at the mere suggestion of moving a couple of tables. We then asked if we could just pull over a few empty chairs on the patio ourselves, and were flatly told no. The lack of flexibility was disappointing, but the attitude was what made this experience truly awful. When we decided to leave, we politely tried to provide feedback about our experience. Rather than listening or showing even the slightest concern, the employee laughed at us, dismissed everything we were saying, and made disparaging comments about service members. That crossed a line from poor customer service into outright disrespect. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome. Instead, we were treated like an inconvenience from the moment we asked a simple question. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and certainly no appreciation for customers. We took our business elsewhere, where we were welcomed without hesitation. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place that values its customers. There are plenty of restaurants that understand what hospitality means--this isn't one of them.
