Nour Coffee Shop was an absolute delight and quickly became one of my favorite café discoveries…read more Everything we ordered was exceptional, making it a spot I'd happily return to again and again. We tried the mocha, cappuccino, almond croissant, and fresh orange juice. The coffee was outstanding--rich, smooth, and expertly prepared. The mocha struck the perfect balance of chocolate and coffee, while the cappuccino was beautifully crafted with a velvety texture. The almond croissant was fresh, flaky, and packed with flavor, and the orange juice was a refreshing complement to the meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it an ideal place to relax, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a quality cup of coffee. If you're a coffee lover, Nour is a must-visit. Great drinks, delicious pastries, and an overall experience that leaves you looking forward to your next visit.

Coda Rouge, I commend you for a superb Valentine's Day dinner…read more I've experienced lunch at Coda Rouge a few times, but this special occasion, the five-course prix fixe aphrodisiac menu, was next-level dining. Why? The opportunity to experience the live painting artwork by Bryan "Prolifik" Hickman, artist and creator of the Tuskegee Airman mural on the side wall of Coda Rouge. The added ambiance of Singer's Lounge, Phebe West, singing lovely, familiar tunes. And last but not least, the intimacy of meeting Coda Rouge chef, Sachiko Tashiana, who trained under renowned chef Wolfgang Puck. And all hands on deck from the chef's family, who helped make the evening special. Finally, the presentation of each of the five courses and the food was superb. If you have never experienced Coda Rouge, you must add it to your short list of Harrisburg fine dining experiences.

The food, the ambiance, the service, were all top tier. When you visit your first time you are given complimentary mimosas, Brian & Estelle are a match made in heaven, they are attentive, informative, and just as polite as can be. The food was literally so yummy and we only got the classic breakfast. I cannot wait to come back for more yummy foods, and great conversation. This is the kind of restaurant you want to become a regular at! Thank you so much coda rouge.

We were pleased to make our first visit to patronize this up-and-coming local business. We both ordered Americano coffees which were tasty and piping hot. My companion enjoyed an almond cake which she reported was delicious. Service was fast and very friendly. In addition to coffee, Zhaga features a nice selection of baked treats, empanadas, and salads The shop sits off of 3rd Street in what looks like an industrial area. The interior is charming and the combination of location and decor gives Zhaga the kind of funky charm you can only find at a local business. Love it! There's also some exterior seating we look forward to patronizing in warmer weather. Zhaga's progression from trailers to this shop is the clearest indicator that they've got it going on. Definitely recommend!

I love how this Latin owned cafe infused bougee chic with a little tropical flair into an area that isn't used to it. Personally, I love their smoothies and breakfasts. I also tried their Dominican and Colombian lunch/ brunch items. It tasted so home made and made my belly full and happy! No artificial shortcuts and Caribbean comfort tapas! Please give this diverse place a try! The vibe is so cozy and cool. The food is made with love and the value considering inflation is phenomenal. Cons: A little short staffed and service is slow, however they do provide you with very refreshing natural fruit and herb infused carafes of water while you wait for your items. They are very attentive!

I've passed Watershed Pub a million times and never stopped, so when I met a friend for lunch, it…read morefinally felt like the right time to check it out. Naturally, I had already done my due diligence (read: stalked the menu for a full week) and had a game plan. At the top of my list? The deviled eggs and the Kale Caesar salad with salmon. The only problem...I absolutely did not need $40 worth of food for lunch. So I quietly spent the week putting "deviled egg energy" out into the Universe, hoping my lunch partner would suggest splitting them. Manifestation is real, people. I arrived around 12pm and found plenty of parking out back in Watershed's designated lot, which is clearly labeled--a good thing, because parking in that area looks like it could get competitive if you're not paying attention. We had made a 12:15pm reservation (Monday lunch felt safe, but why risk it?), and our table on the enclosed patio was ready when we arrived. It was the perfect setup--sunny and bright, but still warm enough to be comfortable on a chilly day. The vibe was great, and our server was even better--friendly, attentive, and consistently checking in without being overbearing. Then it was time to order. I let my lunch partner go first and waited... "Do you want to try the deviled eggs as an appetizer?" Are you kidding me?!. YES. Yes, I did! We ordered the deviled eggs ($11) to share, and I followed through with my Kale Caesar salad ($15) topped with seared salmon (+$13), officially completing my week-long menu-stalking mission. The deviled eggs came out FAST, and in my excitement, I completely forgot to take a picture--which tells you everything you need to know. Each egg was topped with a cube of candied bacon that absolutely stole the show. Sweet, savory, and just the right texture to complement the creamy filling. We made quick work of all four--excellent start to the meal! Not long after, our lunches arrived, and my salad? Gorgeous. Like, actually exciting to look at. I dug in immediately and it delivered. The mix of shaved brussels sprouts, kale, and romaine gave it great texture, the dressing was well-balanced, and the red onion didn't overpower the rest of the flavors. But my favorite part? The garlic parmesan crouton crumble. No chasing rogue croutons around the plate--just perfectly distributed crunch in every bite. Genius! The portion size was generous, too--I made it through about half before calling it and boxing the rest for dinner later. By the time we were wrapping up, the enclosed patio had filled up significantly, which tells me this is a popular lunch spot--and for good reason. The food is solid, the atmosphere is great, and the service was spot on. That said...$40 for deviled eggs, a salad and water is a bit steep for an everyday lunch. For me, this feels more like a "treat yourself," client meeting, or special occasion kind of place rather than a regular rotation spot. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I be casually popping in every week? Probably not. But those deviled eggs? Totally worth manifesting!
