I've been here twice. The first time it was a young girl helping me. She was pleasant but not much warmth. The second time was an older lady who smiled when she greeted us. Good service. The drinks were made quickly. Not too much of a wait. Tasted good and they give you a good amount of boba/jelly/sago etc. The place was fairly clean. I'd come back again!

A picture of them thoroughly cleaning the place!

Love this place. The drinks are great, the food is yummy (haven't tried the ramen yet) and the people are nice. Also sharing a picture of them thoroughly cleaning the place before closing. Recommend and will be back.

Fast service, took under 10 minutes to receive my drink. Downside is that the boba is hard (as if it hasn't been cooked long enough).

Wonderful vibe, with both the University and Schools in session. Visited Labor Day weekend... to avoid the lines, with Students hopefully leaving for the break :-) 5 Stars for my "Secret menu item" once again. Nice to see all the Staff, plus Crystal and Derek ! C - 11, the Secret menu item, is Toffee Milk tea I have it 30 % sweet and 30 % ice Boba delete but add " Egg pudding " (think Flan, delicious) Mild sweet, cold, refreshing, and dessert Flan to round it out! One, two, three, four, FIVE Stars! I approve this review in this election year, Jay M.

Not all i-Teas are good. But this one is. Everything has the right flavors, textures, and everything, and is consistent at it. All snacks are good - and the ramen is really good for a cheap bowl. It's obviously not the best ramen as it's from a boba shop (and a chain!), but it is the best ramen you can get at that price. It is a 3-5 minute drive from Saint Mary's, which is where I attend and live, for the time being. This i-Tea is as good and as consistent as the Castro Valley i-Tea, which has been my favorite i-Tea for several years. Dublin, Pleasanton, and San Ramon's i-Teas are decent, but somewhat inconsistent. The one that used to be at the Livermore outlets was terrible (tasted like water, it's been closed for a few years by now I believe). I usually get one of the milk teas (black, oolong, or jasmine) with grass jelly and egg pudding, no boba since I don't like actual tapioca pearls. I like the ramen and snacks but can't get them every time! The people here are nice and I love the establishment, with seating!

While it is really the only boba place in Moraga, it is the best! Wanted boba when I was out visiting my friend and this was the only choice we had. I was not disappointed. Since I go to school in Berkeley I am surrounded by at least 10 boba shops at any given time, and I-tea stands up to that competition! I got a crème brûlée milk tea and it was soooo good. The tea itself was nice and flavorful, not diluted with the milk. The pearls were chewy and sweet, well cooked. But the straw of the show was really that crème brûlée cream. I love crème brûlée drinks and this has been on of my favs. The torched sugar was so tasty and they put so much cream! It was delicious. 10/10. Ordered the drink at a kiosk and it was done very fast! Also the inside of the shop is cute and I can see it as a nice place to hang with friends. Check this spot out if you're in Moraga, you will not be disappointed! The menu is huge so there's a drink for everyone here :)

I stopped by for a quick lunch and I tried the crab Tonkatsu ramen- it was well worth the price and was so filling! I love soft shell crab.

i-Tea slaps. The outside might be a little janky, graphic design is outdated, and the lights might be broken....... But it's what's on the inside that matters, right? (': For COVID safety purposes, all staff and patrons must wear masks. Tucked into a weird corner of a strip mall but absolutely exuding the aroma of fresh-brewed tea. Like other i-Teas, expect an overwhelmingly large menu, Quicklys-style. Unlike Quicklys, most of their drinks are actually good LOL SUN MOON LAKE TEA (w/boba, no ice and less sweet): Bomb. Their tea is so fragrant and steeped perfectly, balanced well with their sweetener. Boba is cooked and sweetened well. Tbh I ordered their milk tea, but the cashier entered the order wrong even after repeating our drinks back to me LOL. It's fine................ My bf grabbed their fried oyster as a snack-- loved it. His Mango Sago was decent, not entirely fresh mango (a few unripe fruit chunks, but otherwise good). We only found this spot on the way out from running errands in Walnut Creek. Who would've thought i-Tea would climb the ranks and become more reliable than Happy Lemon...........

They offer a wide selection of drinks, from classics like brown sugar milk boba, to fruity flavors. It's true that if you ask for light ice, you still get a whole bunch of ice. The regular sweetness is pretty sweet, so you probably want to choose a less sweet option (there are 3 lower sugar choices). Staff are there to produce the product, not to be friendly, it seems. One big surprise: they offer a few things to eat, among which is a very good bubble waffle. I've tried many of these throughout the Bay area, and none have been any good, often bad texture or taste. I've specifically gone to highly recommended bubble waffle specialty vendors in HK, which are definitely good, and those are my reference. The one from here is quite good, and I would return here just to get that, with boba drinks as a bonus.

Parking is a little weird and very limited but luckily for us, we found a spot on the side of the building. There were two young ladies working the store and the menu is basically posted everywhere. My daughter and I immediately gravitated to the banana matcha latte. We also saw they had yummy croissant pastries available, so we decided to give that a try. What we got: 1. 2 banana matcha lattes- 4/10 the matcha was okay but we tasted no banana to it besides the slices of banana. The pudding tasted like regular vanilla. Overall just not what we were anticipating. 2. Brown sugar boba milk? - 0/10 This was just milk with a bit of brown sugar syrup. (See pic) I actually dropped this off to my other daughter and she said she just couldn't drink it. 3. Strawberry croissant- 8/10 This was actually good. The strawberries with the jam and whipped cream were very good. Don't get me wrong, service was fine. They also had a few great items but the actual drinks were mid. I think the matcha needs to change or maybe making it more paste like could help boost the flavor. The brown sugar latte was just not it.

Their store is located in the massive plaza near Castro Valley BART station. What makes them stand out is their lime tea! They're tactfully made to ace the flavor profile, and I've enjoyed every drink I've ordered so far. Not brave enough yet to get the Hand Squeezed Lime Drink ($6.50). My sister first told me about this place, and she dropped off a Phoenix Lime Tea ($8) for me that was refreshing and not as sour as I expected from a drink with a lime ingredient :P It came in a tall, sturdy plastic cup that I reused a couple times for iced coffee at home. Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong Milk Tea with Lime Cream Cold Foam ($8): Shoot that's good. I already love oolong milk tea, and the addition of creamy lime was smooth! Not too tart and didn't ruin the taste. It came in a smaller size cup and I was sad about less drink :( Durian Smoothie with Sticky Rice ($12.50): I hate that I love durian, and it's hard to find durian drinks. Because look at that price tag!! In this economy!! I also hate that I loved it. The durian was potent (not iced down) and the sticky rice was warm, didn't harden too quickly from the cold smoothie. Gosh darn it. Durian Lime Tea ($12.50): Comes with coconut noodles as a topping! Excellent combo as well with durian bits. Can opt to have lime slices in your drink or not. Can also hear the staff hand-pounding the limes for the juice! They have 2 ordering screens, and I've seen someone order at the register as well. I like the big screen that displays orders in progress and completed ones. They have WiFi and indoor/outdoor seating if you want to work from there. I saw a lot of students flooding in during after school hours. Boba is so competitive these days and I love their drinks, so please come so they'll stay open LOL I'm curious about the Rice Mochi Milk Tea ($8) and Mango Coconut Matcha ($8.50). Strange person taking order does not really know the menu... yes it's large and vast but strange nonetheless. Very modern decor. Lots of folks playing card games and chatting away.
