I have to give a shout out to my fellow yelpers. I trust yelpers I know personally or by reference from my friends' list. Based on that I called Robert, I was not sure if he was going to be able to fit me with such short notice, but he came through, not only did he come through he showed up the day of the huge monsoon. Even my nanny cancelled on me that day, but he showed up and worked on my tile. I have had this tile forever and the grout lines were almost black. My housekeeper has been going insane for years trying to fix it. It took Robert a few hours but my tile and grout lines look amazing. He even did the shower stall with a new machine he has. I know who to call when I need to fix my floors next time. read more

Taylor I couldn't agree more, Rob completely stood me up for an appointment that I stressed to him was important, I understand it was a small job but he quoted & committed... Next day!? Crickets... not a single text or phone response... still 12 1/2 hours past! I called Hydrocare services and they were on it, they showed up on time with short notice, even charged less , Id give them ten stars if I could. However Rob , I clean carpets , If you don't want to take a job just be honest about it! That was such an ass thing to do, people schedules are important, clearly you don't give a F. I bet your good reviews are all fake or family. Unreal. ... * thanks for the bs response, I texted you address, followed up on the phone that night, texted you an hour before apt, called several times with no response, and this is your excuse? THEY PROBABLY HAVE SO MANY GOOD REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY DO A GREAT JOB BUT ... WAIT FOR IT... THEY SHOW UP!!!!! read more

It has taken me FAR too long to write this review. I Clean Carpets saved my deposit from my last apartment. My husband and I have two exceptionally well potty trained dogs, so deep carpet cleaning was never an issue. We made sure we had a good vacuum, and didn't spill our drinks. But when one of our boys, Dak had a nasty bladder infection, followed immediately by bladder stones our carpet was screwed. Poor boy was not even aware he was peeing most of the time, must less let us know he had to go outside. I found Rob on Yelp... and he came with spectacular reviews so we gave him a shot. I called Rob, and he answered while driving to another job. Told me he could call me back but it might be late. I told him no worries. He called me back that night ( a little after 10pm) and we set an appointment. I was so touched that he called, even after what sounded like an exceptionally busy day. Sadly, I was not there to watch the master at work - since I myself had to work, but my husband was... and was blown away. Rob got to work right away, and even took the time to send ME pictures of the different (and of the gunk he pulled out from the carpet!) He gave us a discount for paying him cash, AND for finding him on Yelp. He also gave us some business cards to hand out, good for 10% off. We got our full pet deposit back. They said the carpet looked great, and it was hard to tell we had two dogs. Rob is amazing. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. Everyone who mentions getting their carpets cleaned gets a business card or at least a phone number from me. When we move out of this place Rob, you know we're going to call you - even if the Boys haven't had any accidents yet, you never know. 10 Stars! read more

Once again Rob has amazed my wife and I.. Our nephew spilled juice on our sofa :(, Rob was there the next day to clean it up. My sofa looks new again and now I can enjoy watching River monsters without looking at the stain.. read more

We had all the carpets and our tile cleaned. The floors look brand new. The owner showed up on time and exceeded my expectations.

Rob has cleaned my personal home and many clients homes over the past few years and I have never been disappointed. We recently had an area rug that had some pee stains due to my dog. Rob picked up the rug and performed a submersion cleaning. He delivered the rug back a few days later and it was like new. He also cleaned a home in Phoenix for a client that I thought was useless. The carpet came out looking great and looking nearly new. I sale real estate and I always suggest that my clients call I Clean Carpets for carpet cleaning. read more

The owner saw my review on Yelp and contacted me to say he was sorry I wasn't happy with the service I received and asked if there was anything he could do to improve my opinion. At his own suggestion I'm receiving a refund of the portion I think would cover the extra extraction that was to be done. read more

Found him on yelp and called him Saturday morning. He was able to come out within a couple hours to clean our recliners. Great guy, did a wonderful job on everything. Gave us a flat rate and stuck to it. He never tried to up sell anything! I definitely would recommend him to anyone that needs carpet/ furniture cleaned! Two recliners professionally cleaned for $75 dollars. Calling him back in a couple weeks to clean entire house for under $100!!! Thanks Rob! read more

We have used "I Clean Carpets" for years, and have no plans on changing. The owner and operator, Robert, comes on time and always leaves our carpets looking great again. Thanks again Robert! read more

The great yelp reviews were correct! SO we have a cat pee issue. Our cat has peed in a couple corners of our house. Well....we have dark carpet and can't tell when she pees so it soaked into the carpet/pad AND wooden boards that tack the carpets. The smell was unbearable. Rob came and cleaned the bedroom and living room. Carpet looked great but the cat pee smell didn't go away. Called him to come back and he came the next day. HE tore back the carpet and saw soaked tack boards with cat pee and the pad was not drying which was causing the smell to linger. HE replaced the pad with a waterproof pad, removed the soaked tack boards and even sealed the concrete/baseboards with a floor sealant. SMELL IS GONE. I gave up and Rob told us that he would do ANYTHING he could to get the smell out or $ back. AND he did! Thanks Rob! We will never use anyone else! read more

Once again Rob at I Clean Carpets did an amazing job. I was in a panic, woke up to my dog that had gone diarrhea all over my carpets. Called Rob at 7am and by 10 am he had come out and saved my carpets. I have been using Rob for the past 5 years and this guy does an amazing job. His prices are always great and he does a fantastic job on my carpets. He does little things like corner guards on the walls and small attention to detail stuff that makes him stand out above the rest. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a company to clean your carpets or tile. read more

So My wife and I are expecting several waves of company over the next 6 weeks and we have finally gotten around to doing our spring cleaning...in December. I work from home and generally I have time to be more of a House-Husband than a work-from-home-Husband, which means the general housework and upkeep is my department. But this happens to be my busy time of year work-wise as I am in full prep mode for contracts I have coming up in January. Now, I am the first one to admit that my housework skills are mediocre. I tidy up well and do dishes but I'm not exactly an "into-the-nooks-and-crannies" cleaner my wife thought she was marrying. Needless to say, I vacuum our carpets, but I have couple that had NEVER been actually cleaned properly. They once had color, but now just looked, well, dingy. We have a scarf-and-barf kitty that tends to puke on our carpets regularly and eventually a few spritzes of Windex doesn't have the same cleaning effect as a professional. It 's last minute. Mom arrives for the holiday in two days. Pro house keepers are in tomorrow am! But wait...2 of our 3 area rugs (we have wall to wall hardwood) are gross, and one has faint camouflage patterns of cat-puke of ol'! They'll vacuum, but still look bad! I need YELP!!! I look up carpet cleaning and like any good Yelper find the biz with the most stars average with LOTS of reviews. (2-5 star reviews scream OWNER WRITTEN!) I Clean Carpets spoke to me: To the point name; lots of reviews, 5-star average; owner-operated; pictures; owner responds to ALL Yelp reviews good or bad (Very few under 5 stars for this guy) I phone. Rob the owner answers. He's busy. He's working while technically on holidays. Could he come ASAP like tomorrow? Yes, see you tomorrow. He gave me a reasonable quote and assured me there wouldn't be any hidden charges or up-sells: a COMMON practice in the carpet cleaning biz. If $15 a room sounds too good to be true...it's because it is. Rob arrived early as he has a cancellation. He moved our rugs outside into my garage and driveway as he didn't want to steam on top of hardwood. He put down plastic sheeting first and put the rugs on top. He then WENT TO TOWN on my filthy rugs! Slowly colors emerged, colors I remembered loving when I purchased the rugs in 2005! Barf-Camo faded into the delightful patterns intended by the manufacturer! In less than an hour all three (2 8x12's and 1 5x8) rugs were pristine. Pre-treat and deodorizer included, Rob even left me 2 free spray bottles of cleaning products: a low alkaline all-purpose cleaner and an enzyme pet stains cleaner as a bonus! Will we call Rob again? Of course. Do I recommend his work? Highly. Will I ever rent a gross expensive and useless carpet machine at Safeway? um..no. I Clean Carpets is a name that stands alone: Rob Cleans Carpets! Thanks Rob! read more

Just had Rob back again. AWESOME job this time. (As always) Called to let us know he was on his way and showed up on time. My carpets are super clean again. read more

Rob is great! Had everything set up and the apportionment in the books with in minutes of me reaching out. Best Prices I was able to find and when he showed up he was professional and did an awesome job. read more

Rob is the best of the best in the carpet cleaning business. I had carpets that I had fully expected to replace due to dog and cat urine. Rob came over on short notice after all his regular scheduled jobs of the day and worked the areas for a few hours then insisted on coming back in a few days at no extra charge just to hit the areas again. He is obsessive with getting the stains and odors out and very passionate about doing the best job possible. On top of it all he charged a very fair price and did not try to upsale me on any other cleaning or services. You won't find anyone more honest or hard working and he is the kind of guy you don't mind coming in or out of your house unsupervised. read more

This guy is a beast! I have been in the real estate property management business for 11 years and I have never seen anyone take as much time and put as much effort in cleaning a carpet and mattress. Rob did a great job cleaning my carpet yesterday. The carpets look like new. There were a few places where the carpet looked worn in high traffic areas and other carpet cleaners said it wasn't possible to restore those areas. Not so.... Rob restored those areas and they also look brand new. He explained everything as he went along and he is very professional. I will recommend him to everyone and I am glad that I finally found him after trying many others at a much higher price. read more

Based on yelp reviews, I called I CLEAN CARPETS. The price he gave me over the phone was the price, no upsale and no surprises. He came to clean the grout and did an awesome job. Pre-treating was included in the price. He took his time and did the job well. He was friendly and polite. I would highly recommend Rob, I CLEAN CARPETS, for your grout cleaning. read more

I actually located Rob on Yelp since that's how I pretty much how I try to find everything. :) The owner Rob was awesome and flexible from the get go. After some scheduling conflicts that arose; he even offered to come clean my couch on a Saturday or Sunday when his business is closed. Of course that wasn't necessary but what an awesome gesture on his part! He took his time cleaning my couch and even gave me a spot cleaner for future use. I was very pleased with his service and would recommend I Clean Carpets. Thanks Rob! read more

GOOD PRICE, GOOD JOB, GOOD SERVICE. Thanks Rob did a good efficient job of cleaning our Scottsdale townhome we are getting ready to put on the market next week. He went over and above what was requested of him. read more

We are getting our house ready for sale. The place is empty and it is amazing just how obvious dirty carpets are when you remove the obstacles. Rob was able to take 10 year old carpets which have endured dogs and cats and three somewhat less than neat guys and make them look as close to new as they could ever possibly look again. What an awesome, honest, conscientious, hard working guy! An outstanding value at a fair price! read more

I used Rob when moving out of my rental. I was worried I wasn't going to get my security deposit back because I had potty trained 2 dogs and the carpet was stained and smelled. Rob made all the carpeting look better than they did when I moved in and the smell was completely gone. On top of all that he was cheaper than all other quotes that I got. I got my entire deposit back and my landlord even thanked me for leaving the place in such great condition. I will definitely be using rob in our new house when the time comes. read more

Outstanding!! Called Rob in the morning and was lucky enough to get same day service! Came in, prep'd cleaned and wrapped up 3 rooms and 2 area rugs and spent the time to do it right. Price was great and we fed him a homemade baja fish taco! :) We used to use Chem Dry and NEVER saw these results! Highly recommended! read more

After having my carpets cleaned by Robert this past Saturday, all I can say is WOW! He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. To begin, he was able to schedule my the day right after I called and worked around my schedule. He called me when he was heading out to my condo and gave me his ETA and arrived exactly when he said he would (which is a rarity- most companies arrive hours after they originally scheduled, without telling you). Not only were his prices affordable (no up-sell; exactly the amount he gave me on the phone), the carpets are cleaned beyond my expectation. They look brand new. He efficiently cleaned every part of my carpet and spent extra time on trouble areas for no extra cost. I was amazed how diligent and hard working he was! Once he was finished, he even gave me special carpet cleaning spray to use on my carpets in the future (for no cost!) Overall, I made an excellent decision choosing I Clean Carpets and Robert. Affordable AND quality service! Robert was extremely personable and did incredible work on my carpet. He even called me the next day to see how my carpet was and if I had any questions or concerns (great customer service!) I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am with my carpets! Definitely call Robert if you need your carpets cleaned! You won't regret it! read more

Rob was great! Not only was he super friendly, he did an amazing job on my carpets. He does not do any up-selling and there are no hidden/additional fees; what he quoted was what I paid. Finally found a carpet cleaning PROFESSIONAL! Rob was very understanding of our situation, flexible (had to re-schedule twice) and once we met Rob we knew we found our man! Can't possibly recommend Rob enough! Rob did an amazing job cleaning up my carpets before I turned over a rental property. We'd gotten a puppy about 6 months before we moved out, and as a result we had a few more spots in the carpet then we'd want as we left the house. Rob came out twice to make sure the job got done, left me with cleaning solutions to use on some future pet stains and impressed me with his hard work and his customer service. Thanks to Rob, I got my entire security deposit back...I'll never use anyone else for carpet cleaning as long as I live in Phoenix! read more
