Rob did an excellent job!! He did my whole house....the carpet, tile and grout, family room furniture upholstery, and 4 area rugs. Would use him again in a minute. Highly recommend!! Thanks so much, Rob. read more

Excellent job by Robert. I had him clean the carpets in my house prior to an open house. The comments from realtors were how good the original carpets in the 15 year old house looked. He knocked out the job quickly and I have zero complaints about the job he did. Thanks for the recommendations, Yelpers!! read more

Rob is the best! Here's why: I called him Tuesday morning and he returned my call within the hour. He fit me into his schedule a couple of days later. He was prompt! He was professional. My condo is 4 floors up and not on the street. Rob figured out a way to maneuver the hose all the way up to my unit. It wasn't easy and I am sure most people would have said it couldn't be done. He worked wonders on my carpet. It had several urine stains on it from my dog. He did an amazing job getting it clean. He stands behind his work. He left my place about 2 hours ago and I have already told someone else about his services. Rob is my carpet cleaner for life. read more

End your search here. This is your company. Rob answered my text within minutes and, thankfully, fit me in that day (a Sunday no less!) as my carpets had been inundated with the most vile smell from a friend's dog. My carpet is less than a year old and I have had it cleaned once before, but it never returned to that "new" look and smell until Rob came. He is my new carpet guy. Don't be fooled by mass ads and franchises. Those guys don't care about doing a great job like Rob does. Great price - Amazing clean - super nice guy. Call him. read more

Rob was able to fit us in with less than 24hrs notice. Arrived within the time window that he gave us. Fast, friendly, and professional. The carpets look and feel fantastic. ..much better than hiring a rug doctor... which would leave you exhausted and slopping mucky water all over. read more

Robert was out today to clean my carpets again and as always he makes them look brand new!!! If you have not used him , what are you waiting for?? Robert is professional, knowledgable , hard working and his prices are very reasonable!!!! Thank you Robert!!! Karen Gold Canyon read more

I found this place on Yelp and am way impressed. My carpets are clean my chairs are clean and everything was done at an amazing price! I totally recommend! read more

Rob responded quickly to my inquiry, quoted a fair flat price, and did a GREAT job on the day of. I will definitely call Rob again.

Had a couple bad experiences with vendors stating they could not reach our condo due to it's distance from the parking lot. Called Robert who stated it would be no problem. He arrived on time and did a great job with the filthy carpet left behind by the previous owner. Not only that but he was the highest value of anyone I contacted. I would definitely recommend him to firends/family. read more

Amazing service! My puppy was hospitalized with parvo so while she was being treated I had to get my house cleaned to kill the virus. He came and cleaned the carpets the same day I called so that I didn't have to keep my puppy in the hospital any longer than necessary. I can't even express how much I appreciated that. The carpets looked impeccable after he was finished; which was no easy task since we have never had them professionally done! Highly recommend, I definitely will be using this company again. read more

We just had our carpets cleaned by Rob after reading all of the positive reviews on Yelp. I wish there were more than 5 starts as he did the best carpet cleaning we've ever had. He arrived promptly and prepped the areas (even set up guards so the hoses wouldn't mark up the baseboards). The results were amazing and we will continue to use Rob from now on. Thanks!! read more

I've used Robert a few times now and he is always great. He is consistently professional and is reasonably priced compared to other services out there. Most importantly, he cleans the hell out of a carpet. It's amazing the difference he can make. Lastly, Robert is very reliable. Most recently, he had a mechanical issue with his equipment and had to leave to get it fixed. He wasn't able to get it fixed until about 7pm. Rather than reschedule, since he knew I was waiting to move into my place until the carpets were cleaned, he returned and stayed till 9pm on a Friday night to finish the job. Great guy, great service! read more

You don't find many businesses that work the way this one - extreme work ethic, professional, and does an excellent job. I am so impressed that I can't say enough. They cleaned my monster sectional and it is beautiful! Robert also did my carpets - even after he had thrown out his back - and they looked like new carpets - literally. He puts 100% into what he does. I had Stanley Steemer in the past - overpriced and does a very mediocre job. I would like to see Robert become a national chain. He would be a millionaire with the quality he does. It's astounding. Thank you Robert!!!! P.S. Robert - Adding an update - I got 100% of my rental deposit back! Thanks to you! read more

This is the second time I have hired Rob to clean my carpets. He is simply the Best! He is Courteous, Professional and shows up on time. He is one of the hardest workers I have seen and will do what it takes to get my home clean and sparkling everytime! He even does my area rugs. One of the things I like about him is the fact that he doesn't try to upsell me to add on other services. The price he quotes is the price he charges. Rob is honest and trustworthy and does a great job everytime. read more

Rob did our carpets when we moved out of our condo in Scottsdale. His prices are great and he did an awesome job on the carpets. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned. We had light carpets with a big clumsy puppy and three kids and the place looked as good as new! read more

Rob cleans my carpets annually and does an amazing job. He has a very high quality standard which is why I believe he keeps his business a 1 man operation. He cleaned all carpets in my home earlier this week/Monday. Today he text me to make sure I was satisfied and to ask about a stain he spent extra time extracting. I couldn't be more satisfied. I have recommended him to several friends and all have had positive experiences. read more

I had Rob clean my carpets (2 bedrooms, living/dining combo, and hallway) back in July 2013. He does a fantastic job! I'm a little embarrased as I have two dogs that aren't the best at going where they're supposed to. Rob got my carpets super clean, took the time to use this super charged carpet cleaner in addition to the normal one and the price was just what he quoted me on the phone. It took me too long to write a review about how awesome he is at his job but I'm now going to call and try to get him back out again (dogs again). If you want a fair/honest price with no surprises and really clean carpet-call I Clean Carpets!!!! read more

Rob was amazing! Our dog had a little accident on our couch and Rob came out immediately. Needless to say the stain is completely gone and are couch is as good as new. I will definitely use his services again! Thanks! read more

If you want clean carpets, Rob is your man. He takes pride in what he does and cares about quality. Definitely worth every penny!

I called I Clean Carpets again based on my previous experience. Once again Rob the owner arrived on time and got straight to work. As expected, my carpets looked great when he was done. He also left a bottle of some spot treatment. That was a great customer service gesture. Rob is a master in his industry. Thank You Rob and ICC! read more

After previous issues with Stanley Steemer, I resorted to Yelp for a new cleaner. I liked all the good feedback so I chose this company. Hands down, best I've seen my carpets look in the 6 years I've lived here. Also, I initially wanted a 8x6 rug we got from Copenhagen steam cleaned due to dog urine spots. Rob advised that due to it's texture and delicacy of the rug, he recommended I took it in to the cleaners. He was afraid that cleaning it wouldn't get all the stains out thoroughly and further damage could be done. I absolutely respect this honesty. They could have taken the additional money for the rug and cleaned it, thus causing further damage. Instead, they advised otherwise and deducted the cost of the rug from the total amount owed. I will absolutely use this company again. Thanks! read more

Rob, the owner, was fantastic and made time in his schedule to clean our carpets for a last-minute move out. I then had to reschedule on him due to landing myself in the ER... We left him a key and left the money in the oven. Lol. We were nervous about the results because our carpets had such wonderful features, to include pet stains, wine stains, koolaid stains, and more! And truthfully our apartment looks better and smells better NOW than it did when we moved in. He really does clean all the way down through to the carpet padding. Not much else to say, but that this guy has integrity, and he delivers what he promises. We are going to hire him to clean the carpets in our new rental home. Anyone reading, I recommend him over Stanley Steemer; Rob actually cares about his end result. Give him all your business Yelpers!!! read more

Awesome guy! I went to town with some carpet powder at my moms house by accident. The powder was giving us headaches and the carpets felt so dirty. I called Rob up after seeing his unbelievable hours and he squeezed us in same day. We could tell he was working hard all day and he still did an awesome job cleaning up the mess I made! Sorry we didn't have the ac on for you before you came in, we had just gotten home before you showed up too! Thanks for the booties and spot cleaner. I hope you take some well deserved time off. read more

Rob was able to clean my carpets the same day I called him. He was very personable, does great work, and charges a reasonable price. I highly recommend him. read more

I called Rob early in the week with an "emergency" carpet cleaning. Despite his full schedule he was able to fit me in. He is friendly and efficient. Rob called within the window of time to give me a heads up and he got right to work. There were some serious pet stains thanks to a puppy and when Rob was finished, the carpets looked brand new. He really takes great pride in his work and I will continue to use him for all my carpet cleaning needs! (I did notice on his business card he cleans tile soo I will have to try that out next!) I found Rob on Yelp 3 years ago and couldn't be happier! read more

Rob and I Clean Carpets is awesome! Using the web, I researched carpet cleaners who would be able to address a serious problem with a 12 year old carpet in our rental in a nice neighborhood in Phoenix -- finding Rob was a blessing! He actually squeezed me into his schedule -- otherwise I would have had to wait for 2 weeks -- here is a man and his business who are completely focused on the customer -- my tenants are doing backflips ( I talked to them after Rob left -- they have never experienced this level of professionalism from anyone!). So, call Rob for your work -- you will not be disappointed! read more

Great service, as expected from the Yelp reviews. I called and Robert delivered with same day service, 20min early to the appointment. He cleaned a sectional couch, and over about 90 minutes I could see that every single square inch of the fabric was cleaned thoroughly. I would recommend to a friend, and I will use his service again. read more

Called Rob on a Tuesday and requested a Thursday since I would be working from home that day and was getting ready to list my house. He squeezed me in at the end of the day to accommodate me even though he had to come from a previous job in Anthem. After fighting 2 1/2 hours of traffic he proceeded to do an excellent job. Two weeks later and the carpets still look and feel fantastic. No crusty residue left over like other companies I've used. Would highly recommend. read more

I Clean Carpets - The company should be called "I Clean Clean Carpets Better Than Anyone". - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

We have our carpets cleaned every 6-12 months. We have lived in Phoenix for 30 years. We've worked with a few carpet cleaning companies. We lost the contact information on the one we used for the last 4 years, so we decided to use Yelp. I find it hard to believe this company has 5-star rating. Their service is poor at best He said someone would be there between 9-10am. They would call a half hour in advance. We received a text message at 10:45 that told us he was on his way. The guy was definitely lacking in basic customer service and rapport building skills. He didn't use any corner guards to protect the corners of the walls from being damaged by the hose or steam line. The cleaner had a strong body odor. Neither he nor the truck left me with strong first impression of professionalism. The truck hadn't been washed in months. The cleaner wanted us to make the check out to him vs. the business name. Another sign for me. The only good thing about the experience the carpets were clean when he left. i will not be calling this company again. read more

Thank you to Rob for doing such a thorough job on my carpets. My 17 year old dog had become incontinent (amongst a host of other health issues) and left several pee stains the month prior to Rob coming to my home. He came out 3 days before she was to be put to sleep, and was very sensitive and kind towards my plight and my agony over everything. He spent 4 1/2 hours there, extracting, extracting, cleaning, extracting some more. He even did my bedroom at no extra charge. It has been about 2 weeks now, and the stains have not come back. He was able to get almost all of them out - even ones I didn't see as he used a black light when he got there to make sure he got everything clean. He left me with bottles of cleaners, and even called me back a few days later to review how to use them as I had forgotten exactly which order to put them on. He even came out again to leave me with pet stain remover. I'll never use a rug doctor or those chain carpet cleaning places again. In my experience, the stains always come back and it's just a waste of money on that junk. If you want the job done right, call Rob. He goes above and beyond for his customers and I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future. read more

We were looking to get our tile and carpet cleaned so turned to Yelp to find someone with integrity and great reviews. Rob and his services are fantastic! Wish I was around to watch him in action but my brother said he did an excellent job and my carpets reflect it. They dried fairly quickly as well and they feel clean, not crunchy and weird. He called to see if he could come earlier because he had a cancellation- since we weren't quite ready for him, he was very helpful in moving my things out of the way so he could do his magic. Professional, honest, affordable, can't say enough great things about this business! read more

Rob did an amazing job with my carpets - the best job that has ever been done on them by far! He was thorough and took time to make sure everything was clean. I was going to try to replace my carpets because they looked pretty beat up. After Rob cleaned them, they looked like brand new! No need to replace the carpet just yet! The other great thing about using Rob was that the carpet was left feeling soft and new, not crusty and worn like other companies have left them in the past. I HIGHLY recommend Rob to come clean your carpets - or anything else you need cleaned in your house! He did an amazing job and I will definitely be using him again! Thanks, Rob! read more

Quality work. Fair prices. They show up on time and follow up to make sure all went well. We had 4 kitchen chairs that were about to be sent out to be replaced, and Rob wanted to give them a try before we replaced them, and somehow he got them to look new again. The carpets look great as well and we will definitely be using them again. read more

Did a thorough job and got the carpet really clean and fresh smelling. I appreciated the extras like the booties to wear until the carpet was dry and a free bottle of carpet spot remover. read more

If you ever need your carpets or tile clean you should call Rob. He does an outstanding job. He is a perfectionist and makes sure that he gets every little spot cleaned. If you are looking for someone to come in and get out as fast as possible do not call him and in a month or two call that same person back. But if you wants someone to actually do the job you hire them for and do it correctly the first time call Rob. Outstanding work once again. read more
