Rob is a master of his trade. Called him because my home was littered with let stains and he spent 8 hours spot treating and cleaning my carpets on a Saturday. Came back the following week to check on my carpets and hit a few more focus areas again. Carpets are as good as new. Amazing work considering these carpets had not been cleaned in 8 years with a family of four and two dogs. Hats off to you Rob! You are to dirty carpet what a wine aficionado is to an old dusty wine cellar full of wine! Thanks for all of the efforts getting my carpets looking new again! Tim read more

Rob didn't dissapoint at all, carpets were very clean and got all the stains out! I would use him again and recommend him

Well I didn't think it could be done but Alex with I clean carpets got my daughters room looking great. This room had been played on from every kid in the neighbourhood, face painting water had been spilled, a serious dirt traffic patch, dog pee and more I can't even identify made me think it was needing to be pulled out instead of cleaned. I am now a believer in this company and will bring them back to finish the one room I did not have them do and my tile. P.S. The other three rooms look great to. Tamara Satisfied customer. read more

Bad carpet = clean carpet. No reason for a long diatribe. Call them, if you are disappointed...then you are a wild pig from the far regions of Borneo. Excellent, Excellent professional workmanship. read more

I don't normally give reviews but in this case I have to. Rob is the definition of work ethic. He came to my house later than the scheduled time because he had run into some time constraints earlier. He was very apologetic and professional. He took the extra time to do the job right and not take short cuts. The carpets look amazing now. I will definitely keep his contact as a reliable honest contractor, which is rare these days. If you want a honest hard working carpet cleaner this is the man. No up sales and no BS. I will be recommending Rob to my friends. 5 stars all the way. Thank you Rob! read more

This is my first... and ONLY time using Robert. After viewing and reading many great reviews of his business, I decided to go with him...BIG Mistake. Before he started he mention that some stains wouldn't come out...hmmmm. He said it was because they were in the carpet for too long, but they were only there for a month. We have no pets and they were light stains. He came with a helper, and Robert treated him worse than the stains!!! We felt so bad for his helper. He wanted to take his time and do the job right, but Robert kept on telling him to hurry up and be faster because he clearly wanted to get the job done as soon as possible. I definitely would not recommend him!!! UPDATE:This review is 100% real, and I have a spray bottle with Robert's name & business on it to prove it. I am posting 2 photos of the spray bottle on Yelp to prove that this is 100% real and that this is how he "cleaned" my house. If you can't find the two photos, it's also my profile picture of Yelp. What's the point of having reviews if you can't take bad ones, and automatically label them as fake and report them to Yelp? read more

We just moved into a brand new house and the carpets had a plastic covering on the heavily walked on areas to prevent it from getting dirty when the workmen were here. However, when we removed the plastic, it left an adhesive on the carpet that all quickly became covered in dirt and grime. The builder sent out a guy to clean the carpets and they looked great for a couple hours--and then rapidly became worse than ever! So I looked on Yelp and found this company. Rob quickly responded to my email. He came out the next day and spent hours at our house working on the carpets, removing the adhesive, and very thoroughly cleaning them. They now look better than ever and we are so happy! The price was reasonable. We also had him clean one of our sectionals while he was here and that looks great too. We would highly recommend this company!! read more

Rob just left our house after cleaning our carpets. Wow. My wife and are are just so impressed with him. It turns out that he had been to our house 2 years ago and he remembered us. I can tell you from the previous experience that he was great, but it seems that he has gotten even better. He works so hard and really seems to take pride in his work. And such a nice person! Personable and kind. We felt completely comfortable having him in our home. We had 4 rooms cleaned. 3 had pets stains and another was a high traffic room. Wow they all look close to new. I can assure you that all of them were in pretty rough shape. The chemicals he uses are not harsh smelling. The house smells like fresh cut cucumbers which is a very nice scent. We also had a very large hand woven rug sent out to the place he uses who can handle those type of rugs and it is cleaned professionally by a special machine. Bottom line is this is a company that works hard and delivers amazing carpet cleaning at a great price. Overall 5/5 from my wife and I. read more

This guy is the best. Great job, very helpful. Did more than I asked of him for no extra $$$. He used a spray which he let soak in for 10 minutes then used extremely hot water to steam the carpets. He went over each pass several times then raked the whole carpet with a special tool! I will never again use any one else. He did 2 area rugs and 2 doormats besides my carpet! Stay away from a clown called Michael Tubbs. He does a big mailing in Mesa and Scottsdale. He did not pre-treat like Rob did and finished in 45 minutes. He showed up 3 hours late and proceeded to bore my Mother and I with his boring stories. I had to ask him 3 times to start cleaning before he finally did. He used no product. When I asked if he was going to rinse the rug shampoo out of the carpets he said he didn't use any! He said because I had an auto immune disease he only used water. He used water from my outside tap and his equipment must have been very small because it never got hot. He was the pits and charged more than Rob. read more

I would like to take the time to leave a review of my experiences with Rob and I Clean Carpets. I just had him out yesterday and had used him one other time in the past for myself and another for my girlfriend and I am never disappointed. Rob called and told me the time he was going to be there and had a long haul of coming from Gilbert all the way out to my house in Surprise during rush hour. I walked him through the various rooms and areas I needed treated and he gave me a lot of information on the process he goes through and how he would tackle the tough areas and went to work. He started a little after 6:00 pm and worked until finishing around 10:00 pm and my carpets are like the new when I first moved into the house. The pet urine areas cannot be seen or smelt, as well as, the high traffic dark areas are completely gone. From my experiences I will not use anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs and there is no reason as long as Rob is available. He is courteous, passionate about carpet cleaning, honest and up front on pricing and all the work he would need to do, does not up sell his services, and absolutely will do a great job on your carpets, tiles, rugs, etc. If you are looking for someone to take care of these things for you then I would suggest you give him a try and I'll bet you will not go with anyone else after that. He works hard and deserves great reviews for himself and his business. Thank you Rob for taking care of what I needed done and being a true professional. My only problem now is expecting the same type of service from others that do work for me. Shawn read more

Excellent service. I scheduled a couple of weeks in advance with an agreed upon price. The owner (?) was prompt and all rooms were thoroughly cleaned at the agreed upon price. No up sale or issues at all. I didn't meet the owner personally but was told all went well. read more

I called Rob on Sunday and he answered the phone, made an apointment and showed up on time the next day. He was very nice, no upselling, put up orange wall guards all over to protect from any damage, gave me shoe protectors, gave me a bottle of stain remover in case I need it between cleanings. This is the BEST carpet cleaning I have ever seen in Phoenix!! They look great!! He spent four hours cleaning and helped me move the furniture. Best price out of six companies I called and best quality work. I will definately be calling him again!!!! Thanks again Rob! Angela :) read more

Rob does a great job. On time, great price, and this is the second time I've used him. First time he cleaned my couches, grout lines, and carpets in 2 rooms. The stains I had didn't come back like I was used to showing up a couple days after. This second time was to clean my couches again, and carpet as I have three little girls under 2yrs, and them not spilling their sippy cups isn't possible! :-) Great guy , great job, and would recommend him to everyone! I was beyond thrilled with Rob. When I called he was in the middle of a job but asked if he could call me back, which he did promptly. The day of the job (today!) he came when he said he would and gave me a heads up with an ETA to boot. Two hours later I have carpets that look brand new! Let's be frank here. I have six boys. (Yes. Six. BOYS.) We are rough on our house. We had some fuuuuunky stains going on; everything from marker to spilled cleaning product to dried green play ooze. And a couple mystery stains just for fun. They are GONE, people. Gone! Even my kids were impressed. (He even demonstrated his awesome vacuum hose for their entertainment. Now they all want one. ) He was kind and personable and efficient. My carpets are clean for a great price. Couldn't be happier. read more

Rob is freakin' awesome. Just call and get your carpets cleaned by him and ONLY him. First off, I really appreciate it when a business can communicate with me via the internet. This guy replied to my yelp inquiry within minutes. So hell yeah! No phone calls, no "hold please", no non-sense. He gave me a competitive quote and was on time the day I scheduled my appointment. His work was excellent and he was extremely personable. He even gave me an estimate of how long he'd be so I wouldn't have to wait around my apartment while he worked. My place is outdated, about 90% of it is covered in carpet, so I was really concerned about leaving everything extra clean prior to moving. He made it happen and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Rob! read more

I like his work! My carpets are really clean now, and my puppy also feel exciting when she play on the 'new' carpets! definitely will recommend to my friends who need a carpet clean. read more

This was our 2nd time using Rob. He's great. We're having a family wedding and wanted our home to look its best. My wife said call Rob he's the best carpet cleaner we've ever used. We have a beagle that finds discrete places to pee in our home, if she wasn't so sweet and cute.... well Rob specializes in pet odor and stains, and the dog is safe. He doesn't leave until the job is done right. He definitely spends his time. We've had plenty of cleaners who come and it's like a hit and run job. Lastly, a nice touch is he gave us a spray bottles of commercial stain and pet odor remover. We'll continue to use Rob as our primary carpet cleaner. Thanks again Rob. read more

My carpet has never been cleaned so well! Rob did an amazing job... paid attention to details and didn't stop until HE was satisfied. (I was satisfied and thought the carpet was clean about half an hour before he stopped!) Reasonable price, hard work, fantastic outcome. Hire this man!! read more

We just moved to Phoenix, and I decided it was time to to potty-train my little girl. Wouldn't you know it, as soon as I put her in her big-girl underwear she has a little accident. She decided that since she was a big girl, she wasn't going to tell me that she needed any help. When she tried to clean up her mess by herself it ended up all over her room and on her carpet. I found I Clean Carpets online and gave them a call. I talked to the owner and he was at my door that afternoon; worked hard and got done quickly. His cleaning machines didn't even freak my daughter out. In short, he was wonderful. My carpet looks better now than they did when we moved in. I guarantee we'll call him again. read more

It had been over a year since I had my carpets cleaned. With two big dogs, two teenagers and two adults, the carpets get lots of use and abuse. They were filthy. Rob came out today and did the cleaning and my carpets practically look brand new....even the ones that are 14 years old in the bedrooms! His prices are extremely competitive and fair. I already have a note on my calendar to call him in 6 months for another cleaning. Thanks Rob! read more

We just had our carpet and tile cleaning done by Rob. We called him couple of days ago and he was able to put me in busy Friday morning. Be aware that it would be bit hard to get a hold of him, but he will reply back to u by the end of the day. I think it is because he can't answer the phone while he works and he is the only one in his company. This morning, he came about an hour late. He sent me a text in advance so i was expecting that. However time is very important for me. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Once he started his speciality which is cleaning carpet, he was superb. I was super satisfied with his work. He did not miss any spot or being lazy. He was putting a lot of time cleaning the carpet. When it came to carpet cleaning, he was not joking around. He did fantastic job on my carpet. Also I asked him to do bathroom tile cleaning and he did a awesome job with low cost. So if u want carpet or tile cleaning done with some professionalism, yelp Rob now. read more

Rob did a great job. Super professional and gave me some good advice and knowledge about caring for my rugs. His prices were very fair.

Reasonably priced, professional, timely, and good communication. I will use Rob again.

Sent Robb a message at 1:48am after my puppy projectile vomited all over my white carpet on my bedroom carpet in our new home we've owned for 5 days. He replied. He was at my house by 10am the next day working hard to remove the horrible stains in my wool textured carpet. He did it. He was prompt, professional, reasonable, and offered to come back as needed for no charge for touch ups. Seriously.. highly recommend! read more

It's been awhile since we had our carpets cleaned. We didn't think they were that bad, but now we can really see the difference. Rob did a very good job. He is hard-working, honest, stands by his estimate, and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. I would comfortably recommend him. read more

I used this company because it had read some good reviews on Yelp. The job was done well and quick. The only thing I didn't like, was the foot prints that were left on my nice cleaned, shiny floor and the discoloration of the tile. The chemical that is used to clean the rugs spilled over onto the floor and removed the wax when he used his mop to wipe it down. read more

I hired I Clean Carpets to do a job at my boss' house. It was kind of an emergency situation since I needed to get the carpets cleaned before renters moved in, and only had a little over a day to do so. Not only did Rob return my 11PM (!!!!) call quickly, but he agreed to come and clean the carpets the next day. There was a small hiccup with his machinery which made him run late, but I didn't mind and understand things happen. When Rob showed up, I gave him the rundown on what we needed. His pricing was fair and he completed the job much quicker than I was anticipating since it's a 5 bedroom, 6,000sqft house. I am very pleased with the job he did and you can bet I'll be calling him when it's time for my own home carpets to be cleaned. Thanks, Rob! read more

Competitively priced. Paid a negligible amount more. But worth it. Excellent work. The carpets were pre-treated. Scrubbed. And clean. They were timely. Polite. And professional. Highly recommended. read more

Punctual, polite, respectful and thorough. Fair price. Can't ask for more.

After using Rob's company in our home and having great results, I contacted I Clean Carpets for cleaning services in the commercial office space where I work. Yet again, he exceeded my expectations, restoring our filthy carpet squares in the 2500 sq ft space to like-new conditions. (He showed me the water after the cleaning was completed and I couldn't believe how much dirt was removed during the service.... the water was black as night and we've only been in the space for a year!) Rob to the rescue again! Thanks for being extremely responsive, prompt and on time, the best price in town and an all around pleasure to work with yet again. See you in 6 months! read more

The best carpet cleaner in Chandler. Rob has cleaned my carpets for me near a dozen times over the last few years. Reliable, fair pricing, always polite and goes the extra mile. Don't waste your time with other carpet cleaners. read more

This is our third time using Rob, and for good reason. He is awesome! Not only does he do a fantastic job on our carpets, he is so friendly! We have two boys and they like to keep their messes contained to every square inch of carpet in the house. I thought our carpet was ruined after my oldest son and his friends poured candle wax all over his room (sigh), but Rob did such a great job, you can't even tell anything was there. Rob also leaves us a spray bottle of stain remover to clean little messes up before they set. If you need your carpets cleaned, use I Clean Carpets. Seriously, you will never be disappointed. read more

Extremely happy with the service provided! We had near to white carpets with a dog, so as you can imagine our carpets needed some major cleaning! He takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make customers happy & satisfied. I recommend this company to everyone!! You won't be disappointed! read more

Rob came back to our house for the 2nd time and did a really great job. He is the best. He was able to get the smell out of a rug that another company had already cleaned and failed at. He really gets the dirt out. He also did an extremely thorough job on our large sectional, beat up by 2 dogs (one is a puppy). We love the sofa and now it looks brand new again. I can see why he has so many positive reviews. read more

My carpets look great! Rob worked for two hours to make my entire upstairs clean. I picked up anything that wasn't heavy furniture to help him breeze through the rooms and to get the most carpet exposed for cleaning.
