My dogs did a number on my white carpets in my rental home. Michel was able to nearly restore them back to new! I am so impressed with his work. He was on time, respectful, and checked in the day before to confirm appointment. As a teacher, I really appreciate that HydroCare Services was able to come on a Sunday to clean my carpets for move out. I highly recommend this company for any professional carpet cleaning services.

Michel did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and sectional couch. I had a few small stains on the couch that I tried cleaning myself and made it worse and was left with big hard water stains I couldn't get out. Michel was able to make it look good as new with 1 quick cleaning. He was thorough and had great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and will be using him for tile and grout cleaning next!

My family and I moved into our current home about 2-1/2 years ago and never had the air ducts cleaned or inspected. I had HyrdoCare Services come out to check out the situation. They were in and out within an hour and they let me see all the junk their machine sucked out. If you're looking for air duct cleaning in Mesa, I would definitely give them a call!

The quality of their work was worth every dollar, they were on time, quick and very kind. I leased a space with horrible high traffic carpet, dark with specs of tan paint on it, we can't afford new flooring right now, so we decided to have a professional company to steam clean it. It is the 2nd time I called the company for air duct cleaning for 2 different houses. They were able to remove the molding smell in the 1st house. For the 2nd house, we did some major renovation so it was extremely dusty in the air vents. Daniel got it done in a couple of hours. He also found a tile that I left there a while ago to adjust the air flow and forgot about it LOL. I will definitely call them again for the next house.

Disappointing overall. My expectations are low for any Groupon deal and they managed to still disappoint. Got the upholstery steam cleaning/deodorizing for sofa/love seat. If I wanted a mediocre job, I would have rented a machine and did it myself. I would try to get them to come back out but their hours are awful. You only get one chance to make a first impression. Curious to see what the owner says because it looks like he responds to reviews. Not readily available. Their website says Sun-Thurs 8-6, Fri 8-3, closed sat. Guy I spoke with on the phone says they don't work weekends and nor after 3pm. So zero availability for anyone who works a normal 9-5 job. When I did speak with them, they repeatedly tried up-sell/bait and switch. I guess ordering the cleaning/deodorizing package doesn't include actually vacuuming the couch. You would mop without sweeping the floor right? Had to set my sofa/loveseat on tarps in the back yard and leave a key in a lockbox just so I could actually figure out a way so they could come out because their hours are so awful. They got dirt all over my love seat. It was immediately visible and looks like a footprint on one of the cushions. Only cleaned portions of the back cushions. Check out the pictures. Save your money and give your business to someone who deserves it.

UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE BY THE BUSINESS I am pretty sure that not many if any will read this, the review was long enough. That's OK. Feel free to just look at the photos if you even think about hiring them. Like all my reviews, and others on Yelp, it is my honest perception - good or bad. I read them to be better informed, I hope you do also. I can't speak for other reviewers, only myself. Let me take the start with the person writing it. I never to my knowledge met or spoke to this person. The first time, I called, I thought the "owner" said his name was Joe. He said he would be on the job, but the person in charge introduced himself as Michel. I have no idea who GE is, although his writing sounds like some of the emails that I addressed to Michel. I certainly was never corrected. I will say, that neither my review nor my hiring them was a scam. I would never try to do something to a small business (unless they deserve it), I used to own a small business myself for close to 25 years....so as they said on "The Wizard of Oz" pay no attention to the man behind the curtain" or in this case hiding behind the internet. There is also an old legal saying that goes something like "If you have the truth on your side speak slowly and clearly, if you don't have the truth on your side, yell and scream and pound the table." Seems like "GE" is yelling and screaming and pounding the table a lot. I actually wrote a very long response only to find that Yelp decided it was too long. It probably was. I have taken most out and just say that nothing in "GE" comment is true. Nothing. If you want to know for sure, go to his website and you will absolutely see the statements that I quoted and more. The only Joke here is this guy and this company who clearly don't know what they are doing, and I wouldn't want coming to my home again. Sometimes things are just too much for someone. Just say so and move on. Hope this helps someone else. This problem will get resolved in court. Meanwhile, anyone who wants to read the whole post that I wrote - feel free to write a direct message. Make the wise choice, and hiring "The Professionals" is the wrong one.

Good and Bad. HydroCare responded quickly and scheduled our appointment within a couple days. The tech was friendly and professional. He arrived on time after giving us a 20-minute heads-up. The charges were as estimated. The work was done very quickly. BUT, I was asked to sign the agreement that "all work was done to my satisfaction" before they even started. And the treatment for pet stains was hydrogen peroxide--just sprayed on and left to work (after the cleaning was performed). No rinsing. Consequently, we now have larger pet stains than before and the carpet is discolored. Also, there were several spots that were missed altogether but revealed with a blacklight. I'm going to rent a Rug Doctor and give it all another once-over with just plain water. Maybe I can get the stains and bleached-out spots to match better. I wish I'd done it myself from the start. read more

I found Hydro Care Services on Groupon and they were offering a special on carpet and upholstery cleaning. We were just moving in and needed them cleaned right away. Within 30 minutes of me leaving a message Michel contacted me back and let me know they could squeeze me in at noon. He and a gentlemen showed up on time and was able to clean both couches within an hour. They did a fantastic job and got the smells out of the couches, they even offered a military discount. I would use them again and would defiantly recommend them to friends. Great job and thank you so much! read more

HRM 4/23/2015 Had a LivingSocial coupon,but before I purchased I checked them out with reviews from Yelp. They are AMAZING!!! They were honest and did not try to sell me additional services that I didn't need. I am always cautious of these places, where you get a low price and then they try to sell you expensive add ons. I could not believe the difference in my carpeting.It is clean, and the black spots are GONE!! They showed me the water before them emptied it and it was not pretty. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. I plan on having them clean my tile, since I am so pleased with the carpet. You will NOT go wrong with this company. Patrik came by when we had a problem after a big rainstorm in our new home. The water seeped in and caused a major problem with our carpet in our bedroom. Patrik came by quickly and within a couple of hours got all of the water out. Then the owner even came by (Michel) and made sure everything was good. Amazing job ! Prompt replies to quote request , answered all my questions , and scheduled a visit promptly. Was in time for the job and even called ahead of time to let me know about his arrival time. He was very thorough and the carpets have never looked better ! I called to get carpet cleaning to remove pet odor and the response time was quick. The appointment was booked for 8:30, I got a call before arrival (awesome) so I could leave work to meet the technician. It is now 9:14, the job is done the carpet is awesome, the smell is gone and I can go back to work. This is how a company should operate. I had the pleasure of Michel and joe coming all the way Down to the city of surprise to clean what i could say was the carpet from hell lol. I have to say, they were extremely professional and even accomadated a last min request without even batting an eye lash. My carpet looks amazing and im extrememly happy with the results. They did my loft that had a lot of pet damage from previous rentors, hallway and stairs. I paywd exactly was they qouted, no surprises aside from a plesent surprise of how great my carpet looked. I see these guys have great reviews, but my experience was good up until I saw the carpets. They didn't look like they were cleaned at all. I had the rest of the house cleaned and the cleaner told me I should have the carpets done. And the owner pretended he would refund my money, but of course, that hasn't happened. I would not use them simply because if I pay to have my carpets cleaned, I feel they should look like they are clean. So, I waited several weeks to see if the owner would stand behind his job, but they didn't. So, my recommendation is to call someone else. Lots of carpet companies out there. read more

So far we are really happy with our entire experience. We bought a groupon- which I'm always hesitant to do because I've never had a good experience with services booked through groupon. However, I took a chance because of the good reviews. Michel was super easy to reach and it was easy to find a time that fit my schedule. They arrived right on time and walked us through each space with a black light to identify problem areas from our pets. We knew we would be paying extra beyond the groupon for additional rooms and pet stains. The price quoted up front was very reasonable. They were informative about our options yet there was no up selling at all. After completing each room, Michel asked us to walk through and verify that we were happy with the service provided. All in all- super happy. I will certainly update if anything changes but I don't anticipate that happening.... read more

So this is the first time I ever had to look for a cleaning service. My husband & brother in law had a drinking debate one night and my brother in law lost. Also he could not hold his liquor and vomited on my couches ‍ We tried to clean it up but the smell would not go away. Started googling cleaning service and was looking for someone to do it the same day and low price. Found a business that was able to do it for $80 for an oversized loveseat & recliner and same day and i was impressed but i still shopped around. Then i came across HydroCare Services and spoke to Michel. I informed him my couch and recliner stinks and need someone to clean and get the smell out, he said no problem. He quoted me and was more than the $80 i was quoted by the other guy, but Michel asked if this guy uses shampoo or just steam? i had no clue because i didn't ask. Michel informed me that only using water and heat would not take out the smell or the bacteria, but Michel stated he uses a shampoo that can do just that. I called the other guy back and asked and sure enough he only uses steam and didn't know what i was talking about when i mentioned shampoo. I immediately called Michel back and asked if he could come same day and he was able to work something out and helped out on the cost. Michel did a fantastic job and my couch and recliner smells amazing. I can finally sit on my couch and recliner thanks to Michel from HydroCare Services. I called HydroCare for my upholstery cleaning. I chose them because they were listed as number 1 for the Phoenix area on Yelp. After having them clean my upholstery, I agree that they deserve this ranking. I talked with Michel, Joe, and Patrick. I had called them more than once to have questions answered. Each time I received answers I needed. Each time I was quoted the same price. There was no adding or changing or playing with the numbers. Michel called when he was on the way like I asked. He arrived during the time he said he would. Michel, Joe, and Patrick came and were very courteous and very professional. They were efficient but took the time that each piece needed to have them cleaned. They did a great job. I was VERY happy with the job that did. We found Hydro Care off of Amazon local. We have a 9 month old puppy who is still having trouble with potty training. We were embarrassed by the condition of our carpets and expected an extra charge for the urine stains. These guys showed up on the original appointment scheduled and took a thorough examination of our carpets and let us know what treatments we actually needed to do. They told us the deal we got on Amazon would only make the smell worse and they refused to do anything to the carpets without having us fully aware of what actually needed to be done. So we rescheduled for a week later. They came back today right on time. They were again extremely professional and very friendly. Our carpets look amazing and all the stains have been removed. We've used a couple of different carpet cleaners over the years years and haven't been entirely satisfied.I went on Angies List and reviewed what was available. After reading the reviews we decide on Hydrocare Services. I called Tuesday to schedule and appointment. and they were able to have Patrick here the very next day. Patrick is a hard, fast working young man who did a great job.The carpets have never looked so good since they were put in fifteen years ago. The scheduled time he was to be at our home was between 12:00 and 2:00. Patrick called us at least three times to give us a heads up on his ETA.It turned out it would be closer to 2:00 than 12:00.That freed us to leave and get back in time.That is appreciated. These guys are amazing. They were extremely accommodating and flexible with us due to a moving conflict. Both men were professsional and efficient and had 5 rooms plus the main hallway done in less than an hour. Gadi came to our Glendale home and made all of our carpets look brand new after the home had been rented to tenants. I found out about HydroCare services through Groupon. We had moved in to our house not too long ago, and we had never had the carpet cleaned. The staff were very courteous from the beginning. They worked with me to schedule a time best for me, and also kept in contact about a time slot earlier in the day that opened up that worked out even better for me. They carefully calculated the costs and explained them thoroughly, and were never pushy about anything. They were also very prompt, finishing the job in a 3,000+ sq ft house in about 2 hours. This is the 2nd time I have used HydroCare for my upholstery cleaning in Glendale. The first time was blindly, as I bought a Groupon. Both times 5 star service. They booked the appointment for a convenient time and showed up with they said they were going to...seems simple enough, but I've had other companies that can't even get that part right. I contacted 10 cleaning services for a move-out cleaning. I needed carpet, tile, and house cleaning. HydroCare Services was the first to respond, afterhours too, and provided a quick estimate. On the day of cleaning, a cleaning crew showed up on-time and motivated to work hard. They did a great job, cleaned 1,100 square feet of tile and grout, 4 carpet rooms, and a 3,600 square feet house. Patrick was just here to do two large rooms in our home. Living room downstairs, master bedroom upstairs. He was prompt, calling before my service window time, and showing up when he said he would. He offered a few extra services, explaining each one without trying to over sell me on anything he knew wasn't necessary. The whole process took about 2 hours. The best carpet cleaning in Phoenix. I really appreciate the attention to detail that Michel of HydroCare Services puts in to his work. There are a dime a dozen carpet cleaners out there, but when it comes to quality carpet and floor cleaning, there are very few that actually do the work that is required. This company is amazing. They were recommended to me by my regular plumber when my sewage line backed up. Their agent, Soro, came the same day I called and took photos of the problem (big problem), and his team dug and repaired my line the next day. Just had Hydrocare Services in to clean our floors, and these guys are fantastic. They do great work and won't make you feel pressured like some might. Also they are fast (4 rooms in an hour and a half), but thorough - showed you everything that came out of your gross carpets (no matter how clean you think they are, your carpets are gross). After ECS decided to end our working relationship, I reached out three separate times to confirm whether any outstanding balances remained. Neither Ben nor Tom has responded. Expecting an exclusive business relationship while failing to provide basic communication and follow-through is unacceptable. I have since found another company with reasonable pricing and, in my experience, superior quality. After so many years of doing business together, I expected a much more professional and respectful conclusion to our relationship.

On yelp it does state it's 15% off for new customers and I didn't see any fine print stating otherwise. I also confirmed I would be getting the 15% off through messages, but I guess they have an AI bot and that's who I got my response from, which then made my 15% off invalid. Nonetheless, the guys were understanding and accommodating which I appreciate and did apply a discount.
