Convenient to convention center. The hotel has absolutely no character. Rooms are all biege, very sterile, no artwork, bedding just white sheet looking comforters. The room was clean. The pool area literally has sitting for maybe 20 people, and the pool is super small. No bar at pool area. This hotel has 21 floors, and in Phoenix, you need a large pool when the weather is hot. There are no comfortable areas to just hang out and talk. Hallways are long blank walls. Not the typical Hyatt, no luxury at all. For the price I will choose another hotel next time staying downtown Phoenix. read more

Dropping them to one star simply because talking to the folks at the font desk does no good. Often a one-star review with cursing gets more attention from management. I stayed there for the Phoenix Fan Fusion convention. On my first morning I needed some over the counter meds from the gift shop. The gift shop wasn't open when they were supposed to be. When I talked to the front desk staff I got "Oh they open at around 8:00." The signs say 7:00. Then the front desk girl said "Well the store is run by a third party so..." I've heard that excuse before from other businesses and it's the biggest bullshit answer ever. All that answer means is that the business does a shitty job writing contracts. The third party works for you. Make them do their damn job correctly or find another third party. How many hotel guests needed something before a meeting, a convention or other event, but the third party was doing a shitty job running the store and it wasn't open. Fix this Hyatt. read more

A new thing my spouse and I do after our annual trip to Puerto Vallarta is to stay overnight in a connection city before heading back to Hawaii. Last year we did Dallas so we figured we'd do Phoenix this year which is what brought us to the Hyatt Regency Phoenix. RESERVATIONS: I booked directly on Hyatt's website about two weeks prior to arrival and they were actually cheaper than online booking sites. With tax we paid $152.64. TRANSPORTATION: Oddly there was no hotel shuttle to/from the airport, but, Uber is allowed to pick up at Phoenix Sky Harbor which was great. Our ride was about $15. LOCATION: The hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the Sky Harbor Airport. The Phoenix Convention Center sits just across the street, along with nearby Talking Stick Arena, movie theaters and a good number of restaurants. One eatery in particular, Noodle Bar, was just a block away where we had some legit ramen. The area was so desolate when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon and when we went out that at night. ARRIVAL: There was no welcome from the valet staff aside from opening the car doors. No bell service was offered either. ATMOSPHERE: The facade looks like a typical 80's Hyatt hotel with what looks like a revolving restaurant atop and 693 guest rooms below. The lobby was very modern and decorated in dark, bold accents. And yes, they have the signature Hyatt atrium design inside with skylights and where the hotel looked absolutely dated. All you saw were beige concrete pony walls and elevator shaft lights. There needs to be some greenery or plant life to make it less humdrum. CHECK IN: Katelin assisted us. She was friendly and welcoming, confirmed everything and went over the usual specifics. ROOM: I'll never understand why a king bed brings up the cost of a room. Anyway, because we were here just overnight, I opted for two queen beds and no balcony to save a few bucks. The room was sizable for being an older property and was pretty clean. Décor was modern and upgraded with a big flat panel TV, computer connections at the work desk and charging ports on the nightstand. The super high mattresses were very comfortable while heavy blackout curtains adorned the walls. A/C was strong as was the free WiFi signal. Want a bottle of water? $5 each, please. The bathroom is typical Hyatt, meaning a tight space, single basin, no light above the shower/tub, upgraded décor but they didn't bother to change the original bathroom door. Come on, really? The amenities had a nice, subtle scent. RESORT/HOTEL FEES: Nothing was added to our bill. VALET: Even though we used Uber to get around, none of the staff acknowledged us as we waited at the front drive. CHECK OUT: I easily completed it on my phone with receipts conveniently emailed ASAP. I stayed at this hotel as part of a large convention. Overall, I was pleased with our stay. I arrived at the hotel around 10 am aware that check in time wasn't until later in the afternoon. They were able to store my luggage and gave me a tag to claim it when the room was ready. Our room was ready about an hour before official check in time which was nice considering there were a large number of check ins that day. You need your room key in order to have your floor selected on the elevator. I understand this is for security but at times this feature didn't seem to work well. My room was on the 9th floor. Our room didn't have much of a view but you could look down onto the pool area. The room was clean, spacious and had a modern feel. There was a mini fridge (microwave was in the hall). The one odd but could be nice feature was the beds had a motion activated light on the base. Ours seemed to have a hair trigger because everyone would be in bed and a blanket would turn the light on. The pillows kind of stink (because they flop down into flat nothing pretty easily) so request extra pillows if you like support. The last odd feature was that you didn't have control over the thermostat. You had to call if you wanted the temperature in your room adjusted. Overall a pleasant stay in the heart of downtown. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Phoenix area. read more

My wife and I stayed here over the weekend while visiting friends in Phoenix. The hotel is nice, fairly recently renovated and located in a great downtown location. The per night price was pretty solid as well, we didn't feel like we were paying through the nose like some hotels require of us. We arrived late and the staff was still energetic and prompt to get us squared away. The hotel was pretty packed with a conference and a chunk of little league baseball teams staying in for a nearby tournament. Despite all this, the hotel felt quiet, not overly busy, and was an all around solid experience. The only drawbacks were that you never really knew which elevator was going to be running or not, and at peak times there were extensive lines for elevators. In addition, we weren't told about the seemingly mandatory nightly parking cost that was charged directly to our room. We didn't have an issue with it, though it sure would have been nice to know ahead of booking. Overall, this is a solid place to stay if you're visiting Phoenix! We had an outstanding stay here for our 18th Wedding Anniversary. We travel a lot and every often we are WOWED and this was one of those times. Tom Delaney, the Hotel Manager reached out to us PRIOR to arrival, which I think represents customer service above and beyond. I replied, letting him know that we would be celebrating our 18th Wedding Anniversary. Tom Delaney then emailed us back letting us know we would be upgraded to a VIP Suite. Joshua assisted us during check in and his name tag said "In Training". He was extremely polite and helpful. This room was absolutely gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations! We had an amazing dinner at the Compass Restaurant, which is a revolving restaurant on the 24th floor. Make an effort to eat there if you stay at the hotel. The views are breathtakingly beautiful! When we returned to our room, there was a bottle of Champagne waiting for us! Prior to check out I received another email from the Front Desk Manager, Anthony Cleary. Anthony was just checking to make sure that our stay was going well. This Hyatt knows how to provide outstanding Customer Service. Receiving two emails from management, the bottle of Champagne and fabulous room upgrade demonstrates this. I loved the fact that Joshua's name tag indicated that he was in training. Many hotels don't even have their staff WEAR name tags. Covid precautions were in place everywhere as well. From beginning to end this was a world class experience. read more

Reservations needed BUT charges BEFORE even dining at restaurant. $50 non-refundable window seat...$10 per person to reserve a seat which is refunded on credit card after checking-in with hostess. Food (pasta) small in portion size and least expensive item for entree $42. Everything al la carte including bread!!! Service slow and not professional. Reservations start at 5 PM...elevator to resteraunt floor locked to 5 PM...how do you get there at 5 PM for your reservation??? Valet parking validated by resteraunt but only for $5 off...you still pay a fee for valet parking at hotel. So many rules, so many fees, so many other choices that are MUCH better even if not rotating around to see the city from above. read more

Stayed for four nights. room wasn't as clean and comfortable as I would expect for $450 per night. The cheap lights (or the lamps inside them) flickered for about half an hour after you turned them on (all the lamps). I think I must have had a real bad and filthy cleaner. When you looked close, the room was filthy and dusty (I actually had a soiled pillow case that had not been washed from the previous guest). Aside from the disgusting room cleanness, the price and the cheap lamps, the Hotel itself was pretty nice. read more

Not a bad hotel, even if it does feel a little bit like it was built in the 70s and left there. It's really quiet so you'll get your sleep without the pool club waking you up at 2am (looking at you, Palomar). It's really close to the arena, Chase Field and right across from the convention center so you're close to everything. My room had plenty of space with a view of downtown and the ballpark. The bed was really comfortable and I slept great. There's a garage next door where you can park for $12 a night so be sure and get validated at the front desk. This is a solid hotel that does the job in an excellent location, I'd stay here again. read more

We had the best hotel experiences in recent memory at this Hyatt Regency. Our plane was early and we were arriving early at the Hyatt for a five night stay. As soon as we arrived Nykeira greeted us at the front desk with such a positive demeanor. I asked if we could check in early. Her response "no problem" and then she asked do you want a room with a sunset or sunrise view. Great! I asked if we could get a room on the highest floor? Again, no problem. She gave us the 21st floor. She went on to tell us about all the hotel amenities and nearby restaurants. We felt so welcomed. The housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were very positive and hard working. This hotel is so nice and convenient across the street from the convention center. This was my first time staying in Downtown Phoenix, and the two nights made me go hmmm. Not mmm, but hmmm because I would have expected the sixth largest city in the country to be a bit more lively after 5PM. Nope, it was still as a tomb on the blocks surrounding the hotel and not because things close down either. I don't think it's related to the weather either because 100-degrees ain't that hot in Phoenix. In the middle of this ghost town is the Hyatt which appeared to be nearly as empty. It looked like most Hyatt Regencys in that it was handsomely appointed in that cavernous way that most of their hotels have that's both cozy and off-putting (photo: http://bit.ly/2hT15vS). For the relatively bargain rate of $109 per night, they gave me a Single Queen room on the 16th floor (photo: http://bit.ly/2uxfweT). It offered a nice view of the eastern part of the valley to allow me to have deep thoughts about the desert, and there was a gift shop downstairs that allowed me to get a Diet Coke when that desert heat got me a bit parched. All that was well and good, but I need to share a hiccup that occurred. It was all my doing, but the response was telling. Because I was traveling from the much cooler climate of the Bay Area, I had a jacket which I hung in the closet the moment I got there. When I packed up to leave, I completely forgot about it. Of course, I wasn't aware of that fact until I was back in San Francisco on the curb at the airport waiting for my partner and freezing my tookis off. When I called the hotel in a bit of a panic (since my house keys were in the pocket), he said he would call me back after he checked. A half-hour elapsed and I called him still in a panic. He said he checked and didn't find it, but he should have called me back, don't you think? Anyhow, I wouldn't accept no for an answer, so he said he would connect with the housekeeping staff to see if they saw it. This time he did call back to say no. I told him to check again and that I'd wait on the line. He came back on the line to tell me that yes, they have it and that one of the maids just checked it in - even though it was at least 11 hours since I left the hotel at that point. Once they acknowledged they had my jacket, there was a whole process where I had to submit an online request through a separate delivery company who would Fed Ex it to me at my expense (as it was my fault). The jacket arrived intact with my keys inside - but it did bother me how persistent I needed to be to get someone to help me. Things that make you go hmmm. Oh and by the way, parking at the lot next door was on the pricey side, $23 for an overnight stay. read more

I stayed here during my business trip. It had huge entrance, with check in counter kind of tucked away to the left side. The staffs were really nice and helpful. Right by the check in counter, they had a couple of flavored water at the lobby, always good to quench your thirst at arrival, or any time of the day, really. My room was on the 7th floor. This hotel was constructed, it was kind of oval doughnut, up to the 8th floor. Seems like this type of structure is popular among Hyatt hotels? It kind of made me thing of the movie Matrix... With that, the noise from lobby up to 8th floors comes through and can get loud...especially when there are several large groups of young teenagers (?) staying there... And whats worse, the walls are really thin, I could hear the teenager group was using the room next to me as some kind of meeting room, being loud until late hours... Now, the room, they had two large water bottles, complimentary in the room, which was great. I had a balcony, without any kind of view. Since I liked to be in a cool temperature, and with no view, I didn't spend any time out on the balcony. There were adjoining doors on both sides of the walls, which was interesting to say the least... They didn't have much storing space, no drawer for clothes other than just the one right below TV. The bed was fluffy and nice. The bathroom was clean, not very new nor modern. The strange part about it was the light. They only had light above/around the sink, no light above shower. I think it is nice to have a light above the shower, but that is just my preference. They had many elevators, and they were quite fast. When you go above 9th floor, you get to have the view from the elevator. Gym 24 hr access, need to go out side where the pool is, and is across from the pool alongside. Need room key to access the gym. Towel, water, headset in the room. Kind of small but packed with many machines. The worst thing was the false fire alarm, twice in on day! They had one during the day, and then again at around 11pm, both "false alarm" - seriously??? My colleague who was staying at higher floor (above 9th floor) said that he didn't hear anything. I think all the guests who were staying anywhere from 1st floor to the 8th floor were affect by the alarms. After communicating with the manager about all the issues, I was moved up to 15th floor. No more adjoining room, walls seems be thicker too. I lost a king bed and a sitting area, but I gained a nice view of the downtown. One staff to highlight from this hotel is Edward, who was always cleaning and working really hard! He takes care of the maintenance of the gym and poolside, and they were always clean, organized and well stocked. He does a great job! I encountered Edward on the first time I used the gym. The moment I left the gym, I realized I left my room key in the gym. Edward was cleaning the poolside across from the gym, so I walked over, explained what happened and see if he could open the gym door for me. He immediately stopped what he was doing and came to assist me. I apologized for disrupting his work, and he said "helping our customers is the number one priority!" With a warm smile. Since then, I see him either at the gym or at poolside, always working hard, no matter what time of the day it was. Overall, it was A-OK stay. Not great but not horrible. It was nice that the manager listened to my concerns and tried to resolve the issue quickly. read more

I was here for a work conference and as any good yelper, checked ahead for reviews. I honestly wasn't expecting more than a typical hotel suite based on reviews and pictures. As of the date I write this, they are renovating. The pool was under construction and it seems many rooms were as well. My coworkers did not have the same style suites as I did. Mine was very modern with very nice updates. The suite came with a faux wood floor, barn style door for the bathroom, nice back lit mirror with built in clock, huge swivel TV, and my favorite... A motion sensor light under the bed that turns on when you get in and out (perfect for those late night trips to the bathroom). The bed was very comfortable! There is a safe, keurig and mini fridge. The room is also stocked with an iron and hair dryer. I was very impressed. They also have a lot of outlets and built in USB ports which was appreciated. Even though the pool was under construction they worked out something with the next door hotel to allow access to the theirs. The hotel has a "market" that has the basics for food and snacks and a bar that is open until midnight. The staff has been wonderful. I would come back here easily. The only negative is the tiny bathroom which wasn't an issue for me since I was solo but would probably be annoying if I was here with the family. read more

Meeting rooms are a bit tough to get to without a room card key for security reasons. The meeting areas are well kept, especially the atrium open area venue. She went out of her way to find us a marvelous room with an amazing view. Kaitlin has five star customer service skills and made us feel right at home. My first time here at the Hyatt in Phoenix! We had a Norwex Leadership Conference right across the street at the Convention Center, so prime location, within walking distance from lots of eateries. When I checked in before my roommates, I forgot to pack a few toiletries. That's what you get for speed packing for an early flight and since I was only doing carryon, I couldn't do anything over the liquids limit. My first thought was to go to a local pharmacy to pick up toiletries. Then I saw the list on the desk that they can provide some toiletries for us and even a hot water kettle in the room. Wow!! I guess I normally don't get this kind of service. So, I called housekeeping and rattled off a list of things I needed. Toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, feminine pads, and hot water kettle and cups. Thank goodness it was a lady (it's alway kinda awkward mentioning feminine products to a male). Ok, the bed was super comfortable and pillows were too soft for my preference, but I enjoyed the 3 nights we stayed there. Some other features I liked: The lobby has seating areas. The restaurant's food is good and has generous portions. Market has coffee and gelato (for those late team meetings). Second floor also has tables and extra chairs for gathering. Watering fountains in the lobby to refill your water bottles. I would definitely come back to the Hyatt if I am in Phoenix!! read more

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix this past weekend for his birthday trip, and we loved it! Our experience was so pleasant we actually extended it two extra days. I typically use Airbnb, but all the additional fees have made it so that the prices are no longer deals. After a ton of research, I booked this Hyatt. This spot exceeded my expectations, especially for the price range. Our room was beautiful and very clean, and the location was perfect for romping around downtown. My favorite aspect was, without question, the exceptional customer service. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and more than accommodating. An extra shout out to Jeff Monson, the Director of Operations, for going above and beyond. Aside from being super pleasant, I saw him take on multiple jobs with complete humility. He was cleaning, checking people in, dealing with luggage, and all with a big smile. When an issue arose (a mistake on my part), he dealt with it quickly and painlessly. Clean room but that's all this Hyatt has going for it. When we checked in, it was late and the lady seemed annoyed I asked about parking and breakfast. She explained we had to park across the street. I wasn't aware they didn't have their own parking garage. It is shared with 6 other surrounding properties and daily parking was $40 because there was an "event" going on. It was 118 outside, 82 degrees in our room and the AC was not working. I asked them 3 times to lower the AC (they control the AC from the front desk for each room). They told me they did but clearly it wasn't working. They offered to send up a fan and hope it worked. The pool was extremely small, almost like an oversized jacuzzi. The water was cloudy too. Won't stay here again. This Hyatt is nothing like other Hyatts. read more

They don't seem to care to update or take care of the rooms since these are all easy fixes if they cared to do so. The Hyatt was clean and every staff member we encountered was very polite. We were in a King size, balcony room for n the fourth floor. While booking there was an option to choose a higher floor, but it would cost extra. I now know why! This hotel is I. The heart of downtown, right near a lot of night life and entertainment. There was yelling and screaming and partying going on down on the street from, 11:00pm until 2:00AM. It was one of the noisiest hotels I've ever stayed in. The pool area had a hot tub and we enjoyed a Starbucks coffee and a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel is okay, but for the amount we paid for one night, it should have been better. read more

We stayed here because it was walking distance to the US Airways arena, which is where the Phoenix Suns play. There are tons of eateries, bars, and clubs nearby, so it's great to be able to walk everywhere an not worry about parking or DUIs. I've stayed here in the past so obviously these issues don't prevent me from coming back: Parking $19 self park. Parking Garage is across the street, not connected to the hotel. No rollaway allowed in our room per "fire marshall" so daughter had to sleep on floor Our room had a connecting door to the people next to us. This door was not soundproof and we could hear the tv blasting until after midnight and heard their alarm go off at 4am. I don't know how reception/guest services is because they now have a self check in kiosk where you swipe your credit card in and it prints out your room instructions and keys. read more

My coworker and I stayed here a few weeks ago for the Society of Technical Communication conference. This hotel is right across from the convention center so you can easily walk over, and we thought the hotel was great. First, the room had a lot of space. There were plenty of outlets for charging and everything was very clean. The bathroom is spacious with really good soaps and shampoos, if you forget something like shaving cream or a razor, they have it for you at the front desk. We had no problems with the room at all. If you're hungry, the hotel has a few restaurants inside. I didn't care for the restaurants inside, but it's great that they are there. There's also a little Starbucks across the street at the convention center and a few other good restaurants within walking distance. The front desk will give you a map and tell you about a few. They also have cucumber water out for you, which is great since PHX is hot! There is a small gift shop, where I bought a PHX Christmas ornament to take home since I visited. There's also a kiosk where you can print your boarding pass/plane ticket, which was great, very convenient. This hotel has a nice pool, although I didn't use it, and the gym is great. Lots of weight machines, free weights, a few weighted bars (not heavy weights), and tons of cardio equipment with attached TVs. There are headphones you can borrow in the gym and leave in a basket where they clean them. The gym also provides great towels for you to use and there's a water station in there. Hyatt hotels have the *best* gyms. Our conference rate price included wifi, which was fast, and the price was right. If you are attending a conference in PHX, this is definitely the hotel to stay at if possible. read more

The Hyatt Regency Phoenix is located in downtown, and within walking distance of Chase Field and US AirwaysCenter. As you enter the hotel, the registration desk is located to the left and in the back. Registration was quick, and all Diamond benefits were clearly explained. As the hotel has no Regency Club, breakfast was offered in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the 2,500 bonus Gold Passport points also do not apply as there is no Regency Club. I used a suite upgrade, and was given the VIP Suite, which measures approximately 1,850 square feet. As you enter the VIP Suite, there is a wet bar immediately to the left. There is a large combination living room and dining room, with a small desk, computer and printer near the dining room table. There is also a half-bath in the living room. The guest bedroom contains two full beds, with a small sitting area. The guest bathroom is spacious with dual sinks, and an enclosed shower and tub. The master bedroom has a king bed and sitting area. The master bathroom is very large, and includes a closet, vanity area, two sinks, a shower, and a large bathtub Jacuzzi. The Hyatt Regency Phoenix is a good hotel if you need to be in the downtown area. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and is conveniently located. I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for four nights recently for a work conference (event held at the hotel). The highlight of the hotel was the service provided by the staff. They were friendly during meal services, tracked down gluten free muffins for a colleague, prompt (but not overly aggressive) clearing tables. The location in downtown Phoenix is convenient to a number of restaurants, the convention center, and the baseball stadium. Also, very handy that the airport is in close proximity (~10 minutes) from the airport. On the less positive side, there were a number of times that elevators were out of service (which was challenging as a number of other groups were staying here for an event at the convention center), creating long waits for elevators. Could use some upgrade attention. 2.6 stars Cost to worth it rating: 3 (got a package with a flight on expedia) Highlights: - Location: right downtown by the ballpark and a few restaurants - Bars and restaurants on premise: they are just ok but at least available if you want something easy - Southwestern benedict: delicious concoction with poached egg, guacamole, fried tomato, on top of a biscuit and covered in a chili hollandaise. A classic gone spicy--loved it! We had it on the 2nd floor cafe, but you can get it for room service as well. - Comfy bed - Glass elevator: kinda fun especially for kids - Flight check I'm computer: at the front desk so you can print out your boarding passes Midlights: - Random sculpture art: acrobatic bunnies and small headed big men and such all around Lowlights: - Pool: small and weak, only 3 ft within the entire thing, area surrounding pool not very pleasant. Also drink menus on each table but no drink service--kind of odd. - Business center: only for people on the 7th floor - Wireless: available but fee per 24 hrs - Outdated look to the place - Not sure if it was just cause of the music conference, but the hotel as a whole smelled like pot Not much to say about it but it was where our friends were staying. Love this hotel! We have stayed there several times and have had a great experience each time! It's locations is ideal for walking to nearby restaurants and bars! Staff is always friendly, good drinks at the lobby bar, and we tried the omelette station for breakfast for the first time during our last stay and it was great! The rooms are clean and upgraded! Can't go wrong. Only downside is wish you didn't have to pay for parking but being downtown I assume space is limited. read more

Staff was very friendly at all times!!!! When we got to the hotel room was ready for us!!! It was clean, comfortable and had a huge window with a nice view to the city... bathroom was pretty small. We had cleaning service next day and water refilled. read more

This hotel is in the center of downtown Phoenix. It is a very short lyft/taxi drive away from the airport (I only paid $12 for a lyft). I didn't park here but I do know you have to pay for parking as an additional fee. The hotel is HUGE with ballroom and conference facilities of all types. It has a great size fitness facility on the 3rd floor with multiple treadmills, elliptical, bikes, plus circuit training equipment and free weights. Outside of the gym is a hot tub and pool that is a decent size but not big enough to dive or do laps. The hotel has multiple eating options on site including a revolving tower restaurant. Outside the hotel within walking distance is the convention center, theaters, ball park & arena. There is also a full service salon on the same block and dozens of restaurants & bars. The only thing missing is shopping-do not expect a mall near by. We had a king size bed room and the room was very large with 1 dresser, desk & sitting area. There are 6 elevators so you rarely need to wait long. Highly recommend if you're here for Chase Field, Talking Stick Arena or just in town for work! read more

"Not really impressed with this place," said my boss, who was also on travel for the conference we attended at the convention center directly across the street. "Really??" I asked, "why not?" His answer was that it failed to compare to the Hyatts back east. Well, to the modest taste of this midwesterner, who traveled quite frequently by way of Motel 6 as a youth, I found it lacking no class. It was very clean, well staffed, rife with uppity and/or only modestly expensive dining options, and architected with an elegant 3rd floor swimming pool courtyard. Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, and the rates in early August were a steal! At least five elevators serviced the 24-story building, and the common spaces were very stylish and certainly comfortable enough to linger in while waiting for fellow guests to join you. The only thing I'd recommend they do is give an option for room-cleaning service that retains the linens if you don't wish to have them reset each day. They offered a doorknob hanger that said you didn't want the room to be serviced for conscientious guests who are conservation-minded. But though I would gladly have reused my towels and linens, I did want my room serviced daily, so my conservation-mindedness had to bite the guilt-bullet and create more laundry for the world. It's not the Embassy Suites, nor does it offer the free benies of such, but at the rate we got I have no complaints. read more

When it's 108 degrees outside...you come in and your room is 75 degrees. It will not go lower. You call downstairs once...they will be right up...didn't happen. Called again to ask if my ac could be turned down lower only to be responded to by an employee saying, well 68 is as low as it can go. Don't get me wrong..I'll take it but REALLY Hyatt?? I enjoyed my stay here. Great staff at check in. Valet was polite and helpful too! Was pleased with everything except the breakfast. It was just so-so. Considering the entirety of my 4 day stay I will come back. Hope the eggs and Canadian bacon improve. Lol. read more
