The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. It cost us $2800 to hire them to move a lot of furniture that was worth a whole day's work. However, upon further inspection as we're settling in, there are 2 armoire, changing table and bookcase that are damaged. The 2 armoire were $1466, the changing table was $319 and bookcase $50...they compensated us around $200. They also broke off the leg of the kitchen cabinet that was worth $400, but they did super glue it back...I'm just beyond devastated. If you hire them, please do a full inspection, they'd put the furniture there, but you need to make sure all the screws are there, there aren't any cracks, otherwise the furniture will become dangerous like ours. It's just an absolute safety hazard. I'm really sad about everything, especially the changing the table. I should have just bought new furniture instead of spending $2800 for someone to break them.

We had to move the left items and they gave me grief for requesting a $100.00 credit/rebate. They also "lost" belongings. The other day I was going to give them another chance, and gained quotes for 2 moves....2 locations. I got a lot of confusing information from their rep Regis, mistakes on the quotes, and then a lot of attitude from him as well. When I asked to speak to Santiago I was told "that was a different time"... meaning that the owner no longer talks to customers...he is too big for that now. Never again. They are not the company they once were.
