Got a double cheeseburger with fries, standard staple, and the burger was delicious! Great flavor, excellent bun, not too many condiments, fries were crispy but soft inside, everything was great. And they have outside seating for the pups. I will definitely be back when I'm in this area!

Solid old school diner vibes. They gave out free fried pickles for the beer walk! The hot dogs were so yummy and hit the spot! Great place, definitely would return

Chipotle burger

The service of this place is nice at the counter , ther person that served us was okay didn't check if everything was okay with the food. I ordered the chipotle cheeseburger, the burger was completely dry , not enough sauce and I didn't finish it , the tots and the fried pickles were average, my friends had different burgers that their food definitely looked better than mine . The interior design is very dineresuqe and it's super cute for friends and family and even date night , just make sure you choose the best burger basket.

The place has solid food and Customer service The Cedar Springs location needs a "freshen up" bathroom and dirty and tiled floors are dirty The kind of dirt you can't get rid of without a remodel. The "sparkle" need a facelift

Always my favorite burger place in Dallas. But today I had my favorite Club Sandwich and it was great as usual.

Great food and great service. It's in the gayborhood so there's always plenty of sites to be seen, or just a great place to just chill! Grab a parking spot right up front (get there fast) and grab a burger and go shopping!

Under-cooked turkey burger!

While I've dined here a few times over the last 10 years, the transition to the new management has been a bit choppy! Unfortunately, the cashiers that that take your orders are often responsible for taking phone orders. This increases the likelihood of mistakes in for all orders over the phone and in person: which was our experience. Our orders included fries and tater tots. The good part is that it was corrected when I brought it to the server's attention. The more concerning issue was the "raw" turkey burger!!! (BTW, I ordered a single and got a double) Yes, I took pictures and reported it to the attendant. "No," I didn't ask for a replacement or refund! I simply wanted the staff to be aware of how food was coming out of the kitchen!!!! Especially since the restaurant is under new management!!!! Honestly, I prefer the old regime!!!! Think I'll stick to the tater tots!

patty melt, spicy fried pickle chips, large fries

Old school burger spot with a classic diner atmosphere and very welcoming staff! I really enjoyed the spicy fried pickle chips, which had a great fry and salty flavor, but they weren't spicy at all. The fries had a good texture too- light but still somewhat crispy. The burgers however were just okay, really good buns but nothing too special about the patties. Solid spot to stop by for a burger in the area, but I feel like there are better options at a similar price.

We were looking for a new burger joint and this one came as highly recommended. They have a lot of options, but in general are still pretty basic. The theming is an old 50's style diner. And everything came out to us in butcher paper. First you order up at the front, and then they come and bring it to your table once its done - this is according to the number you have at your table. We each got a burger and shared cheese tots and a milkshake. It was more than enough food. My favorite part were the tots! Pretty solid place.

This place is usually pretty good But TODAY .... Awful! A small fry is $3.25 with tax $3.53 (the manager made sure I knew) when said there is no way 10 fries is $4. The burger was not edible and very dry. After driving back there the manager wasn't kinda kurt, nice nasty... very disappointed because they are usually very nice n personable. I really wanted a fresh hot Hunkys burger but ‍ Refund me please and thank you

Stopped by today and they were having a dog friendly Easter event, so much fun! I love finding new places that are pet friendly.

Hunky Chili Cheese Dog. Skipped on the cheese - Good! All beef too

I absolutely LOVE San Martin and I honestly do not know why I have yet to come back sooner!…read more I recently popped back into San martin after not being there for a while, and OMG! I was instantly reminded why it is such a Dallas GEM! I did not pop in to eat this time, but to find a nice spot to work with a friend on our laptops and yap over a coffee! And while we weren't planning to do much, the experience was still a 10/10! I ended up ordering a White Chocolate latte and it was AMAZING! You can tell they actually put time and effort into their coffee and lattes! Everything is also brewed fresh! Which I love! My friend ordered a artesian hot chocolate and wow! It was probably some of the best hot chocolate I have ever had! It was def made with real cocoa! We did end up splurging on some pastries, because DUH! It's it so hard to ignore the bakery section when it is so stunning and filled with beautiful baked goods! I got a oreo croissant and tortuga concha! I did not eat them (My bf did) but they looked so great! I did try my friends banana custard filled bread and that was great! I would go back for it! Overall, we ended up sitting inside of their beautiful space for hours, just talking and catching up! It was amazing and comfy! We def want to return for some of their dinner and drink specials too! Highly recommend!

Based on our count, we were around #40, #41, and #42, so we should have been within the first 50 people to receive the free bag. However, by the time we made it inside, they had already run out. The biggest issue was the lack of organization. There was no ticketing or clear system to keep track of who was actually in line. We also noticed people arriving later and joining friends and family who were already in line, which made the whole process feel unfair. I understand openings can be hectic, but when you're advertising something for the first 50 customers, there should be a system in place to make sure those who actually waited in line are counted. We got there extremely early for a reason, so it was definitely disappointing to miss out because of poor crowd control.

holy ratatouille experience. food was simply SO well done. amazing execution from beginning to end…read more first of all, the foie gras was UNREAL. texture was like firm butter -- held its structure, super smooth, yet still perfectly spreadable. rich without feeling overly fatty or nauseating. genuinely made every other foie gras i've had taste mid in comparison. the shallot jam rlly tied everything together and elevated the foie gras, and the bread had such a nice, moist chew. tagliatelle was honestly aight imo. still good, but i've had better tagliatelle and def better rabbit. rabbit kinda tasted like ground chicken lol. pork jowl was INSANE. i literally got goosebumps. it was so so soft and tender, almost like the texture equivalent of medium rare. not overly fatty or secreting oil at all and SO easy to cut. completely unlike any pork jowl i've had before. i honestly hold MĀBO's pork jowl in Dallas as my standard, but u can't even compare Mamani's to it bc they're on opposite sides of the spectrum texture-wise. the sauce and garnishes were complex but refreshing and never took away from the pork itself. rlly took my time with this one omg it was so good. the veal was also incredible. super crunchy on the outside, cheese super melty and not oily on the inside, yet somehow it wasn't scorching hot. now. THE MASHED POTATOES. holy. it was like potato in butter form. idk how on earth they made it like that but genuinely the best mashed potatoes i've had in my life. u can def taste the butter, but it doesn't feel heavy, and the texture is SO smooth without being grainy. rich in flavor but light in the mouth. i actually had to take a moment after my first bite. and eating everything together??? veal + gravy + mashed potatoes followed by the lettuce was such a well thought out experience. the dressing on the lettuce acted like a bridge between everything -- slowly cleansing and refreshing ur palate after all that richness before u repeat the whole journey again. even watching the chef cut the veal, skillfully dollop the mashed potatoes, and drizzle the gravy was so peak. and then dessert somehow kept it going. got the paris-brest. the choux pastry was sooo soft and airy with the perfect amount of crunch on the surface to blend with the cream. the cream had almost a nut butter flavor and surprisingly wasn't purely sweet -- there was a prevalent saltiness and even some umami. the hazelnuts rlly tied everything together. every bite was balanced and had body without feeling heavy. and that was just the food lol. sitting there watching the kitchen in action really added to the evening. hearing them speak french to each other, watching everyone take what they were doing so seriously while still seeming to genuinely enjoy it -- it added so much to the experience. such a great meal. everything felt intentional and so well executed. honestly, Mamani is a must in dallas.

That was cool space to gather your food wits. After payin' my taxes I headed to Texas and had a truly magnificent dinner at Mamani. This is one of the best restaurants in the Country, and that's any Country, and not just the Hill Country. Brilliant food from gullet to gizzard. Enjoy the Terrace, a glass enclosed patio with low soft moody sultry sparkling lighting. It was perfect for that special occasion. There is a formal Dining Room that's all about a chance for romance especially if'n you got Fire Ants in your pants. Wanna be seen and obscene choose to dine in the bright buzzin' room anchored by the Open Kitchen where a strike force of elite Chefs and Cooks make the magic. The Bar is a full one...full of guests and lots of friendly spirits. It's where the thigh and the mighty hang out brushing lips between sips. This Bar has it all. If you can think of it? The Bar Tenders have thought of it long ago and that's before you get to the impressive Wine List. I started with a Plumbelievable. The name was too cute not to order one. It was memorable. A Highball Glass hosting a large Rock, and a blend of Michter's Rye Whiskey, Brown Butter, Plum, Amaretto and Miso and oh so sweet yet dry it made me sigh with delight and took the edge off the 45 slog in a rental car with the Dashboard light flashing "Service Required". Who y'all dinin' with? Hair down to there and hems up to here. Check the head turning tart with cleavage that leavage nothing to the imagination struttin' to her table sportin' a Western Brassiere (Round'em up and head'em out). A mini so mini if that lovely lady leaned forward you'd know what she had for breakfast. The Staff: The working definition of true Texas Hospitality. Matt worked the table like I was somebody. He applied the brakes when I flirted with ordering three main Entrees. Amanda Moe was mo bettah than any Server's Assistant. She was charming, smart, delightfully engaging and helpful. She was a wonderful Food Fairy who was not bashful about sharing her opinions all of which were welcome. She kept the Kitchen on task and target so that the meal was coursed out thoughtfully and without a hitch. She made sure that all the little things that make a dining experience wonderful were attended to without ever being asked. She is gifted. The Food: Sorta French/Italian. No weak links. Dinner was sublime. Brilliant isn't an adequate description of what this kitchen creates. The Bread Basket with a "Breaking Wave" of Normandy Butter on a cold stone was a great beginning. As a "Bread Head" I was impressed. Slices of a Rustic Country Loaf, Focaccia, and a Crusty Sour Dough Wheat Bread. All gone in a few minutes. Chew till you're blue...I did. Next was a large Rosette of Beet Ribbons. Beets is what your Mum forced you to eat. I had to be forced to stop eating these. They looked like blushing Tagliatelle settled in a puddle of Green Goddess Dressing and dotted with Elderflower and Ramp. These Beets cannot be beat. The Corn Agnolotti followed with confidence. Sweet Corn piped into little Ravioli and napped with Chanterelle Au Jus. This dish elevated a lowly school cafeteria side dish to the star of any fine dining adventure. The Dry Aged Bluefin Tuna with a generous pour of Sauce Au Poivre and a super sized Bag of Twice Fried French Fries with Smoked Paprika Aioli. The Frites were creamy inside with a crunchy exterior. These were addictive and sensational. The Tuna was dredged in Cracked Black Pepper on the edges. The interior was Sashimi like. No sinew, no mystery tug and chew. This fish was cooked as good as it can be cooked anywhere. It was tender and delicious. I'll have a spoona this Tuna any time. The Cherry Clafoutis with two huge Quenelles of Pistachio Gelato made in house. The Clafoutis was the size of a Duke Football. I was too full to even try it...so I ate most of it. I had to. This was one of the best meals I have ever had. Its food to dream of. I know because I'm still dreaming about everything I ate a week later. Mamani take care a me. You will be my first stop then next time I hop a flight to Dallas.
