The inside is spacious and was clean. In my opinion, the prices were on the higher side, with many optional add-ons costing extra. Service was fast overall. One of my favorite burgers in Dallas. Family always enjoys the quality and flavor. Inside is nothing too special except they do let you write on the walls and leave a mark by writing whatever you want with a sharpie they'll provide. I ordered the 3 patty burger which may have been over the top. I think a double will be fine for most people. The single is more of a kids option IMO. The burger has a classic quality taste. Sesame seed bun. Good amount of mayo. The fries left a lot to be desired. I can't tell if they are too thick or just not cooked long enough to my liking. I don't know what's going on here. Two visits via DoorDash in the last 2 weeks and it's been so, so bad!!! Firstly, the patties continue to be bone dry. For the 2nd time in a row Sky Rocket continues to not add the side of ranch that I order. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager about the ranch oversight when I was informed that there wasn't a manager on-site at the time (go figure); the worker continued to tell me that they have a new system that doesn't show add-ons like ranch and that's why they haven't been putting ranch in my bag when I order. This is a damn shame! Last year this place blew my frickin' mind, this year is a whole other story. Burger with cheese, bacon, lettuce, grilled onions, pickles, and a side of tater tots. When I'm feeling realllyyy hungry, I get a double. They get my order right every time. This is my go-to spot whenever I am craving a great burger! The burgers are made fresh, never frozen and cooked to order. They have some of the best fries around and don't sleep on their tots. They are always prepared with the perfect amount of crispness. The staff here is always tentative and ready to take orders. I have been during busy times, and they do a great job of cranking out the orders while maintaining their level of quality when it comes to the food. As for their shakes, they use Blue Bell ice cream in them which only adds to the deliciousness. As for the space, if dining in is your choice there are plenty of tables with chairs along with a bar-like counter with seating. The staff does an excellent job of keeping everything cleaned and ready for the next customer. If you prefer to dine outside, there are a couple of picnic style tables out front to meet your need. We've had very good burgers here and at other Sky Rocket locations on many occasions; however, the Hall street location and its restrooms have always been filthy - inside and out. This might be one of the best burgers in DFW in my opinion. Very good. It's pretty pricey, especially when you start adding things on. The meat is very good though. The fries were skin on and the cheese melted/baked on the fries. Thick and heavy! 3) This is Texas. Texans chew ice. The best chewing ice is small soft ice nuggets. The soda fountain (Coke Fountain) had an Ice-O-Matic on top to provide heavenly small and soft ice nuggets. This alone is worth a stop when driving through the area. Nothing helps relieve stress in traffic like chewing ice. :) The place is well maintained, good size parking lot, friendly staff, and big windows to watch the Deep Ellum World go by.
