It's a cute little joint with thoughtful decorative touches that start from the door to the entrance and the outside yard, and extends inside. Brilliant that it has a drive through and even better that it has a parking lot! The popper burger with jalapenos and rosemary and cream cheese and bacon and jam...was brilliant. The burgers was still a little rare which is how I like it. The chicken tokka burger was really flavorful. The only one (surprisingly) that didn't have a pop of flavor...was the Nashville hot. Fairly bland to be. Anyway...perfect little portions for a quick gnosh. Definitely check it out!

Apparently the menu here is bigger - there are chicken based options that you can't find in legacy west (due to competition with another chicken sandwich spot). I always enjoy the pb&j slider and the chicken was new - heavy like the other options but also super delicious. The staff are friendly and I do love what they did to the bathroom walls!

Like I had puddle of dressing at the bottom of the bowl. I also got the caramel apple lemonade. I hate to say I hated something, but I hated this. It was extremely sweet and had like a burnt after taste. I ended up just tossing it as I couldn't get past the taste. I wasn't totally sure of the spice level so I went with "Feeling Lucky" which was pretty mild but still delicious and well seasoned. The mac and cheese was creamy and the flavor of the cheese sauce reminded me a little of cheez whiz so it brought back a little bit of childhood nostalgia that I really liked it. Not as good as a baked mac and cheese would be with the golden cheese crust on top but it was still good nonetheless. My husband got a chicken wrap with fried okra and he said it was really tasty, I snuck a couple of pieces of his okra and really enjoyed it!! What's his is mine, right? The building is super cool and the decor is fun and unique and it's a great place to stop in for some hot chicken whether you're hanging out with friends or want a fun date spot.

When you turn into the parking lot behind Shake Shack there is a paid parking lot under the Crescent that you can easily park in if none of the very few street level parking spots are available. You can get your parking ticked comp'ed if you remember to bring it with you into the restaurant. There was barely anyone there, and the food was not cooked particularly fast but it was delicious and I really enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying the view of McKinney Avenue. I'll be back for sure!

This was actually the first place I ever tried spicy dill pickle chips, and now I'm hooked. One thing I especially appreciate is the QR code ordering system. It's super fast and efficient, which helps keep the experience relaxed instead of spending forever waiting in lines or trying to flag someone down. Definitely one of the best casual hangout spots in Dallas for drinks, music, and an easygoing afternoon or night out.
