The staff is always friendly, and the service is very fast. One thing that differentiates JuiceWell from other places is that you can taste and see the freshness of their ingredients. The consistency of their bowls is perfect, their honey tastes of great quality, and they let you customize your bowl however you'd like. Unfortunately, at this location, what should have been a simple request became unnecessarily difficult. I was informed that I would be charged extra simply for asking that the hemp protein be omitted. Charging a customer more for removing an ingredient is unreasonable and inconsistent with the experience I have had at your other locations. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering I have never encountered this issue elsewhere. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures policies are communicated and applied consistently across locations.
