This place has horrible service. I ordered passion fruit ice blend with Lychee Jelly and specialty asked for 25% sugar on 2/12/2026. Not only did this drink tasted sweet but it tasted like it had 200% sugar in it. I tried to give it away to my others family member but all 3 of them said that it horribly sweet. When it comes to chains, especially one as massive globally as Sharetea, the outliers are almost always the customer service, ambiance, and location. The latest one in Highland Park / Greenway Commons is certainly among my favorites, especially with the brand. It is neatly tucked away around the Costco along Richmond, which is one of the busiest areas of the neighborhood. Look close enough and one will find this Sharetea just around the corner. However, unlike other locations, this interior is deceivingly spacious. There are a lot of group friendly tables, high ceilings perfect for that blend of study-hour ambiance with little disruption from the chatty groups during afternoon tea hours and evening social gatherings. There is a lovely outdoor area as well as plenty of parking to boot. Sharetea afficionados can still expect most the same output of their popular drink selections. Their milk teas, while not mind blowing, are relatively good. I am usually all about the honey oolong, but any of the Japanese milk flavors (Hokkaido, Okinawa) are slowly winning me over as of late. Their fruit teas are pretty fruity; the strawberry green tea is always a big thumbs up. I also think service is pretty good here. They've always made my drinks exactly as I'd like them and they handle a rush incredibly well. The AC in here is nice for the summer months and the WiFi is good enough to where I've had no problems streaming and zooming. Bathrooms are clean as are the board games. read more

Sharetea is finally open ! I posted a picture of the correct hours because Yelp's hours were a little off. Found out they had a soft opening on 2/20/2022. Saw signs outside of Costco that said this Sharetea location was now open. Couldn't help but stop by to see it and I was not disappointed. There are plenty of seats (bar seating and tables) for anyone that wants to come sit and do work. Free wifi and I posted a picture with the info. They have some TV screens set up as well, but they didn't have anything playing when I came in. It's brand new so everything is clean. There are two 10-minute parking spots in front. Perfect for anyone that wants to pop in and out. Just keep in mind that parking is a little limited since it's nearby to other places like poké works, memorial Hermann, and Buffalo Wild Wings. Their menu has the basics in comparison to other sharetea locations. It's not as expansive as the bunker hill location, but who knows what the future will bring ! Customer service was nice and friendly. They made my drink the way I like it. :) Giving this location 5 stars because I had a great experience. Please come support this new location !! read more

I like this place, its good and checks all my boxes. It has fewer flavors than most places and a couple of the flavors I always have to ask what they are bc not self explanatory, but other than that pretty standard. One thing for newcomers - make sure to shake your drink up before you put the straw in! The syrup/sweetener they add usually sits on the top or bottom and if you don't mix it in you will get a big gulp of sugar. read more

I love boba teas and wanted to try this spot out while waiting on my food. The place is spacious and clean. They also have a patio area and tvs mounted. The 2 servers were great and worked fast. I first tried their Honey Black Milk Tea with Creama added because I thought this was gonna be sweet cream. It absolutely was not lol. It was more of a salted cream that I did not care for. I'm so excited they opened a ShareTea in this area!! The inside is newly renovated with lots of seating. It's a good space for large or small groups. The staff were really friendly as they were all getting trained for the soft opening. The classic black milk tea was up to their normal standard and the boba texture was alright I won't complain too much about it since it was their soft opening. I also ordered a fruit drink with grass jelly (not pictured). The grass jelly was floating at the top of the drink...which is not normal. BUT the important thing is that the employee was super accommodating when I went up and asked them to remake it. They are responsive to their customer's feedback. The price is a little higher than some other boba shops, but given the area it's located, it's reasonable. It's also near Costco, so I'll be stopping by here after my Costco runs! read more

Finally another great bubble tea place near the Greenway area! Walked in on a Saturday, no line, service was fast, and the staff is very welcoming, patient and sweet. You can also get a punch card, buy 10 drinks you get one for free, only at this location. We ordered Thai pearl milk tea and Wintermelon tea with fresh milk, both are great but a little too sweet. If you haven't had wintermelon tea before, I encourage you to be adventurous and give this one a try, it's refreshing and light, plus there's no caffeine in there. read more

My kids been bugging me for boba tea for a while. This place is right around the corner from us. Parking was tight on a Friday after school. But still spaces available with no real wait time. Inside they got games you can play and it's pretty spacious. We ordered a Thai tea ice blended with pearl, strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly and ice cream blended in rather than on top (at the suggestion of cashier to eat it easier), and mango ice blended with ice cream. boba can be added for extra charge on any that don't say "pearl". All of them were pretty tasty and way better than the last one we had back in Memphis. They have a sign outside that asks for google reviews but hey, I grew up yelping. read more

Super excited that there's finally a Sharetea in the loop! Sharetea is one of my favorite go-to boba shops no matter where I am; they have a wide selection of teas, smoothies, drinks, and toppings. You can adjust your sugar levels by quartiles (25%) and ice levels as well. I also love that they have the option for hot drinks, which is great for a cold winter day. This location is still in their soft-opening phase. You can tell that the workers are still being trained, but they are very friendly and eager to help. The space is really large for a sharetea with plenty of seating for small and large groups. Parking isn't too difficult either with plenty of space as its right next to the Costco. My go to drink is always milk green tea w/ boba at 50% sugar. This can sometimes be too sweet still, so I would even recommend going to 25% sugar if you drink coffee straight black (like myself). But honestly, you probably can't go wrong with anything you order here! read more

One of my favorite spots to get boba outside of Chinatown! The drinks and service here are consistently good and they always have your order ready quickly. I'm a little basic but my go-to drink is the classic pearl milk tea with either black or oolong tea and with 30% sugar. My partner loves the mango mojito here as well! I've been patronizing this location for a couple of months now. It shares a parking lot with other stores, restaurants, and a Costco. So there are a lot spaces to park in. Great place with a great staff! Plays lots of Kpop and Jpop over their sound system that I almost forget what I want to order. Plus, they're patient with those who are first-timers. The first time around I got my order wrong, but I wasn't too fussy about it because I didn't emphasized that I wanted the brewed tea version instead of the milk tea version. My fault. Anyway, my regular staples -- yes, plural -- are the Brewed Honey Black Tea with boba, and the Mango Ice Blended with Ice Cream with boba. Both are satisfyingly hella good.
