Ordered the Sunshine burger, i.e. with fried egg, along with the steak fries. Overall the food was just meh. The egg was overcooked (supposed to be medium). The bun was not fresh. Menu said the burger did not come with mustard/mayo etc. I figured it was because of the egg. I asked the waiter who said folks don't normally do condiments on this burger. Unfortunately with no condiments & an overcooked fried egg, the burger ended up tasting VERY dry. Steak fries were good. Service was OK. However, my mom's burger was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, onion - it had none of that and so they brought it to the table on a small paper plate for her to add it to her burger! Not likely to return to this place. read more

My nieces and I attempted to go to this location last night after one of them got off work and was hungry and didn't want fast food. When we arrived there was a note on the door saying that the kitchen closed at 10:30 PM when their website says that they were open until 11 PM! If they have new hours then they need to update their website. We always check the website first for anywhere we're looking to go to eat to make sure that their open before we drive all the way over there. read more

Placed an online order. The confirmation text said 30 minute wait. I waited over an hour. Somehow they lost my order. No, " I'm sorry." I won't be back. read more

Service was meh, food was worse. Cheese wasn't melted on my burger, I asked for it to be melted. She took it back to the kitchen and they MAYBE threw it on the grill for.2 secs. Still wasn't melted. Took the cheese and the bun off my burger. Place is dirty all around. read more

I just want to make one thing clear: a menu is not a "placemat". I moved all the menus somewhere else because they were crowding our table and the employees said we have to keep them there as our "placemat". I then watched a girl spray down and wipe the menus like they're apart of the table. They simply are not. So when you go just know the people who are before you got all of their crumbs and drippings on your "placemat". I got the chicken philly cheese steak and it came with maybe 4oz of chicken and unfrozen steak fries. Now, I will say people enjoy this place and it wasn't horrible. It's a good lazy sunday place I guess, could be a whole lot better. read more

I live near this location. I've been their to eat a few times. Fish n Chips are hard to get right. They are very good here. I've been to a few of their other locations. In Southaven, and Olive Branch, and they are consistent. The service is good, very good draft beer choices, and a fun friendly atmosphere. I own an online radio station in Memphis called Finely Tuned Music. I will for sure giving them a shout out. https://link.radioking.com/finely-tuned-music2 read more

We always come or ordered from Huey's Collierville all the time. Today we just got back from vacation and too tires to cook. We decided to ordered food from then today. My son & I ordered their steak sandwich and OMG... I think they purred a ton of salt on the steaks that neither one of us could eat it. Waste of food & money!!!!! JUST FYI... read more

Huey's has the best burger in Memphis and it's not even close. Every other thing they serve is great also. If you are wondering whether to eat here, do it! My favorite is the Señor Huey and the steak stick dinner is amazing also. read more

One star curbside service. Have been using it since the pandemic chaos started and still, in 2023, the runners at this location will get your order wrong 100% of the time. Wrong items, items you've paid for missing. I've called numerous times because it's so frustrating getting home to go back so often. Still no change. Go inside. Eat in the dining room if you plan on going here. What a PITA. read more

Simple really. Good food, great service, and reasonable pricing. They knocked it all out.

Ordered a club sandwich today. It was probably the worst club sandwich I've ever ordered.

I usually get the steak stick dinner with the sweet potato fries. It's been my go-to for a while. Great beer on tap options and there's never a long wait. Last week our server couldn't seem to get our orders right, and the kids meals come with ice cream but it was extremely frost bitten. It must have been an off day. Otherwise we have usually had good experiences with all Huey's. read more

I love the small town feel of this restaurant. I'm just moving to the area and have already been here twice. They have hands down the best prepared beyond burger I have ever had. It's served with vegan mayo, lettuce, tomato and cheese...I asked for no cheese. I have had it both times with a side of onion rings. They are the thick kind made from red onions. I would guess they are hand dipped on site but I didn't ask. The service is fast and friendly. So happy they have more than just a salad for a vegan. read more

Poor customer service, regarding to go orders. Takeout out was extremely slow with only a few cars. I find some of the staff passive aggressive, especially today. Comes off as a bit nice nasty, passive. Even when the order is wrong, they're right. I've experienced this a number of times. Simple desert order nothing more. Waited 35 almost 40 minutes. I wondered why I stopped patronizing this location although it's close to my home, but after a few recent visits I was quickly reminded. I don't know how this place constantly has clientele. read more

Always a solid choice for a good burger and a good atmosphere. We will keep coming back.

Long time customer, very consistent but disappointed with the up charge for takeout. Most businesses don't charge extra if you get it to go.

BEST FOOD ON PLANET EARTH. There is something for everyone on this amazing menu. I am the pickiest eater ever and there's like 15 things I could order. The workers are all really cool and I don't think I've ever received bad service in my 20 years of being alive. Calling all honey mustard lovers they have the BEST HONEY MUSTARD THAT I HAVE EVER HAD and I literally hate ranch but HUEYS RANCH IS GAS. Come to this fine establishment. There is always a wait but I can assure you it's worth it. read more

Huey's!!! A Memphis classic the somewhat recent renovation definitely adds points to the overall atmosphere. My girlfriend and I came here to get some burgers and we were not disappointed! Ordered food for pickup and the order was confirmed at 6:09. Was told it would be ready at 6:35-6:40 and that was confirmed on the website. Walked in at 7:10 after multiple people said they would bring it out curbside. It hadn't even started being prepped yet. Waiting at the restaurant for 50 minutes for food that we were told was ready for pickup already. Pitiful. No apologies. Nothing. Used to frequent this location - no more. Just don't accept to-go orders if you can't properly service them. And on top of all that - the order was missing items when it finally arrived. read more

Wife and I went to this location, checked in and waited to be seated. Was told 20 minutes or so, no problem. After about 30 I asked the hostess how much longer? She said 4 others were ahead of us. I asked about the could that was seated that came in 10-12 minutes after us and she got an attitude. Went back outside to continue to wait and then about 10 minutes later, I get a text saying our table was ready. Went to same hostess with the attitude, and told her we just got a text saying our table was ready. She looked at me and said "I don't think so-I didn't text you." My wife looked very shocked because she saw the text on my phone. I said someone did and it says our table is ready. She again said no she didn't and said "show me the text". Huey's burger was awesome! I called in my order right before they closed and my food was still amazing. Courtney took my order over the phone and was really helpful and nice. I ordered a burger (medium well) in a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, with sweet potato fries. The burger tasted great, was cooked perfectly and came with plenty of condiments! The fries were pretty good also but not the best sweet potato fries over eve had. Great place to eat, I enjoyed the decor of the bar. Would definitely recommend this place! read more

Absolutely no difference from East Memphis Huey's. Same menu, floor plan, and toothpicks on ceiling. All this to say: good. The burgers are great, of course. They also have a wonderful Thai Chicken Salad with peanut dressing. The onion rings incredible, if not sinful. They have a good choice of appetizers, but really, the usual pub grub, which is fitting. Service on a recent Sunday after church was great - attentive, even though it was crowded. All locations are a great, casual, Memphis institution - plan to run into friends. Enjoy a burger and onion rings. And then hit the gym a few hours later. read more
