I wanted breakfast just took my puppy to get his shots. They were nice enough to say I could bring him in his little bag because he's tiny but I opted out it's an indoor restaurant and I knew he wouldn't sit still. But the energy and service was 10/10 for just being considerate. Now let's get into the food. I wanted to try the fried green tomatoes and I'd give it a 4/10 the crunch was amazing but the flavor was missing for me I feel like if they seasoned the tomatoes before the batter them they would be better than having the seasoning all over the plate, the sauce was ok. I got the Mississippi skillet with gravy on the side and extra cheese and sourdough toast. It was delicious. And a pancake and egg and bacon plate. And our waitress made sure my coffee cup stayed full! Definitely recommend

First time eating at Huckleberry's! I always pass by it, but I got a chance to try them for breakfast. They have a lot of options on their menu. I like the southern hospitality vibes that the restaurant gives. The servers are friendly and food came out quick! The portions are good and skillets come with your choice of a muffin, biscuit, or toast. I got the Dixieland skillet and the presentation was great! It did have a lot of potatoes, but the veggies, eggs and thin pieces of steak helped balance it out. The fried okra is a yummy appetizer and it comes with 2 different sauces! Be careful when eating it because it's very hot, delicious and addicting!

The food was good, portions were large. Service was good as well, inspite of it being Mother's day. The restaurant was busy, but not loud. I will be back to try other menu items, like the fried green tomatoes.

Huckleberry's is a great breakfast spot located in rancho Cordova! Big parking lot! The menu is huge and they actually serve more than just breakfast! I came here on my dad's birthday and I've been here a few other times. It's always a solid spot! I got an omelette that came with toast and a huge serving of hash browns. I also got an iced coffee that was really good! We got complimentary beignets for my dad's birthday which was really nice! The waffles and everything was really tasty! We had a nice server who was attentive and helpful!

This location is super friendly. Lunch was good here as always. Go for the stacked waffles and a huckleberry lemonade to start your day!

Family friendly. Cute decor. Coloring pages for kids. Omelets are huge and yummy. Country potatoes were nothing special but the blueberry muffin was delicious! Waitress was very nice and efficient.

What a great place! I was looking for some place different to go for breakfast and this place did not disappoint. Service was great and food came out surprisingly fast! like when I say fast I mean we sat down, ask for something and it came out with our drink less than 3 minutes or so later. The waiters were very nice and polite. The food was also very good, very feeling and had good flavor! I'd recommend going!

The food was served fresh and was very flavorful. I ordered the chicken and waffles stack. The best part was the juicy chicken. The skin was not overly crunchy or thick. My husband has the rib-eye breakfast. He enjoyed it and he likes his medium rare and it was to his liking. Not a huge cut, but it did the job. My son had the New Orleans skillet. He travels a lot and loves to try new spots and said he would definitely come back. Overall, a good place to eat. Laid back ambiance and great food and service.

Brunch at Huckleberry's on Micron. Great service and amazing food. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out. Highly recommend. Bloody Marys, Chicken and Waffle stack, Banana foster French toast, cheesy eggs and fried green tomatoes with a side of hash browns.

Decided to hit breakfast with the wife. First time at this location and it's very clean with great staff that are really attentive. I had the chicken fried steak, hash and eggs while the wife had French toast, eggs and sausage. Food were large portions and very good and the food was hot! We'll definitely be back!

Good food and Service I am 80 years old, do you think when I say good food and service, I do not mean it. Busboy at the University Restaurant in Tampa Bay Florida was my first job, I was 15 years old, I learned how to run a restaurant, quietly not like a gymnasiums, waiters and waitresses, took care of the food handling, table set up and drinks were served and reserved by the bus boys quietly.

We've always passed by this location but never tired it. My husband and I decided to try this location on Micron Ave today. The restaurant itself is pretty big and clean. Our server was very friendly. She was surprised on how fluent my husband's Spanish was . lol. The food is great. My country style potatoes were delicious and the chicken strips were very tender. We'll definitely be coming back here.

Every now and then I'll get a craving for the flavors I came across during a trip to New Orleans or 'Nawlins and all I've ever come across are restaurants that serve beignets in Sacramento. Unbeknownst to me there is a diner franchise, Huckleberry's, with a Bayou theme and a New Orleans/southern cookin' inspired menu. This was such a fun dining experience and I can't wait to return. I love the kitschy bayou theme and the decorations put a smile on my face. I experienced friendly service and a clean environment. To top it all off the food was better than expected diner fare. Everything came out really quickly even though the restaurant was busy and the food came out hot and tasted fresh. Nothing was stale. Huck's iced tea had the right amount of sweetness and the beignets were light and airy. I really enjoyed the monte cristo sandwich. It was the perfect sweet and savory combo for breakfast/brunch. The monte cristo had both ham and turkey and provided a much needed savory element to an otherwise sweet heavy breakfast. Another visit is already in the works and I can't wait.

I was looking for a nearby coffee shop and saw this was a block away from an appointment. I viewed…read moretheir Instagram page and noticed a lovely new spring menu. The carrot cake latte caught my eye. I placed my order with a friendly barista. She made sure to ask what size drink size (16 oz or 20 oz options for an iced drink) and if regular milk was okay. There were plenty of alternative milk options, but I believe there is an extra fee for adjusting so make sure to ask if that matters. I noticed a nice combo option on one of their signs offering a drink and bagel sandwich for $13, before 2 pm. Specific options only, but I will for sure try that next time. There were seating options inside and outside. It seemed like a decent spot to get some work accomplished in a relatively quiet environment. My drink was prepared quickly and had a good ratio of coffee to cheese foam. The cutest little carrot topping was added too. I actually wished there was a little more ice added to my drink. I went home and added it myself and the iced latte was my ideal temperature.

I finally checked out Druthers Coffee Shop and I am already planning my next visit…read more I ordered the Crocodile Pear savory breakfast waffle and the Rose coffee, and both were just as beautiful as they were delicious. The waffle was perfectly balanced, crispy and savory, topped with fresh avocado, thin radish slices, and pickled onions! WHICH I AM NOW OBSESSED WITH! That added the perfect pop of flavor. And the Rose coffee was a not only beautiful but rich in flavor. It was smooth, lightly floral, and finished with the prettiest latte art that made it almost too pretty to drink. You can tell the barista's are very passionate about their drinks. The atmosphere, and service was wonderful. If you are looking for a spot that delivers both aesthetics and quality, this is it. I loved the latte so much I ordered a second one to go! Highly recommend

It's located in the Sutter Park neighborhood which is a little hidden, but it makes it a great quiet neighborhood! I love how there's outdoor seating so you can bring your pup and people watch while eating/drinking your goodies. We got two breakfast sandwiches, one with bacon and one with sausage. For coffee, we got the Drunthers House Coffee and Coffee Cake Latte. The breakfast sandwiches are definitely filing and will keep you full. It's on the heavy side so you'll want to take a nap after! We both liked the sausage better out of the two. The coffee was meh. We couldn't really taste the flavors and just a personal preference, but not the biggest fan of acidic coffees. Overall, really cute place and love that it's in a neighborhood giving that neighborhood cafe vibe. Things are a little more pricy here for what you get so that's something to consider!
