I got a flat tire on Saturday .. I first pulled into pep boys and they were so rude to me I refused to spend money their, so I drove out their drive way and noticed HTW I pulled in. This shop was so helpful! They came out checked my tire showed me why it was flat. He then checked what he had in stock. They didn't have my tires in stock that day but He noticed how bad my tires were and knew I couldn't get to the next shop. He gave me prices for a new set of tires and told me he could have them by Monday. I still needed a tire for the weekend and to get home he gave me a Loaner tire which was a little bit bigger but was ok to get me home and back to the shop Monday! Their customer service freakin sucks. Seams like when you want to put 5k down for a lift kit they are all over you, kiss your butt, and will act like they want to work with you. But after... forget about it. After 1,000 miles of getting the lift, I came in for an alignment and they did not properly align my truck. I ended taking it to my mechanic and he had the gentleman who does alignments in his shop to check mine out. And he did a great job at realigning. Turns out he used to work for HTW. And said he doesn't recommend them because of there half ass jobs. And he wasn't the only mechanic we have heard this from. Turns out they have a bad rep in this area. The next time i needed help from HTW I talked to Chris about checking out my truck and he said he would talk to the mechanic and give me a call back to let me know if the mechanic had time this week or not. He never called. So I gave him a call back and he had the worst attitude. At least a courtesy call back to let me know that the mechanic was not going to have time would have been nice. A week later I came into the shop and the old woman who wears the cowboy hat and boots was instantly rude to me when I walked in and told her why I had came in. I told her I wanted to talk to chris and all she did was walk back and forth from the lobby to chris' office telling us what ever it was chris was sending her back out to tell me. Chris did not once come out of his office to talk to me. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to them. luckily there are much better shops that I can go to in this area. read more

First one to crash through the gate in the morning is some how pushed back because some Single A rehab for the Angels wants his Hummer lifted. Take my word for it. Scott recommended and installed a lift, exhaust, wheel/tire and running boards on our brand new Silverado a couple years ago and did a killer job that I received many compliments for. We even had an issue with one of the tires, Scott took care of the warranty issue with the manufacturer directly and swapped them out without delay. By far the best customer service, for some reason all the places I went to had an attitude as if they were the only shop around and I would not get other estimates. I am in customer service and this is what I base my purchases on, not always price. Upon entering the building I was met by Scott.
