    After recently purchasing a microwave from Howard's, I went back for a stove. Serena was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with my stove purchase. The delivery and installation guys were professional and everything went smooth.

    We started out at Home Depot then Lowe's and on to Howard's. We were very impressed with Howard,s and purchased a freezer fridge Joe Duran was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. To me service is everything and joe Duran did just that. I give them 10 stars

    Highly recommended. Older Samsung fridge broke down and wasn't worth repair. Visited Howard's on a Saturday - Anthony E. assisted my wife and myself at the store, knew his products, answered questions w/o sales pressure and was very helpful. They had the LG fridge we wanted in stock and delivered it (no fee to deliver) the following Monday - 2 days later . . Delivery gave me updates on ETA time, was fast, took care w my new unit and hauled away old one for $40! Also, Anthony worked out the credit details (a breeze) to put fridge on payments. Howards Citrus St, Covina Store had been recently remodeled, was immaculate and well stocked w the brands worth buying. Howards Price was the same as DIY stores but better service, free delivery and feels like we can trust them. Great experience!

    Came in on a sizzling hot Saturday afternoon after my 4 year old Samsung fridge decided to die on me. Upon entering, AMI greeted me and without pressure, offered to help me and/or answer any questions I might have while looking for a new fridge. After quickly going through their inventory, I decided to look at Home Depot for other options (HD has a much smaller inventory to choose from, though prices are pretty comparable) and told AMI that I'll keep in touch. She gave me her business card. I came back to Howard's after HD and this time brought my Mom to help me make a decision. Again AMI was very helpful and I never felt that she was trying to upsell me on anything. I ended up going with a really nice GE PROFILE unit. We set up for delivery the following Monday (2 days later) along with installation and haul away of my dead Samsung. From beginning to end I was so pleased with my experience at Howard's. Thank you AMI!

Happy to see he is open to communicating. Do not, under any circumstances, buy anything from Appliance TV Outlet. My adventure with this company started May 23rd, 2024 and continues to this day. I am a single dad with four kids at home, so typically would not spend the time to write a detailed review. This deserves an exception. I bought a Thermador refrigerator and freezer from Hovhannes Sayadyan (also goes by Sean). The freezer was missing all four door bins. Hovhannes promised he would order the bins and get them to me as soon as possible. That never happened. Over the course of the last 18 months, Hovhannes and Lem had one excuse after another. Below are a few examples: Excuse 1: "The freezer door bins are not currently in stock with Thermador." [I called Thermador... yes, they were in stock... yes, they were available to ship the next day]. (July 2024) Excuse 2: "I submitted the order in May. They lost the order, so I'll reorder now." (Aug 2024) Excuse 3: "My parts guy will be back on Monday, he is the one that ordered the shelves. I'll get back with you Monday with an update". (Aug 2024) Excuse 4: "The four freezer bins are on back order... not currently available from Thermador". (Aug 2024) [I called Thermador again... yes, parts were in stock and ready to ship]. (Aug 2024) Excuse 5: "We ordered the four freezer bins the end of May, then order got cancelled (due to payment issue), then we reordered them on July 25" (Aug 2024) Excuse 6: "I have two of the four door bins and can send them on Monday. I'll talk with the owner and will let you know about other two". [Freezer door bins never arrived. Never heard back about the other two either]. (Sept 2024) Excuse 7: "No update on the four door bins" After multiple text message requests for updates. "I'm out of the country currently and will let the store know" (Oct and Nov 2024). All text messages and voicemails ignored after this point. After no contact or updates from Appliance TV Outlet, I called the store and talked with Lem. Seems like a nice guy and really wants to get the issue resolved. I forwarded Lem all the previous communication with Hovhannes. Lem was very kind and apologetic. He said he would "get on top of it on Monday, and would do his best in order to resolve this as soon as possible". (July 2025) Additionally, drove to the Appliance TV Outlet store twice to see if the issue could be resolved in person. It's 1.5 hours each way to get to Glendora from my house. They were very nice in person, and seemed eager to get the issue resolved... yet absolutely no follow-up after I left. Excuse 8: "Thanks for waiting, I think I got the freezer door bins but wanna make sure they are correct, can I ask you to measure the width of your freezer door from inside on which those trays go on?" [Sent measurements to Lem immediately]. (Aug 2025) Excuse 9: "Sorry was out of the store. I asked the distribution center to ship the bins that we got here for you to check and see. You mind if I double check with them tomorrow?" (Sept 2025) Excuse 10: "Apologize for the late reply, the freezer door bins provided were also the wrong size, so I got the right ones myself and reordered them. This time looked into everything personally and made sure it works. Will receive details on arrival date today". (Sept 2025) Excuse 11: After three weeks of calling and texting Lem, his response... "Hi, so sorry for coming back this late. We have sent the bins back and are waiting. I think two bins are arriving tomorrow, so I will ship those right away". (Oct 2025) I asked if the bins came in... Lem said yes, then asked for my address. I immediately texted my address, and Lem said "Thank you. I will let you know as soon as we ship it." (Oct 2025) Door bins never arrived. Lem has been completely unresponsive. Have been calling Lem and sending text messages since his last communication a month ago. It's now November 13, 2025. Nearly 18 months since I bought the freezer. Simply asking for the four missing freezer door bins Hovhannes promised when I bought the freezer. An absolute waste of time and energy. Here's where you can avoid all this nonsense. Learn from my mistake. Absolutely do not buy anything from Appliance TV Outlet. For whatever you might save up front, it will not be worth the endless headaches if any follow-up issues arise.

At least for freestanding gas stoves. We picked out a fridge. Did some research on it. Good deal. Half off. Great! Now for the oven.. again DO YOUR RESEARCH and go with your gut! Once you pay with them, your money is gone forever. They had two identical gas stoves with a model number that did not match up with the actual unit itself. It said it was a $3800 oven with wifi, dual fuel, etc. for $1600 and all these specs that didn't come close to describing it. Online was describing one thing but the unit itself was another. Yes it's my fault for even going ahead with the purchase and I couldn't even tell why I didn't shut down the deal. Sheer desperation? I really needed a stove right in that moment I guess. Let me repeat. Do your research and say something. If I could ever feel so bad about a purchase, it's this stove. Paid over $1600 for a convection oven, no wifi, no bells a whistles. Just a plain old gas stove made in 2019. Plus, it did not come with the griddle so there's another $80 and the small simmer burner cap is for a different stove so it doesn't light most of the time so there's another $20 if I can find the right one. Look up what $1600 gets you in the gas oven world. Bitchin' ovens with air fryer and some with sous vide. As someone who enjoys cooking, yea this hurts and in a bad economy every dollar counts. Oh well. But don't trust this company to be totally accurate. Stuff happens. Would I buy from them again? 100% I would! The service was fabulous! No complaints about it.

As with all American Freight locations be sure to research what you want and what damage or cosmetic issues the appliances may have. While reaching someone by phone is difficult - The staff at the West Covena location are very friendly and helpful. Daniel in the loading dock area was especially helpful! Definitely recommend this location!
