Initially, the technician quoted me $340 for a new airline for the dishwasher. I questioned whether simply cleaning the drain line would solve the issue, but he insisted that a new airline was necessary and that was the cost to fix it. However, when the technician returned, all he did was clean the drain line and then claimed that the price was the same whether they replaced the airline or just cleaned it-- which is completely absurd. Additionally, I asked to replace my sink with the same model we currently had, and the technician assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Yet, the replacement they installed was not the same sink we had shown them. When I originally booked the appointment, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and pleasant. However, when I needed support, I could only get in touch with the technician instead. Fortunately, they did fix my toilet, but at a steep cost of $250-- the least they could do considering everything else. I've learned my lesson to shop around before hiring a plumbing service. A couple nights ago (Friday before 4th of July weekend, of course), the kitchen sink started to back up. It wasn't just a bit slow, it was pretty much unusable.
