We had them out in August…read moreof 2022 to install a second shower head in each of our showers to go along with the rain shower head. I also made it clear (or so I thought) that I wanted for each head to work independently of each other and one setting for both to run at the same time. Once the work was completed, I discovered that there was no setting for both two run at once. So you had either the wall head or the rain head only, not both. Sure, they can do that, but it will cost double as they need new values and plumbing. Within one week, one of the showers was malfunctioning. Basically, the rain shower in bath #1 stayed on no matter what setting it was on, and shortly after shower #2, the wall head always runs. I contacted them many times, and finally, one night, a plumber came out and said the cartridge is bad in both. He would return the next week and replace them under the warranty. He never showed. At first, I would call and leave a voice mail with them and text them, and sent several emails. And now I must be blocked when I call it goes to immediately to a not working voice mail prompt and hangs up. My new plumber came out, and I was informed that whoever installed the valve didn't know what he was doing. The valve used was incorrect and plumbed incorrectly in an attempt to make it work. I'm guessing that the guy who came out and told me it was the cartridge saw the work and knew it would have to be completely redone and decided to just run away from the problem. I posted this review over a year ago but took it down until I I could have another plumber review the work.

We temporarily fixed it once, and then after that failed, we literally had it held up with duct tape for two weeks while we were too busy to even call someone out to deal with it. My wife did a little neighborhood Facebook page research and mentioned that a lot of people had success with Paul The Plumber. I gave them a call and got an appointment scheduled. My wife purchased a new faucet, in case our current one was beyond repair, but that ended up being moot. The plumber was at our house for maybe 12 total minutes, which includes him taking my credit card for the service charge. He very quickly knew how to fix the problem and it's been great ever since. Something else that was nice was that we were told the plumber would arrive between 3-4pm, and I got a text that he was on the way, scheduled for a 3pm arrival. I went sent real-time tracking of his location so I knew exactly when he'd be arriving, which was really convenient.
