    Seared Salmon Miso

Once again I have to leave a stellar review for Hot Pot Heaven and all its crew! The newest edition to the store itself is the addition of a sushi bar! They now offer all types of sushi Sashimi, Rolls, Nigiri, and Poke/Donburi! Their specials are so amazing! The seared salmon miso was absolutely fantastic!! The sheer freshness of this sashimi with the taste of the miso, fresh tomato, and strip of shiso leaf bring a sweet yet savory flavor profile that tantalized the palette! (So much so I got 3 orders!) and for the price it was greatly affordable! Even the scallop ponzu made me smile while taking a bite! I'd highly recommend the entire sushi menu if I could but I can only comment what I ate for the time being. With the flavors of sushi we then moved to the hotpot itself which as always comes in a vibrant deeply umami broth! Adding fresh ingredients that are readily available in coolers nearby make for a quick cooking experience that helps fill that empty belly and allows you to enjoy your time with family or friends! The restaurant is small but quant! The staff are amazingly attentive and the flavor profile is worth coming back for over and over! More so as we get into the colder days of the year! I highly recommend checking this place out and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! I will be back many MANY times I can assure you! They deserve more attention and business so please spread the work and support this local business!

I love this place! The food is awesome and I love the all the veggies and extras that you can grab from the fridge and the protein selections. The broths are always delicious and the selection of sauces are superb! The service is always quick and friendly and the atmosphere is just right. We tend to go when it's not busy so it's just a nice relaxing place to grab a bite. I always get the kimchee broth which gives me like a real sundubu feel! I also always get the lamb which I don't think you can find at a lot of hotpot places and that's why I love it! However my favorite thing is always the meatballs that you kinda make or portion yourself and the house made shumai! Always a crave worthy place to go. The only downside is that the restrooms are outside and upstairs.

Today I got to try the Hot Pot and it was very tasty. Also, the service was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing food and service! Located in McCully Shopping Center, there was ample parking. I came here with 2 friends and sat down immediately with no reservation. You start by ordering your broth and meats. We got the Thai broth which was delicious! It was acidic and a little sour which made it refreshing and easy to eat. As for meats we tried the ribeye, pork belly, and brisket. Each portion was a decent size. Everything else can be grabbed from the fridges and DIY sauce bar. There was a variety of vegetables and starches with classics like cabbage and unique items like bitter melon. We loved the quail eggs and Korean rice cakes! Such a fun and delicious experience we will definitely be back again!

My first time with hot pot food. The broths were so flavorful and light. And the add ons perfectly enhanced the food. I will definitely be back whenever I'm on the island.

Another fabulous dinner at Hot Pot Heaven! 10 freshly made broth to choose from. Lots of items to cook... everything so fresh and tasty and great service refilling the broths and water. So healthy and yummy!

A long time go-to spot for hot pot. The owner and staff are always so nice and courteous. Very family-friendly and accommodating of our little one. Pretty standard selection of veggies and meats. All the broths are tasty; Canh Chua is my fave. House sauce is a must for dipping. Quick service and pretty affordable. Sure we could spend a little more somewhere else for AYCE but there's nothing like eating at a family owned business where you feel welcomed and never rushed to enjoy your meal.

This was an impromptu visit as we wanted to eat something that was walkable from our Airbnb. This spot had good reviews and I'm one to want vegetables so hotpot is a great way to have it. We ordered the chicken and beef broth and we loved the chicken one. My husband loved the chicken so much he got a refill so he could cook another udon in it. We got two proteins, udon, some fish tofu, shrimp paste, quail eggs, sausage, and bok choy. We loved how you got to choose everything except the main proteins. I loved how you could see the portions and don't have to overorder. We paid around $92 for the two of us which was a little more expensive than I would like but overall the experience was great. The staff were so so friendly and there is a parking lot for you to park. We were staying close so we were able to walk.

Tom yum broth. Yes, we're the type to dump everything at once except for leafy greens.

My viet mom loves this place so it's a big deal. Clean and fridge is always filled. The broth options cater to the southeast Asian palette. Our fave broth is the tum yum. Not too spicy and mellows out when you start putting ingredients in.

This is our favorite unassuming hot pot place on the island! Nothing too fancy, but great tasting food and very reasonable prices! All the broths are great choices, but our favorites are Tom Yum (Thai) broth and Miso. All the veggies and sides are very fresh and well prepared! Shout out to Loc as our server! He really went above and beyond to make sure our large family was well taken care of! Don't forget to get a punch card when you go in!

Hot pot dinner is about the experience of choosing, cooking and conversation. You sit down, code a broth, meats if you like, and all the wonderful add ons. Veggies, noodles, tofu, While we waited for our broth, I chose sauces to dip my food in. You can get as creative as you like, I make a hot sauce and a soy based sauce. I like to slowly add ingredients in so that I am not rushed to eat everything at once. We had a good meal and it was especially good since we have been having a cool spell here. We got in early after making a reservation on the phone. The restaurant is clean and simple. Not a fancy place. Try it. enjoy!

So the thing about coming to Fun Station is the "suspended flying noodle thingy" which I didn't go for, but if you like Instagramable stuffs, then I supposed you would probably go for that flying-noodle dish. As for me, I mainly came to try their Minute Chicken Cake Noodles, and as a bonus......... I actually got a 20% discount thanks to my friend - Jennifer C. who let a Bruddah know about da DEALAGES in da Sunday food section newspaper, as they had a coupon! The Sunday morning when I came with my friend, I can clearly see that this restaurant was thriving, as every table in the restaurant was taken. Fun Station specializes in noodles, but if you're not into that, they do serve other items like - soups, vegetable dishes, rice plates, & porridge (jook). Upon looking over the menu, we ordered the following items - 1. Frrrrrrried Chicken Wings ($9.95) for an appetizer 2. Minute Chicken Cake Noodles ($17.95 - minus da 20% coupon DEALAGES) 3. Beef Brisket Tendon & Won Ton in soup ($18.95) What can I say about da grub??? Da chicken wings came out hot & crispy. Although they featured only "flats" vs. drums (I like drums), I must say da wings was nicely executed. As for the Minute Chicken Cake Noodles.........nicely plated on a fancy smanshy panda plate. The cake noodles weren't drowning in gravy, so the noodles stayed crispy on the dish. I really liked how they did this dish, and would easily come back here to eat it again. My friend had the Beef Brisket Tendon & Won Ton soup. The dish looked good, and there weren't any complaints, so I take it that it was pretty ono! Overall, a very satisfying meal and the service here was on point, as the staff was friendly & very efficient. Easy 5 stars for the Minute Chicken Cake Noodles! Chance 'em!

It was tasty, with a unique spice blend reminiscent of other beef soups I've had in the past. However, I was particularly wowed however by the complementary bread and raspberry jam. Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. Our waitress seemed to be having a rough day. We had to ask another staff member for our check and to-go boxes. She also never came back to check on our table or refill our water. Everyone has off days, so we're hoping that's all it was. It was unexpected, but so fresh and delicious. We ordered the cold noodles, spicy pork bulgogi, and seafood pancake. Everything was really good, and we'd honestly rank those dishes above most of the Korean restaurants we've been to. The seafood pancake was packed with seafood flavor, and they definitely didn't skimp on the squid. The spicy pork bulgogi came with a bowl of rice and had the right amount of spicy. The cold noodles totally hit the spot and had just the right amount of toppings in every bite. I was left very satisfied and we even had leftovers of the pork and pancake to take home. I like that they open at 10am and that they serve delicious banchan. I came in one weekday and was seated at one of the regular tables. I guess they assumed I wasn't going to get the AYCE, even though it's pretty affordable for weekday lunch (like $28). Id like to come back to try the ayce sometime. I decided on the cold noodle and kalbi combo for $24. The cold noodles by themselves are only $14, so I thought there would be at least a couple pieces of kalbi in the combo. Nope. Apparently one piece of kalbi is $10. It was served hot, but it was served on a hot plate with onions and the plate itself wasn't hot. Why serve it on a hot plate? Very confusing. The cold noodles were refreshing, but you can get pretty good cold noodles at any Korean restaurant I think. I was a little disappointed in the quantity of food for the combo. Or I wish they had an actual lunch special, maybe I should have just got the ayce at this point right? But I wanted the cold noodles.... Oh well. It doesn't seem like they changed the interior all that much. It was pretty nice inside to begin with and there is a big parking lot. The workers come by when you ring the table side bell. Lol, otherwise they kind of just drop off the food and leave you alone. I was surprised there were like 3 other couples eating from the Ala carte menu at 10:30. I would possibly come back to try their other soups, but I wouldn't get suckered into getting the combos.
