Technicians in the back on their phones and other techs just sitting around until we walked in. Not busy at all. Loved the interior and the huge wall of nail Polish color selections, but it stops there. We told the lady multiple times that we just wanted regular nail polish, but either she's hard of hearing or tuned is out. Maybe it was a gimmick to get us to spend more money, and pretend that she didn't hear us. Anyways, we finally sat down and got our nails painted. The lady that did mine was named Daisy I think, and she made my cuticles bleed, but did a more accurate job than my sisters... The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. They do over referral incentives on Wednesday and Thursday and have a rewards program for earning points which is nice...

I went in on Sunday and got a full set and my eyebrows done. while I was there the vibe of the place was chaotic. there was kids yelling the whole time and the only person trying to keep the kids calm was an older girl that was there. I haven't even had my nails a full week and 4 have already popped off. im usually careful with my nails and can keep a set on a full two weeks but I guess they didn't use enough glue or something. then on top of that I got overcharged because I was told it would be $40 but was charged $59 and my eyebrows were only $7. A different lady came over there and cut down all of my nails super short! I'm not a fan of short nails, I like long nails, and I have been growing out my nails for over a year. I couldn't get the shape of design I wanted bc of how short she cut them and I'm not a fan of tips. She put tips on the super short ones to make them all the same length which was fine. As she's drilling she's burning me! At the end of the day the nails look fine they just aren't what I wanted. Today is my birthday and these are my birthday nails. Cost me $41 without tip and I tipped $6 which is about 15% There was also no hand soap in the restroom and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working.

They provide each client with a new unopened package of nail files and scrubber ect for customer safety and sanitation. I liked that. I chose the #3 which was an upgrade option pedicure $35 and the manicure was $15. They also have lower cost versions for the pedicure, if your watching your coins that day. The owner is a very nice gentleman. He did the massage, scrub, hot stones for my pedicure, then had a lady finish it off with filing, cuticle cutting, and polishing. She was not as friendly, but she did a pretty good job. The woman doing my manicure was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back with family, for sure.

Within a day or two of getting my nails done, one nail started hurting badly. While I was on my flight to celebrate my birthday, that same nail began to swell and was extremely painful. The swelling went down after a few days, but the nail continued to hurt, especially when tapping or applying pressure. Shortly after, other nails also started to become painful. At the time, I couldn't see what was wrong because of the acrylic. However, as my nails began to grow out, the damage became very noticeable. Several nails were clearly over-drilled--thin, uneven, and weakened. I also experienced discoloration, and once I removed the acrylics, I could see just how severe the damage was. Some nails were filed down so much I could see the skin underneath, and I had actual breakage on three nails from over-filing.
