I appreciate them taking me as a late Customer today! (08/20/2025)....I needed a PEDICURE ASAP because I had been neglecting myself & being a PROCRASTINATOR for way too long! I have been here before because we reside in the area & they are pretty down to earth and the nail techs that worked on me have always been nice & did a great job! Shout out to ( Sue) she really went the extra mile doing a really excellent job on my feet plus she had me laughing & the nail color was sooo pretty! I definitely tipped her and will request her whenever I return. They have great Customer service... her other co-worker gave ma a complimentary bottle water & they set me up a little fan to blow on the side while I got a much needed back massage in the massage chair. I wish I could give it 0 stars as this was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. The lady doing my pedicure would shove the tools and her own nail into my toes that I would tell her every minute that it would hurt and eventually I bled. She continued to do my pedicure and literally left the white shellac color all over my toes I had to go home and clean them myself, something with the manicure. The upkeep of this place is mind blowing. It don't look like they clean their equipment at all. The floors were dirty. The lady started on my toes and began filing them unevenly, so before I allowed her to proceed and waist time I notified her. She immediately told me she couldn't fix it and she really didn't know how to do shellac. I don't understand why you would even start a job you had no knowledge of completing to begin with. Do not come to this salon if you value your health. This salon should be shut down because it is a safety hazard!!!! My mom went to this salon recently and due to unclean nail instruments, she is in bed with a fever, sick all over, and a grotesque infection coming from her nail/cuticle. To the owner of the salon, if you are reading this - we'd like a refund for fill for acrylic nails she got done, plus the doctor's visit and antibiotics she had to pay for. Her friend who went with her didn't get sick (surprisingly) but her nails fell off within 2 days. How is this even possible?? It's disgraceful. Hey guys, random story....... i was about to go to my sister's bar mitzvah, and i paid about $150 for this set. WHAT WAS THAT LADY ON???? so first she started eating takis when she started on my nails, and she got powder on all my nails. Then she tried to clean it up with dry erase wipes!!!! At this point i was starting to get angry....:( Like y'all i haven't been this angry since my BF dumped me on my birthday. Anyways, so she put on anime on her tv and started talking to me in Japanese, and at this point i wanted to go home and cry to my mom. 0 stars. Guy doesn't know how to paint toenails, rushed on my nails and could've had more love on them, but they're doable I guess. Done by the lady with the most reviews, so if I sat down and maybe had them done separate from my toes I'm sure they would've been better. Worst experience but was funny to have taken my friend there from out of town and I'm glad her toes came out better. I should've got her lady to repaint mine after I had mine redone 3 times even covering the paint up with new paint, and it still came out bad after "trying" to repaint them again. I went the day before thanksgiving because it was on my way home,they used a "dip" technique, where they dip your nail in the powder, well after she finished my nails where so uneven and bumpy, they put a top coat to make them shine and here I am 3 days later and this is what's happening. These girls just want to sleep not work not sure how this place stays in business. My girl Anna was on vacation so I decided to let another girl do my nails bad decision they looked like I did my own nails. I think she was mad that she didn't get to keep sleeping. The owner needs to tell them instead of sleeping all day to clean the salon because it was dirty. There were no customers there when I got there and no one came in while I was there and now I know why. Maybe the state needs to pay a visit. Published service announcement: the place is filthy. There's only about 3 people there that know what they're doing. I've done my manicure there and it was good, but their polishes are old so they chip fast. Only two ladies know how to do acrylic nails and the rest don't and still charge at an overpriced rate (for the work they did). Do yourself a favor and don't get a pedicure there because they don't wash their machines or very rarely do. Their eyebrow service is good, but you can get the same service someone cleaner. She nodded without even looking up at me. My manicure was the worst I've ever had. My cuticles were neglected, I was cut on my fingertip, I don't even know what she was trying to do to make that cut), my polish was even applied poorly. Don't ever get your nails done here. The lady that did my nails did a terrible job. I got the overlay over my real nail. First off she did not cover my nail right she made the acrylic all lumpy didn't fix it, made my nail look bigger than it is. When she was filing my nails she use her nasty filthy finger nails and hurt me my digging them in my skin to try to separate the acrylic from my skin. Worst nail salón ever, I had a very bad incident happen to me yesterday. I went in for a pedicure only and the "nail technician" LISA insisted on doing my nails. She lowered the price down so I decided to get them done and I regret it so much. I guess she was just trying to make a quick buck so started on my nails applying the nail tips very crooked applying the acrylic very bulged and acrylic hardening on my cutícules she sis a horrible job and I was not satisfied with her nail work at all. I told her I didn't like them at all they weren't the same shape they were crooked and very crappy. So she got mad started clipping the nails off very rough and I told her to be gentle which she didn't seem to care. So she litterly cutt off half of my nail on my thumb. So they started the manicure process, got to the nail art and it was horrendous. This is by far the WORST nail salon I have ever been too. I don't mind waiting but the lack of customer service and the nails I got done were so bad you have to see to believe. I went in and waited roughly about 20 minutes (which isn't too bad). It was pretty empty (first sign of a bad place) there was 3 young ladies getting a mani & pedi so all of the workers were occupied. There were 2 workers not doing anything but being on there phones, 1 of the 2 came up to me and asked me what I wanted done then went back to sit down and continued on her phone. Finally, 1 worker with a short reddish bob hair style came up to me, took out all of her supplies THEN told me to wait until she was done with the other lady. 10 more minutes pass she finally starts working on my nails. I told her I wanted something simple, and overlay or something really short. Since she was only getting 18$ out of me she rushed through my nails. She was so ROUGH it felt like she was filing down my fingers and not my finger nails. She left nail polish on my fingers, hands and all over my cuticles. She was speeding through my nails that she completely messed up my cuticles. They were so badly filed down that my fingers were in so much pain. I hope I don't get an infection because she did cut my finger. I was so angry because she really thought what she had done was acceptable. How they still have a license to operate, WHO KNOWS! I wish I would of seen the previous reviews before going. I would completely avoid this nail shop. I will post pictures that were taken as soon as I left this location. so i came here on Sunday and i got an manicure and pedicure. when i was asking the price, they told me that it cost $3 extra dollars to take off my previous shellac. (STRIKE 1) mind you, this is my third time coming here and i don't remember them telling me they charge to take off my shellac plus their service. so i picked the shellac color i wanted and as she was painting them, i realized she was doing it really blotchy and she wasn't painting my whole nail. i didn't say anything i wanted to wait till she was finished. so when i got to my car i was looking at them in the sun and i was like hmmm, i don't like these but f*** it, ill just wait till i need them re done and just don't EVER come here again. so yesterday (Monday) i was really looking at them and i realized you know what, i paid $46 and i'm going to to go back and get my moneys worth. so today (Tuesday) i went in and asked for the manager. when i was telling her what happened she was like okay we fix for you. so i asked can i change my color, she was like no. I'm like so i cant even change my color even though i have my receipt and all? she was like no, it will be $15 extra but if you get the same color we will do it at not charge. (STRIKE 2) so i was like you know what ill just get the same color. then she asked me who did my nails and i told her. they got my color and the lady that did my nails before grabbed my hand and was about to only take off the nail polish on 2 out of the 10 she messed up. then i told her "no, i want them all re-done" she was like "noooo only these 2 messed up". (STRIKE 3) i said, "nooooo all these are messed up" and i started to show her all the ones that looked horrible. she was like "nooooo" again so i just got up and was about to walk out then the manger was like just come over here. then i reinforced to her, "i want this all taken off and re-done". she was like "okay, i do for you". I liked this place, but then they striked out, so now I will find me somewhere else to.
