Anywho I highly recommend Julie if you are looking for perfection. However if you are looking for a "spa" atmosphere this isn't gonna be your cup of tea. Since they have been under new management I've had no issues, I would come in on occasion for a pedicure or manicure. The most recent time I came in I got a pedicure and it wasn't that busy, a lady joked around with my boyfriend saying his eyebrows needed to be done, my boyfriend asked if it was free and she said yes she practically forced us into getting a wax done. We only intended on getting my toes done. She did both of our eyebrows and he made sure to ask if it was free. Then when we went to pay they tried to charge us an extra 25 dollars for the wax, and then said they were joking when they said it was free. They ended up only making us pay 55 for my pedicure but they made us pretty uncomfortable by telling us something was free and then crowding us when we went to check out. Besides for that mishap the pedicure is beautiful and everyone was super friendly and it's very quiet, I've loved coming here growing up.

Idk I dont want to be that person who complains for no reason but after losing the 4th nail I just had to say something.....

Let me start by saying DONT WASTE YOUR TIME STOPPING HERE !!…read more Forget the rest of the review because it's a personal rant , bust seriously save yourself some time . I approached this establishment at 1:20pm. The guy in the front chair told me it would be a twenty minute wait. The space is small so I waited in my car. . Thirty minutes later I decided to go inside bc someone should be finishing . I waited INSIDE an additional 30 minutes before asking when I would be seen. First I chose a golden color, but the way the tech put it on my hand made it look transparent and I didn't like it. I asked her almost 5 times to make them shorter and she kept suggesting that when she filed them they would get shorter , whatever . Not only did she give me nails that weren't the same length, they are poorly shaped . Again , please don't waste your time .
