We had a problem for a while in one of our rooms which another company (Orange Oil something) wasn't able to fix, and did not offer a five year warranty like Horizon did. Horizon Termite Control provided the best service I have ever experienced from a termite company.   During my home remodel, I wanted to apply BoraCare spray while the drywalls were down. I also discovered some subterranean termite damage in a few areas that became visible during demolition. Horizon Termite promptly came out for an inspection and provided a competitive quote for both the BoraCare treatment and subterranean termite control, including a discount for bundling the services.   After they did the job, I noticed they missed few places. I reached out to them and explained the situation. Jesse, the owner, responded personally and went above and beyond. He offered to re-treat the entire house with both BoraCare and subterranean termite control at no extra cost to me. He personally came to the house and supervised the entire treatment for 3 hours. I have not seen that level of commitment from any of so many other vendors I am working with for my house remodel.   In reality, only about 10-15% of the areas had been missed due to the inspector not marking them, but I essentially received a full second treatment across the entire house. They even had availability to come do a free inspection that same day. They quoted us slightly lower (+5 year warranty) than a previous company we were in contact with (pest control) and had availability to come back two days later to spot treat. I heartily recommend Horizon. We had three companies come inspect the house, and Horizon was the company we felt the most comfortable with. They charged a reasonable price, they (specifically, Uriel) caught things the other two companies didn't catch, and, like one of the other companies, they noted that one area had termites but that they hadn't been around for a long time -- so Uriel recommended just preventative (read: less expensive) treatment for that area. (The third company claimed that termites were active in that area and wanted to charge a lot for treatment.) The next time I have termite issues, I will definitely call Horizon.
