We had a great experience with Elite Bay Area Termite Control. My daughter found a termite nest and droppings in her room, so we reached out and Tony came the very next day. He was punctual, professional, and did a thorough inspection, clearly explaining the findings and options after identifying both drywood and subterranean termites in our home. After we agreed to move forward, Tony and Rafael returned to treat the affected areas and applied preventative protection. They were efficient, friendly, and left everything clean. Highly recommend! read more

I had a great experience with the Elite team. Derick inspected my deck and was super professional, friendly, and thorough in finding the problem. Rafael came out to treat the area and was also really professional while answering all my questions. They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need and their pricing was totally fair. I highly recommend the Elite team. read more

We had an outstanding experience with our termite specialist, Derick, and can't recommend him highly enough. From the moment he arrived, he had the best attitude--professional, friendly, and incredibly personable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions without rushing, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. What really stood out was how genuine he was. You could tell he truly cared about doing the job right and about helping us protect our home, not just checking a box. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise with such great customer service. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, Derick went above and beyond in every way. Thank you Derick! read more

I requested an inspection from Elite Bay Area Termite Control, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were quick to respond and very courteous. They assigned a field representative named Derick, who arrived early--even though I wasn't fully ready yet--which I appreciated. Derick was professional, friendly, and never once tried to sell me anything unnecessary. Instead, he clearly explained what he observed and thoughtfully suggested preventive treatments and steps I could take to help mitigate future termite issues. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. In addition to the excellent service, their pricing is very affordable and highly competitive. Overall, a great experience with a knowledgeable, honest, and fairly priced team. I recommend Elite Bay Area Termite Control. read more

Derick did a great job assessing the problem and recommending a course of action. Super friendly and professional.

We've been using Elite Termite for several years and have had fast and reliable service whenever there has been an issue. We were pleased to have the same employee, Derick, back a year later to reinspect our home. He remebered the areas of the house where prior damage had occured and was able give special attention to those sites. I hope he stays with the company long term..He's very thorough and easy to work with. read more

Heloise L. I had a great experience with Elite Bay Area Termite Control. The Inspector, Derick, was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in simple, easy to understand terms. He clearly outlined the extent of the termite infestation and walked me through the best treatment options without any pressure. What i appreciated most was his honesty --- he did not try to upsell services i did not need, and he offered a fair and reasonable price. The treatment team that came afterward was also very professional, punctual, and efficient. I highly recommend Derick and the entire team for anyone needing termite inspection or treatment. read more

Bad news: we had drywood termites. Good news: the evidence was easily visible and we contacted EBAT. Tony inspected our home from top to bottom and explained our options clearly. After we signed on he returned with Rafael to treat the affected area and spray a preventative solution in the attic. They were friendly, efficient, tidy and informative. We feel like we received great service. As comparison, one of the other contractors we called just offered whole house fumigation w/o inspecting the house and the other service never showed up for their appt. read more

Found termite poop and needed to get someone out ASAP. Availability: Called 3/2-- ORKIN- will come 4/2, EBATC- came 3/4: EBATC WINNER Inspector: Derick was very helpful and genuine. (Orkin's inspector squeezed me in on 4/5 somehow and was also very nice). Price: Full Tent Fume was about the same price, but for work directly on infested area EBATC was $200 cheaper!! Service: EBATC said 1:30pm, they were here 1:20pm. The two guys were very nice and helpful Overall: Highly recommend EBATC, they really did a great job so far... let you know in 1 week if they killed the termites! read more

Fantastic service! Rarely has a service gone so smoothly for me as I got from Elite Termite. During the initial evaluation visit, Tony was quick but thorough in his inspection, and showed me the affected areas and clearly explained his findings. In the actual treatment visit, he showed me and explained what he was going to do, and later the results at the end. For both visits, he was on time, and finished within the time estimate he gave me. And both times, he made sure not to leave any dirt whatsoever. Getting an appointment with Kim via text was similarly smooth. I hope I don't get termites again anytime soon. But if you do, I highly recommend Elite Bay Area Termite. read more

EBAT was professional and honest when we reached out for a second opinion. Kim was great with communicating and setting up appointments. Derick didn't try to 'sell' me treatments for my home, but simply told me and showed me what the issues were. Turns out our home was in a better condition than what the first inspector thought (or tried to make us think). They're very friendly and took the time to answer my questions. read more

We are very happy with the quick response from Elite Bay Termite Pest control, the Staff were very professional and courteous.

Derick inspected our house as I believed we had termites. After a thorough inspection, both subterranean & dry wood termites were found. The next day his team took care of the problem. I contacted this business using Yelp to do an inspection because I saw a few termites and was worried. The business reached out and responded very quickly and an inspection was scheduled promptly. Derick who came to do the inspection was very professional and patient with all of my questions (even brought his own shoe covers). He was very knowledgeable about all types of pest issues and inspected the entire property thoroughly. I was worried a "free" inspection sounds too good to be true but Derick was super transparent and did not try to push any treatments I did not need on me. I will definitely be reaching out to Derick again if we have other pest issues in the future. read more

We recently moved here from an area of the country where termites are not a problem, so imagine our dismay when we were told that we had them in the attic of our new home. Derick was our excellent inspector from Elite, and he not only calmed our fears, but also offered us practical solutions to our problem. He was very knowledgeable about treatment options and patiently answered all of our questions in a professional and reassuring manner. We decided to take his suggestions and our treatments were scheduled promptly. Tony and Raphael were our treatment team and they also were excellent. They were prompt, helpful, courteous , and very thorough. Our experience thus far with Elite has been extremely positive and we're most appreciative of their expertise and their kindness. read more

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The inspector Derick came out and pin pointed the infested area, went upto the attic and inspected the entire property around the outside. Thank God my damage was only in localized spot. Explained how they are going to treat it and their 5 year warranty. Scheduled the repair visit. On the day of the repair, the two technicians were also very courteous. Completed the treatment in 2 hours, left very little damage on the wall and window sill. Cleaned up neatly. Overall, it was a 5 star experience. Highly recommend Elite's service. read more

I called EBAT at the beginning of this year, after finding termite droppings under our baseboard a couple months ago. Kim was able to get us scheduled for a free inspection with Derick the following week. Before Derick came to inspect our house, I already had termite inspections from 2 other companies. However, I found that Derick was much more thorough in his inspection than the previous 2 others, taking detailed pictures, videos and explaining what he found, both inside the house, attic, crawl spaces and exterior. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and honest in his assessment and recommendations of what needed to be done, or not done, and very clear in explaining how/why some of the treatment measures recommended by the other 2 companies were just optional added "selling points", though not really necessary. Derick was also extremely patient, kind and understanding of my health conditions (immuno-compromised with high sensitivity to chemicals), as he talked me through the different termite treatment options/strategies (besides tenting) to reduce my risk of chemical exposure. He genuinely tried to work with me to find the best ways to address our termite problem, while considering my medical needs and tight finances. He even talked to and worked with our roofing contractor, to inspect and figure out how to best address areas of termite activity that were difficult to access. Ben (owner) and Raphael came to do the first local Termidor injections and were both very nice in taking time to explain what they were doing and how the treatments work. I will soon be scheduling a 2nd visit for them to come apply Boracare in the attic and crawl spaces, during a time when I will be out of town. Thanks so much to EBAT for all of your help and hard work... you turned a very stressful situation into a smooth one. Job well done! read more

Termite inspection. Looking for quick qnd professional responsiveness. So far, so good.

Derick was honest, professional, and thorough. I thought I had a termite issue, and he checked both in and out of my house to inspect the issue thoroughly. After seeing what I had thought were termites, he identified that the issue I was experiencing was ants/moths and recommended treatment accordingly. I would recommend him to anyone experiencing a bug issue in their home! read more

We had great experience with Elite Bay Area Termite Control. Derrick and his crew (Raphael and Tony) done a great job in treating the drywood termite in my house. I called just before 5:00 pm on Friday and left a message requesting a termite inspection. My next door neighbor's home had to be gutted because of rot and they mentioned something about termites. Once their construction started, tons of ants started flooding into my house. Then little piles of dusty weirdness started popping up in random places in my siding. Monday I get a call back and spoke with someone who asked me why I thought I had termites. I explained about the little wood piles in my siding and she sort of rudely told me to send photos of some of the problem areas. I figured it was a busy Monday and she was being brisk. I emailed them a couple of photos and received back an email pretty quickly. They said their inspector couldn't figure out from the first photo whether or not I had termites , the second photo was from mud wasps and I should call Clark Pest Control. They didn't offer to actually come look at my home, but blew me off and told me to go elsewhere. Aside from being rude, it's very poor customer service. Their website says free termite inspection. Looking at photos and saying "I don't know" doesn't qualify as an inspection. I've lost three days now and have to find someone else to come look at the house. Hope these little guys didn't do too much more damage in those extra days. Of course I'll go somewhere else if they can't be bothered to come look at my house and give an expert opinion. You probably should too. read more

Our house is 50 years old, so we were very worried when we saw termite frass inside. We had had it tented about 15 years before, and it was a huge amount of work and disruption. We called Elite Bay Area Termite Control, and just a few days later Tony came and spent over an hour crawling under our house, checking out the house and garage, and finding his way through the attic. He found lots more infestation sites we had missed. He told us there were better ways to deal with termites and wood-boring insects than tenting, and described in detail how long it would take, as well as answering all our questions. A few days later he and Rafael came in, diligently applied the different solutions to the hard-to-access corners, and cleaned up everything meticulously. They were polite, professional, hard-working, tidy, and a delight to work with. The EBAT office also answered our correspondence and questions immediately. We were thrilled with how professional and easy to work with EBAT is - best in the Bay Area! I recommend them unreservedly! read more

EBAT was amazing to work with. Jason, the inspector, was responsive, arrived on time, friendly, informative, and professional. He diagnosed the danger areas, and explained all of the options for treatment. He provided a clear quote/estimate, and we were able to contact him directly if we had questions. When the treatment techs arrived, they were professional, on time, worked very clean and organized, and very quietly. We have a skittish cat who barely noticed they were there. They vacuumed any debris, and wore shoe covers when entering our home (we are a shoe-less household). Amazing service, quality work, and reasonable rates. Thank you! read more
