Amazing guys, always having the best cars. Definitely coming back again!! Customer service is great. Randy and Jerry were very helpful and made the process pretty smooth!

    Our new ride!

As usual, these guys knocked it out of the park. Found a great car, got a very good deal on it, fair trade in value and top notch, respectful customer service. Did I mention it was our 3rd auto purchase from Hopper (and I think now 6 motorcycles from their cycleplex on site). We are dedicated customers and will keep coming back. They are in business for a reason, because they care about doing good business and listening to their customers needs. Thank you to Kyle Field for making it happen. If you enjoy stuffy, condescending used car sales guys in khakis, don't come here. If you like talking to average Joe who isn't trying to force you into a car you can't afford or doesn't work for your needs...this is the dealer for you!

For example, one of the other car dealerships prevented us from taking the car to an independent mechanic! You know they were hiding something with the car. Anyway, not only did Texas Cars Direct let us take the car to an independent mechanic, they were professional, not pushy like some of the other guys we dealt with, and easy to do business with. Mike, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you for selling us the newest car in our company fleet! P.S. There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

This place is amazing. I don't know if I can say enough about it…read more My parents went through Smart Auto Leasing for their Chrysler Pacifica, and after their experience, I knew I wanted to go through them for my next car I called Kent on a Friday morning after my 2005 Kia Sorento was on its last leg in hopes to start the process. I gave him all my information and what I was looking for. My heart has always belonged to crossovers/SUVs so he said he would find something for me within a couple days. He calls me the NEXT DAY with 3 options to choose from - wow! He told me to take my time and if I needed anything to call him, and he gave me his personal number. Smart Auto Leasing then calls me on Monday to see what I was feeling after thinking on it for a weekend. Kent said he would bring me whatever I was wanting by for a test drive while he picked up my car to take to their mechanic, and let's me keep the car for two days! Tuesday, I get all my things in order to visit Kent back at the office to finalize the car, and he is so thorough and makes sure I understand completely what is going on and what the process is. He was so supportive and helpful through the entire process! There was no pressuring or anxiety about this, which I was terrified would happen. Kent was able to find me exactly what I was wanting and then some AND keep it in my budget!!! I can't thank this man enough! So after just 4 days since my initial contact with Kent, I am now driving around a beautiful, black with charcoal interior 2017.5 Nissan Rogue S LX and have payments in my budget! As a college student, this experience was so simple and easy, yet I wasn't talked over or made to feel stupid for asking questions. There was mutual respect and understanding through the whole process. I genuinely recommend Smart Auto Leasing if you're looking to lease/buy a new car! And ask for Kent Booze, he's great!

The thing I hate about dealing with car dealerships or salesmen is that they'll sometimes go out of…read moretheir way to spin the "we aren't like other dealerships" storyline, then do exactly what all the other dealerships do. Smart Auto Leasing feels just about the same, despite their claims to the contrary. The first clue should have been that all the pre-auction off-lease inventory on their website is listed as "please call for price." In other words, "we want to chat a bit so we can ask a bunch of questions and then come up with a price to give you." So I did the deed: called in expecting to get jerked around talking to a salesman. I was hoping they'd just give me a price so I knew whether it was worth considering or not. I was feeling a little chatty on my drive to work, so I mentioned that it was for my wife, and that we had been working on buying this same car form another dealership but that the dealership pulled some shady stuff at the last minute and we backed out. Not surprisingly, the data mining began, with the salesman trying to learn as much as he could about me to figure out how to go about selling me one of their cars. Here are the questions he asked me up front: * My name * My phone number * My email address * My wife's name * What kind of car she drives * What kind of car I drive * The price of the car we were going to buy at the other dealership I understand all of that: it's a perfectly effective way to sell a car. But guess what I never got from him? A price for the car we were interested in. He needed to go do some research and get back to me with a price. He was also very direct in letting me know up front that they are also a FINANCING COMPANY and that if I buy my car from them in cash instead of financing, there is an additional $595 fee. Who does that?? "Fine," I said, "I'll just think of this as adding $600 to the price of any car you tell me." I made one and only one request of them at that point: to please email me the car information rather than calling me, since I would be in and out of meetings all day and would like to be able to get the information quickly without taking more time on the phone. Sure enough, an hour later, I was in a meeting and missed a call from them. So I sent another note using their contact form again asking to have the information emailed: I missed another call from them shortly after that. So I called back and left a message AGAIN on the salesman's direct line asking them to please just email it to me. It's now 5 hours later and although they've got all my information, I've got absolutely nothing from them. In short, seems like just another sales operation trying to move cars. EDIT: I called them at the end of the day and spoke with someone else who had no qualms about telling me the vehicle price over the phone without trying to learn my entire life's story. It was more expensive than comparable vehicles I've seen at traditional dealerships so I don't think I'm so interested.

It was all covered under warranty, but no one has had ANY urgency to help you once they've sold the car. It has been a nightmare scheduling appointments and actually getting any work done. I've heard from four separate employees that "we'll give you a call back" and then never heard from any of them. This car was supposed to have been done yesterday but they had delays of course. I've currently been sitting in the store for 4 hours because an employee told me it would be done 4 hours ago (still not done, I guess the tech never picked up the needed part). The lack of communication between employees, techs, and managers is actually mind blowing. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the service manager has actually been trying to help us, but it has still been a painfully long process to repair the brand new car I bought.

BEWARE OF CARMAX…read more.. I am sharing my personal experience so others can be aware and take steps to protect themselves from SCAM companies like CarMax. I discovered that my personal information was used in connection with a vehicle purchase through CarMax without my knowledge or authorization. After learning of the issue, I attempted to contact CarMax and obtain information regarding the transaction. Despite multiple efforts, I was unable to reach individuals with the authority to address my concerns. The only contact available to me were people who barely could speak english, would not provide their names and would not connect me with anyone in authority. II talked to several of these people over several days. What was most frustrating was receiving conflicting information. At times I was told records of this transaction existed, while at other times I was told there was no record of the transaction. I even had one person say "oh this looks so strange" Another said, "oh I am sorry this must be another one of those inside jobs" but they never would provide to me anymore than that and no information about the actual purchase. I find myself wondering, Is this really the United States where SCAM company's like CarMax can keep doing business. Their corporate office was totally unresponsive. My only communication has been by emails. There is no way of accessing anyone in authority by phone.. I cannot believe this could happen in America.... BUT IN AMERICA IT CERTAINLY CAN HAPPEN WHEN YOU DO BUSINESS WITH CARMAX..KEEP ON MIND.... IF YOU EVER GIVE CARMAX YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU JUST MIGHT FIND YOURSELF PAYING FOR SOMEONE ELSES NICE NEW CAR.

I don't deserve what I'm going through with my perfect credit score being over 740. This vehicle has a recall since 2019, but the dealership doesn't touch anything aftermarket, it has to be stock. When I first saw the vehicle, I checked the engine light since it was deleted. I barely saw enough since I didn't want to be caught. Now that I have the vehicle, there's more than what I expected. Again, bring an engine code reader, don't go by what they say. I'm spending over $1,200, and there's a lot more I'm having to pay to get my valve springs repaired which is around $800-$1,600 to fix. So yeah, I'm one "happy" customer alright. I already replaced the fuel filler neck and charcoal canister that was causing the fueling up the gas tank problem, and now the most expensive one yet is my valve springs that's causing a lot of things to go wrong with my ride. I got crapped on, big time time. I surely hope everyone double and triple CHECKS ANY vehicle before buying. Don't just go by what anyone says at all. That is all. Thank you.

That's what Valvoline used to be. Now, it's nothing short of a gamble as to how long your wait will be as you sit behind what is essentially someone else's auto dealership service visit. The Valvoline wait problem is real. 45+ minute wait for a single oil change - it's inexcusable. It's easy to think this location's technicians are either incredibly slow, selling too much - or both. I really believe though that this is a situation in which Valvoline, Inc. can't get its branding and workflow right and that locations like this are at the mercy of having to sell more services for profit while in the process sacrificing the speed Valvoline promises as a brand. It makes sense: Offer an 18-point service check, find other vehicle issues, and upsell. But that's not who you've been as a brand, and continue to promote yourself to be, Valvoline. The name of your location is, "Valvoline Instant Oil Change." So you make more money with more repair services and I'm all for getting work done so I'm safe behind the wheel - but that's not why I go to Valvoline. I go there to get an oil change quickly and get out. There is no reason why I should choose Valvoline for extended service repairs like flushes given that auto dealers and other auto repair shops have stepped up their waiting areas with more comfort and amenities. In the amount of time it took yesterday to get my oil change at Valvoline sitting in my car, I could have booked online with my auto dealer and gotten multiple things fixed while relaxing comfortably in its waiting area with coffee and snacks, or working on my computer being productive with high-speed internet. I still need some other service done according to my Valvoline check but after the wait for the oil change and then the service itself, I had no interest. The guy in front of me got an oil change, new filter, and, lo and behold, there was something wrong with his gas tank knob! I hope they got as much money from him as they could while the rest of us waited and waited and waited. Michael, my service technician, acknowledged the wait, but didn't apologize for it, nor did he offer any make-good. I'm sure that's because he didn't think there was anything wrong - it was just busy. That is the problem: His job is to sell and fix no matter how long it takes. Hopefully, the Valvoline bosses above him will stop getting their wires crossed and help him do a better job of that with branding, and workflow and logistical changes. Soon - if not instantly.
