I brought my Audi Q7 here for a windshield repair that was the size of a corn kernel and ended up with a 12 inch crack instead. They didn't warn me that this could happen and also didn't apologize when it did. Instead the owner asked me to pay the guy who was "fixing" it even after he made it worse. I ended up taking my car to the Audi dealership and spending $2,600 to get my ruined windshield replaced thanks to these guys. The owner said he would contact me with an update on what he will do to reimburse me for my loss but never did. It has now been over two years and the owner still has not contacted me so I am pretty sure that boat has sailed. I am quite sad since my family has been going to him for over a decade now but I guess that's life. Sadly, I recommend steering clear of this place. read more
