If you just need an oil change, they come in tell you the out the door price for the different classes of oil they have and they don't try to upsell you. They changed the oil, checked tire pressure, topped off the fluids on my Civic in like 7 minutes. They have 2 bays and only one other car was being worked on at the time I arrived. 2 more came after me. My Husband drives this car a lot and tends to push it. So I opted for the high end synthetic. Tarik came in and promptly settled the bill, did not try to upsell me on an air filter. They only do that when it is warranted. Even with the top of the line oil it was like 25% less than 5 minute oil change. They also effortlessly fixed the dash warnings and reset them. Something that 5 minute oil change and Jiffy in the Austin area where I usually go often have no clue how to do. Pro Quick Lube is a family owned business where they care and treat you the way they would like to be treated. They are seasoned professionals and know what they are doing. They do it all day long.
