This dude is crazy fast in terms of smog/emission testing. Honestly i was fully expecting to wait 20-30 mins, but honestly i was in and out in less than 5 mins. The only reason i'm giving this place 3.5 out of 5 stars is that the interior waiting room was run down and it was a bit stuffy. There's no AC (only fan), and it was fairly hot in the summer heat. Honestly for $18.50 for the emissions inspection, and you're in and out faster than you can blink an eye... I'll definitely be back next time when i have to renew my car registration. PS: make sure you have your car insurance pulled up on your app, or papers ready to show. it'll speed up an already insanely fast process.

Therefore, he is not able to communicate effectively and help anyone that needs help! Some days they are lazy I guess and say that they don't do certain services, like plug a tire, when I know that they for sure do that because I've had it done many times but again it depends on what day you go there. They cannot tell you how much they charge for an oil change over the phone until they see your vehicle, that is absurd. I have never heard of anything like that and again it's poor customer service.
