This is the first time ever I leave a negative review since I believe everybody makes mistakes!!…read moreTwo years ago a go I had a car accident and found this business through yelp. Upon arrival I was greeted and we agreed that with $ 5000 my car will be fixed and didn't bargain regarding pricing at all. After two week the car was ready and before accepting the job I did check the car and I see the engine light of the car is on!!? The owner which has no clue and history of running a business as mechanic shop tells me that don't worry I know people who can pass your car through inspection!!!! I said noooo!! This is not the way it works. We make a deal I have paid you what you asked I this needs to be fixed. He said that my mechanic say the issue is not related to you radiator fan and etc .. that you brought your car for!! And the added extra charge for changing the O2 sensor , after two weeks I noticed there is an oil leak under my car in the parking lot garage, and took the car back, owner says it not related to your accident that oil filter leaks, which all were related because my radiator was punctured, well there it is another charge for oil filter washerin two week so have to bring the car back because the temperature gauge is above normal!! He too much rely on his mechanic since he purchased the business from previous owner with the mechanic and he wants to keep the mechanic for this reason against my workweek another charge for oil filter washer also my head lights which were replaced had too much blind spot and whatever they to fix I t failed and I did accept. After another two week that started to make a squeaky noise which I had to have the mechanic to listen when I was moving the car when was Turner off , and found out when were the front bumper and radiator the did not secure the battery harness when fixing the front of the car. Making the story short with all the problems with paining and more the going back to the shop after 12 times to the shop even on time which the owner told the mechanic to check my vehicle and he said he can't because he didn't like me since I was making the right comments!! I did gave it way even the owner Ray made a comment the he will buy me a complimentary gift so I forget all the issues that happened. The assistant manager (Ashton) is well aware of all pain and suffering that I have been through. I did thank them and refused to ask for any thing. The last word of the owner was that I knew that you were trouble from the beginning (I wish people who runs a business had a clue what they are getting in). So so today after two years I just wanted how respectful they are and I had a problem with my other car, called the owner and he said I don't have time this week (we are fully booked)and I since it's not and urgent matter it can want for next week and he never responded back.. I did test this business for two times and they failed. I do not recommend this business since they are looking for easy and lucrative jobs.

Gary Jr. was incredibly helpful; he came out to check my flat tire and confirmed it needed replacing. Although they didn't have tires in stock, he directed me to the tire shop across the street. Without hesitation, he and two others lifted my car, removed the flat, and loaded it into his truck to take me to the tire shop. After purchasing a new tire, Gary Jr. changed it back at his shop without charging me. I was so thankful for his help, especially since I had no one else to turn to. A few days later, I returned with a small gift and a tip to show my appreciation. It's heartwarming to know there are still kind people out there, and I will definitely return for future services.

I'll eventually redo the entire steering/suspension, where I'll reinstall the drivers side u bolts evenly like they are on the passenger side, but this was great here, being helped last second like this. Yet what I really appreciate most is authentic business, where my ass is not being kissed, I'm not receiving fake smiles and no one's pretending to be excited when they're not. I really liked this guys attitude. Don't know if he's the owner or what. I personally don't trust anyone who's smiling really big like they're truly happy to see me walk into their repair shop hauling in leaf spring packs on a Friday, and never having met me before. I wish more business owners and employees would be authentic people, and just say it how it is, be who they are, be in whatever mood they're in and don't front. Sadly that's not what naive consumers want- the ones who know nothing about how to fix their own cars while also running a shop. (Most everyone I assume). People complain all the time about real attitudes, but if they want fake ones, they should expect fake business. Which is what 99.9% of what we gets in shops... I'm paying these sweet smiling faces thousands to break my autos. It happens every time- I travel a lot. I go back to say the repair went poorly, and they smile really big, saying it did not. That everything is great or something else is wrong. Then I go home pissed as hell at myself for even going back, because if it's bad the first time, it's only getting worse if you go back. (Never go back). I then dust off and drag out my floor Jack and stands with my crippled disabled ass body that can barely turn a wrench most days, And I get to pull off all the mountains of parts they broke and yank out $350 new Delphi fuel pumps they put in, to find it's full of mud as I'd suspected, and never would have known unless I could remove my entire fuel tank out on the side of the not-level-street to pull it out myself to confirm my suspicions. Then I get to see the frame damage from them over tightening things, missing the bullseye with their hammers and wacking huge dents into my now altered rusting frame. I get to see my $100 fuel filler hose was cut down the side- and too far down, as well- because they removed it the fast lazy way. (Because I'll never see it... yeah). I get to go buy all new parts myself, and then I get to reinstall them myself, using my real torque wrench with my real torque specs and real brain, and I get to think about how all these fancy shops with free cold water bottles and new leather sofas and their smiling faces gaining 5 stars on Yelp! are so good at being fake and getting away with it, because they know the game and they know that you don't know shit. How you don't know that they strategize dishonest ways to get Yelp! to take my honest reviews down. I don't want fake repair work done on my truck anymore, so seriously thanks for being one of those rare authentic humans, and who's behind the counter while under the car too. End review rant. Excited to finally find a real authentic human in an auto repair shop. For real, thank you.
