These guys are professional, reasonable and efficient. Saved me over $300 compared to estimates from 3 other shops. Highly recommended.

Fixed my car and didn't overcharge. Same repair would have been $500 more at a dealership. Good dudes here!

The trailer plug on my van stopped working. I took the vehicle in and they did a $180 diagnostic, over the phone they said the repair would be $1700 repair. My response was, I want a report or something in writing stating what was wrong and I was going to pick up the vehicle and take it to the dealer. When I picked up the van, I again asked for the report/ or writing details of what was wrong. In writing, they said they "suspected damage to the trailer wiring harness or the trailer connector" I asked if they tested the trailer connections at the plug, and they said they could not because the trailer module will not provide power unless it's plugged into a trailer and they don't have the correct tool. ( they wanted me to bring the trailer to them) I tested the trailer plug with a meter when I got it back home ( the trailer connector was loose) The two individuals I spoke with were Jeff and Terry the technician. I would never bring my vehicle back here, I would not recommend or trust this business. ( Just so you know, I used to work on cars, and I have always hated working on my own, I could have fixed this originally but I really just wanted to find a place to be honest with me and treat me fairly... that's not this place)

I took my car in for repair and understood the $180.00 per hour diagnostic fee. After having my car…read morefor a couple of days they said they needed two more hours time to diagnose the issue. I authorized the additional two hours and had no request for more time. When I got the bill they had charged me for five and a half more hours at $180.00 without authorization! Any shop that offers a 10% discount in exchange for a positive review should, in my opinion, be approached with caution. My experience with this shop was far from positive. A truck that had 250,000 miles on it and was showing signs that should have raised some serious questions about a failing head gasket. Instead, I was led through a series of costly repairs that basically treated the symptoms instead of finding the actual problem. Those repairs ultimately failed within a few weeks. They also installed what I believe were cheap aftermarket parts, including the wrong front struts. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility and replacing them, they wanted to charge me to install a lift on the rear of the truck to compensate for the front end sitting higher than the rear. WTF? Another big concern was the price and quality of the parts. When I asked about the brand of the parts they were installing, which seemed they were hesitant to reveal, I was surprised to find what appeared to be nearly a 100% markup compared with retail prices. Their invoices also don't identify the brand or manufacturer of the parts, so you really don't know what you're paying for. In my experience, the parts were marked up an unreasonable amount, especially considering the quality. Looking back, I feel like the focus was more on getting me to authorize additional repairs rather than properly figuring out what was actually wrong with the truck, knowing Id probably just cut my losses if I had been told the truth about the head gasket from the beginning. I originally brought my truck here because I was trying to avoid dealership prices. Unfortunately, when I finally took it to the dealership, that's when I learned what was actually wrong with the truck, which was in fact the head gasket and the wrong struts installed. The dealership also asked me if I had ever used a quick sealant in my engine because of the sludge they found in the radiator overflow, the radiator that auto clinique just replaced. I don't have proof, but definitely raised even more concerns about the shop practices. I was so hopeful that I had found an honest shop, but sadly, I'd have to say they are far from it. And Ray, I'm not interested in you telling me how you offer a year warranty on your parts and repairs. Thank you
