Tired to call and talk to them about taking my car in, asked them if they do electrical and they said yes. So went on to try to tell him about what was going on to see if he thought he could fix it in a day. Since its my only car and i need it for work. But instead he got very rude and said "i cant just tell you over the phone what it is. These guys really impressed me! Everyone said 'good morning' - not just the man up front (Ali). I thought I'd have a long wait since it was the first day after Thanksgiving but quite the contrary. The mechanic (Hussein) quickly found the leak where my car was losing coolant and took me back to show it to me. He was done repairing it quickly and I was on my way. It was less than an hour total time from when I walked in and when I drove out. The price was reasonable. Moses Auto repair shop is very good, I found this place by chance as I was driving fumed with anger because this mechanic at Kwik Kar in Vista Rdige Drive (Lewisville) had ripped me off. I walked in here explained my car situation as it was overly heated and he fixed it good for less than half the price the other guy had quoted, btw the Kwik Kar guy estimated the cost to be about 700 dollars I called them in about five minutes after we had that conversation to tell him to not work on my car as it was too pricey...the guy was very unprofessional and said I owed them 325 dollars for the five minute wait... I rushed over there as fast as I could and told them I was ready to pay 75 dollars for the diagnostic fees but was not willing to pay the extra 250 dollars for five minutes..he then said it was labor charge , I looked him right in the eye with disgusted look and said I was not going to pay that amount , then he looked around all nervous messed with his computer and charged me 200 dollars.... I threw the money on the table and stormed off of there never looking back. I stopped going to Kwik Kar for any of my repair or oil change after that event...and I am very glad to have found this place where Moses is very honest and works very nicely on your car..... read more
