This was the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair! When I brought my car in it was perfectly drivable but vibrating at rest. I was given a list of repairs to complete on my vehicle and I initially declined a transmission flush because my stepfather who is a mechanic in another city advised against it. Alan would not take no for an answer on this. After I expressed concerns multiple times, he assured me his mechanic said this service needed to be done. I hesitantly agreed to this and other repairs totaling $1900. When I picked up my vehicle it was no longer drivable, stalling every time I idled. They said I would have to pay $2500 for transmission repairs to make my vehicle drivable again (which I refused given the vehicle was not worth that much). The very first thing I found on Google is that it is NOT advisable to perform a transmission flush on a vehicle over 100k miles because it will worsen the problem and cause the vehicle to stall (my car had 160k). When I expressed frustration with this I was told my transmission was already shot before they began work and it wasn't their fault. So why did they advise me do nearly 2k worth of repairs knowing my vehicle would likely become completely unusable? Also, Alan was very aggressive, defensive and rude. I had to ask him multiple times not to raise his voice at me since I was not speaking to him that way. Clearly they either do not know the first thing about transmissions OR they maliciously did this flush in order to require me to pay an additional $2500 to get my vehicle working again. They did refund only the cost of the transmission flush but I am still out $1600 and have a car worth less than 1k after their service. I have been advised I could take them to court over this but decided I need the peace of just being done with this situation. Please don't trust these people with your vehicle! read more

Newly open last year near home, very convenient, Was there doing Oil changed first time, called to make a reservation on phone, took around 45 min, they provide snack and water while waiting and even Lift ride service if you try to leave while waiting and come back. Once they done the work they also give you the list of checklist to show you the status of your vehicle and suggestion for repairs with all the cost listed, store representative very patient and nice in tone,feel welcome and friendly. If the cost of the service or repair can be more competitive that would be perfect for a local auto service Overall as a first time visitor is a good experience. read more

I got there and the guy at the front, quoted me almost double of what was quoted over the phone (785)... The guy was also very rude and I would never let a person with his customer etiquette touch my precious Jeep GC... Needless to say, I didn't get any work done. Luckily, I went on Google and found this amazing place and the best part is that that you checked out my whole car without even me asking and explain me this situation and had incredible customer service went back later on to fix the issues that my car they had sent it to Euless location and a guy named Gary helped me through the whole situation with 30 years of experience. If I could give this place less than one star I would. Originally this place was very courteous, but after they worked on my vehicle and caused an issue they became rude when trying to resolve it. I took in my vehicle for an alternator replacement and no other issue. They fixed that and I went to pick up my SUV and noticed my check engine light was on after. Brought up to their attention and now they want to claim my light was on at the time I took it in when it was not on at all. Do not trust this place at all now I'm having to take it somewhere else to be repaired paying over $1600. Stay away from this place! read more

Extremely Disappointed - Beware of Stress-Free Auto Care, Euless I went to Stress-Free Auto Care in Euless for a simple oil change, and it turned into a nightmare. They told me the drain cap was stripped, but my van was completely fine before I brought it in--no leaks, no issues. When I questioned them, they told me to tow my van back to the last place I had the oil changed. That was six months ago--how is that even possible? Instead of taking any responsibility, they said my van wouldn't hold oil and gave me two options: tow it somewhere else or pay $793 to fix it at their shop. I felt trapped and had no choice but to let them fix it. I truly believe this happened due to their carelessness, yet I was the one who had to pay for it. To make things worse, the manager and staff were rude and dismissive throughout the whole process. This place is anything but "stress-free." I will never go back and do not recommend anyone trust their vehicle to them. read more

Car was taken in for service and it was returned with the same problem. I went back to inform then and they said the car will not operate 100% good because there are inherent things to fix. Now after this place put in a new thermostat - my Jeep is overheating and I have been stranded in a small town only 3 days after getting it fixed here. strongly DON'T recommend using this shop! read more

Scheduled my car for Sunday morning appointment today replace a front headlight. Shawn and his team were prompt, professional and very efficient. Shawn even sent one of his team members to go and pick up the needed parts as there were no parts deliveries on Sunday. I didn't know that I could have brought my own part. I thought that was exceptional customer service as he could have asked me to return during the next week. I appreciate his valuing my time and helping me determine the needed part.
