That the front pads should be checked at the next oil change, but would probably hold until even the second oil change after. Cut to now, one oil change later at another auto service center, my front brake pads are GONE and I've run through/destroyed the rotors. (The "40%" brakes were squeaking even when I left the Tire Store Service Center in January, and have sounded the same ever since.) What should have been a $150 service today is now upwards of $600 and has impacted other things in the vehicle that will need repair soon. This mechanic seemingly set me up to come back and need huge repairs later, under the guise of "looking out for me" and banking on me returning to them for the repair and taking more of my money. Scammy and predatory. I would have told you I had a decent experience in January but now I wish I had never stepped foot here. Today's mechanic also showed me how the rear brake pads that TSSC replaced were also done over damaged rotors, and I was never informed of any of this. Phenomenal. What a joke.

The shop assured me repeatedly, even after I expressed concern, that "everything would be perfect." Spoiler: it wasn't. Before I could even inspect the wheels, they rushed to mount the tires--triggering their "no returns once mounted" policy. And guess what? The wheels don't fit. The bolt pattern and hub don't line up. Completely unusable. When I asked for a return, they flat-out refused. Even after Asanti themselves said they'd accept a return if the shop initiated it, the shop refused to lift a finger. So I'm stuck with a set of wheels and tires that they guaranteed would work--and don't. To make matters worse, they promised to help me resell the wheels. I gave them 90 days. They never listed them. They sat in the back of the shop collecting dust--until I picked them up myself. One of the wheels was damaged. This shop has zero accountability, zero integrity, and zero respect for their customers. They'll tell you anything to get a sale, but when the product doesn't work, they vanish. My 2009 Kia Optima would stall in the middle of driving or when attempting to drive for the day. The lights would flash, dashboard would light up but the car never turned over. Finally after multiple mechanics, I decided to take it to Parra for a full diagnosis. Justin had a few hunches what may have been the issue but they did not resolve the problem. It became difficult to troubleshoot since the car had to be inoperable when I brought it to him. Unfortunately the car would eventually start without a resolution. So Justin stuck it out with me and tried one last ditch effort. My car had a key fob but it broke years ago and was never replaced. Justin recommended buying a new key fob since the issue imitated an alarm being activated. While this seemed far fetched, it ended up being the resolution. This incident occurred three months ago and I haven't had an issue since. The car would stall once a week, run for three weeks and stall again.
