Avoid This Shop at All Costs - Shady, Dishonest, and Completely Irresponsible I trusted this shop to order a set of Asanti wheels and tires after being promised they would fit my car--despite my initial plan to buy directly from the manufacturer, who guarantees a refund if there's a fitment issue. The shop assured me repeatedly, even after I expressed concern, that "everything would be perfect." Spoiler: it wasn't. Before I could even inspect the wheels, they rushed to mount the tires--triggering their "no returns once mounted" policy. And guess what? The wheels don't fit. The bolt pattern and hub don't line up. Completely unusable. When I asked for a return, they flat-out refused. Even after Asanti themselves said they'd accept a return if the shop initiated it, the shop refused to lift a finger. So I'm stuck with a set of wheels and tires that they guaranteed would work--and don't. To make matters worse, they promised to help me resell the wheels. I gave them 90 days. They never listed them. They sat in the back of the shop collecting dust--until I picked them up myself. One of the wheels was damaged. This shop has zero accountability, zero integrity, and zero respect for their customers. They'll tell you anything to get a sale, but when the product doesn't work, they vanish. Our truck needed two tires and we were swindled/scammed into buying the name brand tires Nama that they promised would last at least 50,000 miles but didn't even last 30,000. We paid over $200 for each tire. What is sad is we thought they were honest and we were grateful for their kindness but the quality was not good at all. We tipped them and even bought everyone lunch is how grateful we were. Unfortunately we got dubbed. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. They will try to scam you into purchasing extra tires. I went there for a simple wheel balance and the guy said there was a bubble in my tire and that he couldn't balance it. I asked him to show me the bubble and he just rubbed his hand on my tire to which there was no such bubble in my tire. These guys are dishonest people. I drop the truck off on Friday they tell me truck will be ready Saturday early afternoon. I get a call Saturday afternoon telling me the lift didn't make it in (mind you they confirmed all parts were in). 6 days later i get a call that the truck is ready only to find out the rear passenger wheel is different than the rest. No attention to detail and excuses for days. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Dealt with the owner Jay and his brother and I have to say they just don't get it!! read more

Texas Tires have nice rims, great brand new tire for less than 100 each. Also they provide no credit check loan for tires while you pay monthly premium but I think they will check your employment. The guys working here are nice and very honest. I have been here many times and these guys will check you as soon as you drive in front and they fix my couple of flat for free. read more

Three weeis later and my duramax still isn't drivable do not use them for lifts bumper wheels or tires. They fried my batteries by hook in up light in the rear bumper wrong. they returned the truck with lights still dangling and loose in the fromt bumper. made it back home after waiting 2 weeks to get all that fixed drove less than 700 miles and my front driver wheel is about to come off. Now I'm waiting on a new wheel and am currently stranded again three weeks total right now goin on 4. spent 10k on all that I plan on spending 60k for a lawyer read more

My son had a flat tire ( his $1500 tires/wheels he had just financed at Texas tires) they would not honor his warranty and wanted him to refinance 1 tire at $185 plus $70 to balance and a new application fee of $150. They were trying to rip him off and have him pay $405 for 1 tire?? RIPOFF I went back and told them to take the tire/wheel off. Absolute worst and very unprofessional!! I was told by Hazim to show up after 11 AM and the tire I ordered would there. I show around 11:15 and Hazim tells the tires are not there and it would another 45 minutes and they would be there. So I leave and come back and they still don't have the tires and tells me they are on the way and to have a seat. I tell him I dont have all day to wait and to cancel the order. Hazim then tells me he didn't like the way I talked to him when I wasn't even rude and in his exact words"He doesn't needs customers like me!" Please elaborate on that Hazim! Am I supposed to be a happy customer when you cannot deliver on your business commitment? Is that a normal business practice for you? If you can't deal with people, then I suggest finding another line of work. Got rims and tires from this place in April had to have brakes done on my car went to take the rims and tires off and only had 3 lug nuts on my 5 lug nut rim and they and stripped out where the lug nuts went check your stuff before you leave oh and that was on the 3rd trip there read more

Usually have a good experience every time I go in but just a few weeks ago I hate to say I didn't, it's not the workers on the floors fault they work their hardest and get the job done. I came in to get a new tire after a blow out and they wanted to charge me $70 for a new tire I said "okay cool not a bad price" they tell me I can use snap financing to pay it off which I was already low on money so I went ahead and tried that, got approved and they mounted my tire and everything for me, here's the kicker they never discussed how much it would be on financing I assumed it would be less than $100 because of interest she just gave me an app and I read it in and out plus I have a 700+ credit score NOPE $450 FOR ONE TIRE to add on to that they told me they where gonna call the cops on me because I didn't finish the application even know they told me I was good to go and I sat there for 20min while they mounted the tire and no one decided to tell me that?!?!? They where rude to my father and my father is the man to keep quite and do his own thing but at this point he had to say something lady wasn't having it and just being 100% unprofessional, ended up paying $450 on the spot because they wouldn't let me revoke my app. I'm not putting 100% of the blame on them it's also Snap Financings fault they also didn't seem to wanna help over the phone but they attitude of the lady at the shop contributed to this review, sorry guys you are usually great but what the f*** is this. read more

Horrible! Order a lowering kit from them since my tire shop does not do suspension. Carlos quoted me $800 installed. I agreed for him to order the kit and was going to use their Snap finance to pay off in 100 days. I receive an email while at home of my signed lease agreement and explained right away to snap and my bank that i never received the product not had anything installed. How is a lease agreement signed and completed when i know nothing of it. Then was told i am being charged an extra $150 because of finance charges. Spoke with Monique at Snap finance and was told they never heard such a thing and they only have an initial payment of $39 and nothing extra. Carlos at Texas Tire said he would adjust the price since i never got it installed and would lower the price. They signed the lease without my consent. Upcharged me $150 and disguised it as labor charge. I have the text messages to prove all of this. Have called several times and still has not adjusted the price and committed fraud. Nothing Carlos is doing to fix the issue knowing he is scamming people and their finance company is of no assistance. They side with the company that they earn business with. Don't get fooled by these guys. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Spoke to Snap (12/6/17) and they too contacted Carlos as they put me on hold and he is still sticking to the price he fraudelantly signed when i never had the equipment installed and tacked on extra charges and disguised it. Oh btw, they charge you a 25% cancellation charge if you cancel any order after telling Snap finance there is a no cancellation and non refundable policy even if neither product was not delivered or work performed by them. Have been dealing with this since October. Could only imagine the headache it would have been if i ordered wheels and tires from them. read more
