Called ahead of time with no answer so I drove 16 miles to find out that they are the most expensive wheel repair in the area, they charge $145 per wheel wow! Oh and also be careful around that area there was a few shady characters hanging around the side of the building. I was told that if I brought cash that the price was negotiable, but according to the rude lady Theresa at the front desk I am ignorant and this is a myth.

I came here for an emergency patch on a tire that had picked up a sizable chunk of metal. Not only was I taken care of immediately, but the whole experience was surprisingly pleasant despite the fact that I am very particular about my car and not used to/comfortable with others working on it. The tech answered all of my questions and concerns with patience and professionalism, and I was impressed with the level of service I received (he even used torque sticks!) Upon cash out I was also treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by Teresa, who was very friendly, and when I asked for the tech's name so I could leave a good review, I found out he was actually the owner. Fast and easy. Came here for a plug since i had a nail in my tire. There was no wait. It was $6 for the plug and since I was already here and the service was pleasant I got an inspection as well. They are bilingual (Spanish/English). The waiting room was clean and they have a water/coffee station available. I would recommend this place to anyone especially women since the lady that took care of me was very approachable and made the whole transaction less intimidating since I have zero knowledge of car maintenance. read more

I took my vehicle there and it was a bad choice. There is no one there that is certified. also they get universal parts "which is the cheapest" and charge you high price. That shop is a backyard shop. No Master Mechanic nor anyone that knows what they are doing with out google. I would not recommend. Had to pay out of pocket and take it to dealer cuz they couldnt fix it but they took my 2700. dollars . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY CUZ YOU WILL PAY DOUBLE read more

For the past two years I've stopped in and received GREAT customer service in addition to fast quality work. READ IT BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS PLACE - They ask their friends and relatives to write fake reviews to fool customers, there are only few true reviews. These people are the biggest cheater, Mother and her son try to snatch your hard earned money by making different stories, for example the tire change and balancing is every where $10 but these people will make stories and various justifications to charge you $26. They will tell you different price of items and once the work is completed the price will change giving different justifications. They offered me a tire of my car for $79.00, once job completed the amount they want to charge was $ 190.11 when I asked questions I was told that tire 79.00 + removal of tire $ 15 + installation of tire $ 23 + disposal of old tire $ 3 + balancing of tire $ 18 + putting the wheel on the vehicle $ 21 + tax $ 31.11 and total price $ 190.11 When I showed that I am upset and I do not agree, then the lady said OK you give me $ 180.00 and I refused then her son said OK give us $ 170 and I still refused and told them they can remove their tire and I do not need it then they replied that to remove they will charge me $ 55 for the labor they have done.......... Good prices, you can negotiate especially if you pay cash. Not the most professional outfit but they did a great job repairing a wheel my wife destroyed. Faster than waiting at discount tire for 2 hours. My tire install took 20 mins. read more

I can't say enough about how great these guys are! They have new and used tires, the do oil changes, mechanical work and it's all about customer service with these guys. If you live in the Mid Cities area and you need tires (new or used) or mechanical work, you need to try these guys. read more

This location is a hit or miss. I've been here a few times due to cheap tires when the shop down the road is out, since I'm already over here. The tires will shake, the lug nuts late stripped, and you have to come back to get it fixed or replaced. I bought a used tire early September, 2 days ago it started wobbling, yesterday it popped. I called this morning to see about getting it replaced. The lady was nice and adv that yes within 30 days I can get it replaced if it wasn't a nail. GREAT!! I told her I'd be in later that day. The website says they close at 8 pm. I show up at 6:40pm and she says they are closed. When I said the website says 8 she told me that the website hasn't been updated in 4 YEARS!! I asked, "so there is no one who can change it? I called and let you know I'm coming?" She advised no one is here to fix it and they turned the compressor off. Then mentioned how they are closed in Sunday's, which the shop is open 7 days on the website. I asked for a refund she said no refunds due to it being installed without defect already but they will replace if defective....??Long story short don't get anything from here get everything in writing. Pricing is incorrect and information is inconsistent. read more

DO NOT buy rims from these guys. Lack knowledge about rims for your car. 5 trips and still have wobbly rims. Weren't aware of the need for hub centric rings. Keep ordering wrong parts. Not only that Andres FORGED my signature on the finance documents. Never again! Save your money, go to a more reputable rim shop. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair! When I brought my car in it was…read moreperfectly drivable but vibrating at rest. I was given a list of repairs to complete on my vehicle and I initially declined a transmission flush because my stepfather who is a mechanic in another city advised against it. Alan would not take no for an answer on this. After I expressed concerns multiple times, he assured me his mechanic said this service needed to be done. I hesitantly agreed to this and other repairs totaling $1900. When I picked up my vehicle it was no longer drivable, stalling every time I idled. They said I would have to pay $2500 for transmission repairs to make my vehicle drivable again (which I refused given the vehicle was not worth that much). The very first thing I found on Google is that it is NOT advisable to perform a transmission flush on a vehicle over 100k miles because it will worsen the problem and cause the vehicle to stall (my car had 160k). When I expressed frustration with this I was told my transmission was already shot before they began work and it wasn't their fault. So why did they advise me do nearly 2k worth of repairs knowing my vehicle would likely become completely unusable? Also, Alan was very aggressive, defensive and rude. I had to ask him multiple times not to raise his voice at me since I was not speaking to him that way. Clearly they either do not know the first thing about transmissions OR they maliciously did this flush in order to require me to pay an additional $2500 to get my vehicle working again. They did refund only the cost of the transmission flush but I am still out $1600 and have a car worth less than 1k after their service. I have been advised I could take them to court over this but decided I need the peace of just being done with this situation. Please don't trust these people with your vehicle!

I bought some new tires and rims from Discount Tire in Granbury. I had to take it back twice to be balance. They tried to tell me that because my rims are black and glossy that the machine cannot balance them. I took it to TX Tires in Granbury and Alvin road with me and felt the vibratio. He took off all the original weights and started from scratch. We text drove it again and it ran super smooth. I recommend to go see Alvin at TX Tires in Granbury. read more
