I waited a good 45-50 minutes and then another 35-40 minutes for the actual oil change. Again they were busy. Afterwords my car was working great again all was good with world. All of the staff were very friendly and explained everything they were doing as they went along. I do love that you get to stay in your car, opposed to Walmart you have to go inside & wait. So all & all good experience would go back just try to be there right when they open if you really want that instant oil change!

My red flag went up when my son returned with no inspection result receipt. I asked my son if the technician asked to see valid insurance card, which he did not. Then I asked my son, again, if the technician gave him a copy of the inspection result, which he did not. And the icing on the cake, the technician asked my son to pay in cash $30 instead of a credit card because the machine was not working. Obviously, the inspection was never done so it is not in the system and my son is out $30. It makes me very angry to think that a place where we want to trust our safety of the vehicle is scamming a high schooler for a measly $30 and potentially damage the trust and the brand of Jiffy Lube. If you are the franchise owner or general manager, pls train, educate, and weed out the scammers from your crew because it will bring your shop down at some point. I am planning to escalate this issue to the corporate office so they are aware of the gap in the field operations that could be a risk. I don't care about losing $30 bucks but the fact that someone from a reputable establishment is willing take advantage a high schooler is the part I am most pissed.

The salesperson today informed me there was "Sludge" in the engine. I ask how he knew and he pointed to the dipstick and said see the color change from light brown at the top to darker brown at the lower portion of the stick was "SLUDGE". As an ASE Master Certified Auto technician I don't think the normal coloration on the stick is "SLUDGE". It's not uncommon for any oil change place to recommend additional services. But they need to be more factual.

Everything was explained clearly and the process was very efficient. Manager Ailey really stood out with her customer service. While I was waiting she made sure I was comfortable and even offered snacks and drinks, which was a really nice touch. Toward the end I realized I needed to replace my wiper blades as well. Unfortunately I had already bought some from AutoZone earlier, but they still took the time to talk through it with me and make sure everything else on the truck was good to go. Overall the service quality, professionalism, and value were excellent. The staff clearly cares about the customer experience. I'd definitely recommend this location
