1st I have to say I went on a Saturday morning at around 9am so I'm not sure how instant of an oil change I was expecting, but at least faster than Walmart, which it was not. Granted the service reaches far beyond that of Walmart but so does the price tag, so I guess you have to pick your battles. I waited a good 45-50 minutes and then another 35-40 minutes for the actual oil change. Again they were busy. Afterwords my car was working great again all was good with world. All of the staff were very friendly and explained everything they were doing as they went along. I do love that you get to stay in your car, opposed to Walmart you have to go inside & wait. So all & all good experience would go back just try to be there right when they open if you really want that instant oil change! read more

Got a quick state inspection (really just an emissions test now...) and the workers were super friendly and helpful, both in letting me know how long it would take for the cars in front of me to finish and in guiding new cars into the proper lanes so we all got serviced in the order we arrived despite there being 3 lanes. read more

Is there some shortage of oil change supplies going around? Over the last weeks, I tried a local Jiffy Lube (which didn't have the right oil) and a Take5, twice (they didn't have the filter I needed, and when I came back days later as asked--still didn't). When I went by the Valvoline on Rio Grande, they didn't have the right filters either--BUT THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT SOMEONE TO RESTOCK, which took maybe 15 minutes, and now my car is finally serviced! The whole team, especially Angel, was courteous and friendly, and even spent extra time helping me turn off the "service overdue" notice on my dashboard. I usually come here for my synthetic blend oil change (3+ visits) as I am usually in and out pretty quick. I would say just dont use groupon coupons. You pay for the discount not the total. I paid $60 for the groupon and still had to pay $67 for the oil change. That doesn't make sense to me and its like Groupon and Valvoline are in cahoots on how to get money. read more

Over the last several years, I've gone to the same shop for my oil changes. Usually, they would check and top off my fluids. Well, I guess what I was told, was not the case. Less than a week of my oil change, I was out of: wiper fluid, and coolant. I had no idea I was out of coolant until my car went crazy with alerting me of overheating. Again, I was told everything was topped off, I didnt know I needed to confirm that before leaving. I'm very thankful for this auto shop, after needing to immediately tend to my overheating car, they were less than a minute away. The manager helped me understand what happened, and made sure I safely hit the road once all was corrected. This day, they definitely gained a new customer. read more

I should've known not to come back to this location after the last time when they took my information down and then didn't have the correct oil. Now, I'm 6 months pregnant trying to get a routine oil change. After I've already waited *and paid* and asked what was taking so long, I was informed that they had an issue with the oil gasket seal and "someone was running to auto zone to replace it." To be honest, this review is also serving as documentation in case something goes wrong with the new gasket seal because they are not cheap. And neither is the engine of my car should something end up wrong with it. I was offered 20% off my next oil change (wow!) for the trouble but declined as I will not ever bring a car back here. read more

Stopped here twice in one week to get an inspection. The first time there was no inspector because they got sent home early. The second time their machine was broken. That's strange. Don't go here for inspections. I won't go here for oil changes either. read more

Had my first stay-in-the-car oil change and it was a great experience! There was a little wait, but I stayed in my car, they explained what oil I needed, checked out my car, and changed my air filter. Everyone was super nice and very patient. I'll be back! read more

Short story: Don't bother with this place. Just go to Lonestar lube on Harwood in Euless. Long story: They jack up their prices to compensate for the $25 discount coupons. They were passing out $25 discount coupons to everyone who pulled up. An oil change at other places I have been to around the mid cities area were cheaper with no coupon. They moved in slow motion. I waited in line about 40 minutes to get inside to an oil change bay. There was one vehicle ahead of me which was already inside when I pulled up to the bay. I sat next in line waiting 40 minutes for them to finish an oil change on that vehicle. The waiting room was four chairs in a small room used for storing batteries and some other parts. No drinks or customer amenities of any kind other than a bathroom. Instead of draining the oil through the oil drain plug, they used a sump pump and stuck a suction line down the dipstick tube and sumped the old oil out. This method does not drain the oil as completely as using the drain plug. Their full synthetic oil was more expensive than other places I have been. I had them use the half synthetic blend to save some money. They did appear to get the correct amount of oil into the engine because they let me see the dipstick. But the oil came out of a line that was hooked up to an oil tank in the basement. They did not appear to have any oil in bottles. I like to see what I am getting. So I can only assume they actually put in Valvoline max life like the printed receipt says they did. They did not check the air pressure in the tires nor did they top off the windshield washer tank. Most oil change places do both of those things. I'm done with this place. You never know until you try something if it's going to be any good. I tried and now I know. I will go elsewhere next time. read more
