Took my wife's 4Runner to get oil change at lunch. I bought the oil. Told the guy I would pay for filter and labor. Another guy said it was done. I told him when I saw my oil still in car it wasn't. I found the first guy I talked too and told him. He said he would change it for me. I told him I would pay for filter but should be comp the labor They still charged for the whole thing. Not cool. I've been coming here for years and went in last week for a state inspection. As usual the service was fast, professional and what I've come to expect from the establishment. Before I started driving new cars there were times when I went in and they'd let me know of issues I'd be running into soon. They never pressured me a sell but let me know they could do the job and eventually they did. They're pretty good on prices and I trust them. And when it comes to diagnosing automotive components TRUST is a big deal. There's a lot of scammers out there waiting to tell you that you need $1000 worth of work when it's just a loose gas cap or old battery. read more

The technion i had today was strait forward honest and friendly my vehicle is 22 years old i know it has it quirks. He didn't try pushing unnessery Procedures. It's that time of year when Texas calls for a state inspection. I just had my hair done, and was looking for a station nearby. Luckily, I found the right place. For a Wednesday, their parking lot was full. Some cars were actively being serviced. I parked my car in the adjacent lot that was like the overflow area. I walked up to the station, and gave them my current insurance information and key. They had a little waiting area with chairs and restroom. My chair was not warmed for longer than 10 minutes, and the inspection was done. I paid the $25+, and my car was driven out with all the paperwork ready in my car. I highly recommend this place for state inspection. The workers were very fast and efficient. Fantastic customer service. Until next year! read more

NOTHING BUT RESPECT! I also have been a customer of theirs since 2014. Would never take my car anywhere else. First of all, every time I pull up for service within ten seconds I am greeted at my window with a friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and most definitely RESPECTABLE team member(s)They assess the situation, (even if it's just a bunch of sounds you make to mimic like me) they will tell you your options, invite you to sit down but never too long. It truly is Xpress. What I appreciate most is how I am talked to about my car. They explain all things in words I actually understand! As for that prior comment of craziness I think she may have confused the name with another business. This would NEVER happen at any given time, on any given day, I could show up.... Always a good experience. After trying everywhere else in the area, having techs try to convince me that I need new brake pads and air filters--when they're like 3 months old--I came here. They change my oil, then top off all my fluids, air my tires, for one price, and I also have them do my inspections, even had them change belts and work on my struts. I leave with the feeling they're fellow humans and not corporate minions, which as a decent person and electrician I identify with. Keep on rocking, Pitstop!! read more

This crew is top notch! They are friendly and super fast! I've never waited more than ten minutes to get my oil changed. And when they are done, they will show you the dipstick to show you the oil level and the color. I've NEVER had a shop do that before. I highly recommend them! It is currently pouring down rain and I have just left this location. I had been to Walmart trying to get my oil changed and my battery checked. After getting ignored and then told it would be a 3-hour wait for my oil change and if I wanted to get my battery tested I could try to flag somebody down in the bay, I was a little irritated. I did a Google Search and found these guys just down the road. They had a Bay open when I pulled up and had me drive right in. They checked my battery, changed my oil, changed my wiper blades, checked all my fluids, and checked and aired my tires as needed. They were very sweet young men and took excellent care of me. They were very efficient, and I was in and out. I have just moved to this area and don't really know much about it, but now I have found my go-to guys for my car maintenance! read more

Have used this location for quite some time now. Get my oil changes & inspections there.Before my husband passed away he always checked all fluid levels & tire inflation. Just yesterday I had my car inspected & asked if they would check these for me. They did & told me to come in every few months for them to check these again at no charge. My dad introduced me to this place and I'll never take my truck elsewhere. Before finding PSX it took me 5 trips to a Kompetitor Kar shop without finding out why my check engine light was on, then I went to PSX and it was resolved the first time. The crew is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. But...I'm actually writing the review because of my visit today, I went in to get my brakes replaced, was called back shortly after with brand new brakes, at a price that was less than the last place I used. Last week I went to have my car inspected and was sitting in the waiting room looking at the tech guy working on my car. I noticed he looked puzzled and I was wondering what was going on I noticed that he called the other tech guy for help and I started to get even more curious to what was happening. Both techs were near my gas cap side and they were looking at each other, finally they called the Senior tech guy and all 3 of them were trying to figure something out. The senior tech walks away and the 2 young tech guys were looking for something, 5 mins later the senior tech comes back and he is holding a small piece of string. I am telling myself great I did not pass my inspection. To my surprise it was the plastic string that snapped off from the gas cap. I was pretty upset because of what I witness when the 2 techs were trying to figure out how to fix the damage. The senior tech tells me that it was broken and this happens a lot especially with old cars- that even got me mad. I have a 08 Subaru Outlook LL Bean edition that I keep up to date and in good condition. I told them this was in good shape and had no wear and tear at all. He takes me to the car and shows me the machine that he uses to attach the gas cap too and to my surprise that machine has a hose that they had to stretch around my car to connect to the gas cap. The gas cap plastic string will stretch to a point and it will break. I disputed it and they left the ticket open until the manager called me the next day. The next day I finally called the shop and Spoke to the owner and he agree to pay for the new cap with the string. I called my wife to have her stop by and pay for the inspection and to also pick up the new gas cap and the Senior tech tells my wife that there was no need to be mad about a gas cap. I was mad because I take care of my things especially my car. My wife told me that he was rude she snatched the gas cap and inspection receipt from them and walked away. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything. This will be the last time I go to this place for both cars read more

This place is great! It is very low pressure as far as add on's go but if it needs replacing or fixing they will certainly let you know. They take great care of my wife when she has to take her car up there as well. They even do small repairs. I love having a place I can count on to take care of my investments the way these guys do. This place ruined my oil pan by stripping it. They forced a nut to try to stop the leaking of oil. I had to go to the dealership to get it fixed. Once I spoke to the owner he didn't want to responsibility for his employees work blaming my car for having 160,000 miles which makes no sense. When the dealership advisor try to talk to him he still made excuses. Stay away from this place!!! I never got a refund from this place or an apology to try to help me pay for what they did at the dealership. Don't come to this place ever horrible service and no accountability just finger pointing. read more

I brought my car in thinking I had an oil leak of some kind. Was told there was no leak - that the car was old & just burning the oil quickly. Asked for me to bring it in with every other gas refill. Had my daughter take it in & she was yelled at & told there's nothing they can do bc the car is old. I took it to my former mechanic Adam's Auto in Euless (used to work in Euless-tried to find closer mechanic after switching jobs). After a 5 minute inspection (& without me telling him my suspicions that I had a leak) he informed me I had a gasket cap leak. I DO NOT recommend Pit Stop Express. I DO recommend Adam's for all your vehicle issues! read more
