Alan C was exceptional. An older tall mechanic greeted me. Very nice, guided me to my seat... They performed full synthetic oil change, replaced cabin filter (which was sooo bad due to no company prior being able to figure how to get it out((Nissan Altima)) and replace it), windshield wipers premium w a year coverage, and they put air in my tires as requested! Everybody was so professional. Alan C was professional as if he was GM. Just so professional and good at his job. That's refreshing. Not easy to find nowadays! Most employees act as if you ruined their day by showing up. Everybody has bad days but sometimes it feels like the world is having a bad day all at the same time! They went the extra mile spending about 40 minutes or more trying to get out and put my cabin filter back in. It's very difficult apparently and I've had other places tell me they couldn't do it! You don't know how good it feels to not have my car constantly smelling like a wet dog!! Lol I drive A LOT. He also layed out and priced exactly what I would be needing next oil change!! I always come to this location to get my oil changed. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They do not pressure you to get any extra work done. This particular time I also got my state inspection done, so I love that I was able to kill two birds with one stone. The waiting area has complimentary coffee, air conditioning and a tv. While waiting for my oil change one of the technicians was on his phone, speaker phone no less the entire time. The lobby got to enjoy (not) hearing his conversation with his child about Halloween candy, what he wanted for Christmas, what he wanted for dinner. I could go on, but I won't. He continued this conversation as he proceeded to go in an out between the office and cars making me wonder if he was working on cars was he paying attention. And when he was checking people out all you could hear was his child trying to get his attention or his wife trying to talk to him. SO ANNOYING. He should have stayed at home he obviously was more in tuned to what was going on there since he couldn't take his phone off speaker the ENTIRE time I was there. Ugh. This has been the best JL until the boats took a day off I guess. Day after thanksgiving I get here here bright and early. No one in front of me. I want an oil change and tire rotation. 45 minutes later I tell them tojust let me have my car ands skip the tire rotation. Oh, we're all done. I go out and they still have two tires off. A crew of goofballs standing around watching one guy work, two guys standing around in the garage. One car is up on the car lift with a tire off and a guy talking on the phone. I have been going here for 10 or more years. I called because I felt they overcharged my son for a cabin air filter ($49.99) which is just crazy. had a stern but never cursed or degraded staff. said I wouldn't be returning again. hung up the phone. it was shameful to charge anyone that for a 5 minute job. Cody ( apparently the Manager thought it was a great idea to call my phone back a few minutes later and tell me not to speak to his staff in that manner. he didn't need or want my business. buyer beware. customer service definitely gone from this establishment. proceed with caution. I came in for an inspection. I pulled up to the front entrance, walked inside and stood there for several minutes waiting for service before wandering outside to see if anyone could help me. The guys in the garage seemed to be avoiding eye contact and really wouldn't engage. I gave up and walked back inside and after a few more minutes the manager walked in with another customer. He was pretty quick to point me to the bay I needed to pull up to and expressed that the inspector would be able to help me. He explained there was only one car in front of me so I should be next. I pulled around to the assigned bay and sat there for a few minutes. Nobody approached so I grabbed my keys and insurance and walked back into the waiting room a little confused about what I needed to do. I was a little concerned that the inspector wasn't even aware of what I needed. Eventually, I walked back outside and found the manager to whom I had spoken earlier. I asked him to whom I needed to provide my keys and insurance, he took them and provided them to the inspector. As expected, during these several frustrating minutes, another customer had come along and was served prior to me. My time is important to me, I expect that I will be served in the order of arrival. This annoyance was due to a lack of communication. They got it done next so two stars. read more

I've reached out several times for them to correct the problem, even reached out to the corporate office. No follow up has been conducted and I'm still with a damaged car. It was my day off and needed to get my oil change. I stay 5 minutes from this location. I pulled up and they asked what I needed. I told them I needed a oil change ( synthetic ) there Was a car in front of me that they said that they were about to be done in five minutes I literally stayed there 40 minutes no one came to check up on me I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were busy and going to come by any second and they didn't. I asked a gentleman that was passing by how long and he gave me a rude response and said 15 minutes which I was already there for 40 minutes. Just because ladies pull up and the "guy" think they can treat them differently will not work for my money. Scam artists, honestly. The first time in was for an oil change, while I was there they suggested I get new brakes (at the time I did need them). However he told me the front brakes looked bad, and when I told him they were recently changed and it was the rear if anything that needs replacing he told me that he didn't know because he didn't look. If you didn't look then don't offer me additional services... That already rubbed me the wrong way and I told myself I'd never return, but came back a few months later because I needed another oil change and they were the only ones open near me. So here I am again for the second time, same guy pulled me aside and recommended new wipers then gave me two options, one was less than expensive than the other - so I obviously chose that one. I go sit down in the waiting area and about a minute later he comes and pulls me aside to inform me that they don't have the less expensive option, only the other ones. At this point we were expecting rain for the rest of the week so I let them do it...these blades are loose as hell and make loud noises. Not to mention this time, the oil change I received was only good for 1,000 miles. The sticker said to come back in X amount of miles (which was 1,000 away) which I've NEVER heard of. I get oil changes A LOT because I use my car for driving around the metroplex for work and never have I ever had to come back in less than 3-5K miles until that experience. I thought maybe it's because I hit a certain number and this time it just needs to be a quick turn around - no! I went to another place today and I don't have to go back until almost 5,000 more miles. I think I'll stick with them instead and avoid being hustled by these clowns. read more

I had oil changed here 8/15/20 woke up 8/19/20 to go to work. As I backed out driveway I noticed a path of oil. I stopped and found that the filter had come loose and was leaking badly. I drove to the shop less then a quarter mile away. As I arrived I saw someone opening they garage doors in front. I tapped my horn as I passed and pulled to the back. I got out of vehicle and knocked on garage door. The young boy turned away to go back out front. I knocked louder and motioned him to come to me. He came over opened the door and the first thing he said was "we're not open". Surprised and upset at that I said "I didn't care, you need to fix this. I need to get to work" he again told me "but we aren't open". My thoughts were if you're not open then why are you opening bay doors? I told him again "open or not you need to tighten the filter and get it fixed so I can get to work. Now take care of it!" I was very upset by now. His response was to argue with me saying " you don't need to come at me like that" I responded by telling him he needed to do his job and take care of the issue. As I was texting my supervisor I was watching him. After he added oil he told me he was done and I could leave. I told him I did t see him tighten the filter. His response was "we only hand tighten the filters." Very upset I said "well that did t seem to work very well the first time so go get a tool and tighten the filter" He again argued with me and said "it may cause damage the filter" I told him "I don't care get a tool and put a quarter turn on it so it's tight" he did it. As I got back in to leave I asked who the manager was. He said the He was the acting manager. I kinda laughed and said someone will be hearing about this poor service. His response to me was "well if you weren't such an ASSHOLE maybe it would be better ". I was shocked. I told him I would be contacting their corporate office and hoped he lost his job. The corporate office was indeed concerned and had the owner contact me. He was very non concerned about it. Said that "this didn't sound anything like him" he said he would talk to him about it. I asked that's it? He offered no compensation until I asked. He said he could refund half. I told him to think about what he would do for me and call me back. I've never heard from him or received any refund. I would never recommend using this location to anyone I know. Horrible customer service. If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. I went in to get my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube located at 800 W Bedford Euless Rd, Hurst, TX 76053. When I drive up I asked the technician how much it would cost. He said 49.99. I went into the waiting room and when my car was ready they told me the cost was $80! I didn't request a synthetic oil change but since the car had been serviced there by a previous owner with synthetic they just assumed and used synthetic without asking me after they quoted me the non synthetic price. I told the person at the front desk and they took off $20 but that was still more than I was quoted by the technician a few minutes before. They also said my car died and they had to jump it. I've owned this car for months and that's never happened. They said they had to jump it and I needed a new battery. I'd been driving the car all day with no problems! It's never had a problem starting. This location is a joke. They have horrible customer service and lie about their prices. They also lie to get customers to spend money on unnecessary repairs. Been coming here for years with different vehicles. Today I brought back my infiniti for conventional oil service. It was done fairly quick and Surprisingly no one question anything on it like air filter being dirty. So might be true but got to my car and saw my front floor mats very very dirty and looks like they ran vacuum a couple times becase you could see traces. My windshield was dirtier like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. It was like looking thru some dirty glasses. Unfortunately pictures don't capture that. I mentioned it to one of the guys and he did offer to pull it back in. But i was going to have to wait till they moved other cars. I don't come to get an oil change because of this services but it did make me wonder. If they are doing this bad on this stuff, how bad of a job are they doing filling fluids and most importantly changing the oil. My invoice says they completed all these things. When I pulled into their parking lot at 12:15 on a Friday, a kind employee opened my door and escorted me into the waiting area. I needed an oil change and asked if they would also check the air in my tires because I was driving to Austin the following day. He said it wasn't a problem as it's something they already do with each routine service. I was told it would be about 15 minutes, but I wasn't sure if that meant total or until they could start on my car as 4 people were waiting ahead of me (it's first come, first serve). There isn't much inside but it's air conditioned, has a TV, coffee station, and even a soda machine. They called my name 15 minutes after sitting down and said I could go ahead and pay since they were nearly finished. I had an email coupon for $15 off so my total came to $29.87. Besides the oil change and tire check, that price also included them vacuuming my floorboards and even cleaning all my windshields. Did I mention all of this was done in under half an hour too? I will most definitely be coming back to this location the next time I need an oil change. It's quick and the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. They let me know it was time to get my transmission checked as well but weren't pushy about it the way other places can be. They had me back on the road again a little before 12:45 and on with my day. Thanks guys! read more

I enjoy their welcoming and fast service but now I'm wondering if they are charging for things they aren't doing. I have a Jeep and asked for a five tire rotation to include the spare. They took the spare off but then put it back on just a little differently. I wouldn't have even realized it except the last company that rotated the tires wrote "sp" on the back of it. I had taking my car for an oil change last week and this week I could not open my hood, therefore I want back to them to ask why I'm not able to open the hood since they were the last one to open the hood to do oil change. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes for a state inspection per car. Upon arrival, I was told there were 2 vehicles in front of me, but they were almost finished with one of them. They also said it's typically 10 minutes per car. I ended up waiting exactly 55 minutes before I was told what needed to be fixed, then an additional 5-10 minutes before I got my car pulled around. When I saw my car pulled up to the front, the lady who parked it went inside the office to lay down my keys and quickly left. I waited another 5 minutes before I finally grew impatient and went outside to ask if someone could ring me up! Any other place I've been to for a state inspection has me in and out within 15 minutes at max. I've even gone to the jiffy lube in Arlington and they ALSO had me in and out last year. It is not a matter of being thorough, either. My car is not even two years old. I will not be returning to this location after today. read more

Dane was very diplomatic and filled with integrity-- my car is now running smooth sailing. All in all, I recommend this location especially for a first time oil change.
