Service as expected. My sister-in-law drove in from Vicksburg, MS, needing a 100,000 mile service on her Lincoln Continental. Trying to get the same service done in MS was way more expensive. Jack had the car done in the time promised and the price was under her quote. Smiles all the way around. I will always recommend this business because Jack, will make it right. That's why I don't believe the negative reviews. There's more to that story than people are telling. My SUV was in their shop for 6 weeks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They never came back to me with a diagnostic, every time I called (once a week) they always aid the same thing..."we are still working on it" they claimed they were too busy[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. My daughter and her family had their truck breakdown on the way out of town. It turned out to be a simple but elusive electrical problem that Jack was able to find and fix. He found another problem along the way from someone else's older work. He fixed that, and when it turned out to be unrelated, he didn't add it to the bill. I called in requesting information like any consumer would like to be assisted with. The person who answered the phone sounded like I was wasting her time with her rude tone. Both times I called I felt the same attitude. After reading other reviews also seeing one with someone having the same experience with the same person I spoke to. I rather give my money to someone who doesn't make me feel like I'm bothering them so I took my car somewhere else. read more

We have a old 71 C10 and had taken it to a couple other repair shops in this area in the past couple years for simple work but we're not happy with the results. They talk a big story but don't really know what they are doing in the end. We got word that Trinity was the place to go. I stopped in to talk to Jack and felt that he knew what he was talking about, especially with older rigs like this. We are very happy with the simple fix Jack found. Price was very fair and truck runs great again. We have already scheduled to get additional work done with Trinity after the New Year. Recommend highly. read more

Was referred here by a friend. I had a bad thermostat that gave me a check engine light. I had the code read at Auto Zone and called Jackie about the repair. She told me to bring it by and they would get right on it. That was 11am. By 4 she called and said the part had just arrived at the shop so they would have it first thing in the morning. By 9am she called, it was ready! Great communication and service. As a new first time customer I expected them to have the car a few days, they totally exceeded my expectations and did a great job. My car was not covered in grease or anything. I highly recommend Trinity if you need work done. Family run shop that knows what customer service means! read more

The mechanic, Jack, definitely knows what he's doing. I've had both my '64.5 Mustang and my Toyota worked on here. Each time, the cost was higher than is typical for either car, but for a local repair shop, convenience was worth the extra money. However, passive aggressive is not. The problem starts and ends with the front desk receptionist. This dark-haired woman - whose name I don't recall - has to be a relative of the owner. Why else would anyone put someone like this as first contact for their business? The first few times, I chalked it up to her having a bad day. But after the third time of feeling like a robot would have been warmer, I stopped making excuses for her. She has zero phone etiquette or people skills and could win a gold medal if Aloof were an Olympic sport. If you don't know cars, good luck getting any details about any proposed repair from her. The estimate to fix my horn was over $400. I was ready to proceed despite feeling the cost was kinda high. But the aloofness continued and I finally decided I was done. I paid the $65 fee they charged to diagnose my car and had it repaired in Southlake instead. For $260. Buh bye, crankypants. Maybe this review will alert you to the fact that being patient and at least pretending to care about your customers' concerns. read more

I just recently took my Bentley GT to this shop for something that both the dealershiip and private import repair mechanics deemed major and wanted to charge me 3 times aa much. This auto repair shop was more than reasonable and went over and beyond to get the job done timely and for a fraction of the cost. They arw very trust worthy and straight forward about your repairs and the cost. I was so satisfied I decided to take a second vehicle to him for service and diagnostic. I usually dont trust ANYONE with my vehicles but I highly recommend this place. read more

Expensive. Do not go here! Charged me money for just glancing at the vehicle and that was right after the lady warned about auto shops that jack up fees on you after they complete the work. What a joke! $100 an hour for looking at it! A bunch of scam artists. Avoid at all costs! read more

The staff is very courteous and accommodating, offering to take you where you need to be while your car is serviced and then they pick you up. When my car repair needed additional parts, Trinity Automotives called to let me know the additional cost, even though that cost was minimal. The best part is this is a small business that doe not have the unfriendly nature of chain repair stores. read more

Can't attest to the workmanship yet as I just drove off the property but the customer service/communication is pitiful. They completely misrepresented the cost. Jackie quoted me a price of $408.73 over the phone. I called back to approve the work with Michael. When I picked up the car Michael gave me the bill for $643.18! He was unapologetic and even indignant. He claimed that he gave me the total when I approved the work. He seemed to remember this "fact" even though he couldn't remember if he had spoken to me or my husband. As if I wouldn't notice a 57% increase in the cost of the work!!! I am an engineer and take meticulous notes. I double checked the notes I took when I got home and sure enough the total was $408.73. I had no other number written down except for $845 which was an estimate to replace another part they claimed I needed. They appear to have a one-and-done mentality in that they valued $243.45 more than they valued building a relationship with a new customer, who has four cars in the family, by working out a miscommunication that I am certain they know is their fault. read more
