No issues there…read more However tried to tell me my power steering and brake fluid needed changed because it was "nasty" and that compressor in my car wont turn on. Was going to be over $500 for everything he suggested. I passed. Went home. Checked all that for myself. Brake Fluid? Clean. Picture of my "nasty" brake fluid needing changed attached. Compressor absolutely turns on. I can HEAR IT. Didnt bother checking power steering because so far all ive seen is confirmed lies. Basically, if youre willing to be ripped off, these are the guys to go to. Theyre gonna drain your clean brake fluid AND your wallet all in under an hour.

Car lost power while driving. Scary situation…read more This was recommended by AAA to tow my car to. Mind you, they were just about closing. Or were closed already. The doors were locked and Tim still opened the doors up for me. Opened the garage door to store my car overnight. Filled out some paperwork and was told that they may have issues getting the codes for some BMW's, but will update me. I thanked him for allowing me to come in when they were essentially closed up and I went home. The next day, Tim called me and updated me. Broke down what was needed to be replaced and how much. Even said that there weren't any other issues that needed to be addressed at the time. I agreed to everything over the phone. A few hours later, my car was ready. That was pretty fast considering what they needed to change is quite difficult to get to. Tim explained everything when I was to pay. A bit out of the way from where I live, but I would definitely come back here with Tim's exceptional customer service.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with NRH Auto. After everything I've been…read morethrough trying to get my car repaired, finding this shop was truly a blessing. My Audi A4 had gotten to the point where it sounded like it was ready to fall apart. I had previously taken it to the dealership and was quoted over $1,500 to replace my left wheel bearing. Because I simply wasn't in a position to spend thousands of dollars on a repair right now, I had tried going another route with a mobile mechanic--and unfortunately ended up getting ripped off in the process. Needless to say, by the time I came to NRH Auto, I was frustrated and honestly a little apprehensive about trusting another mechanic. When I arrived, I spoke with one of the owner's sons. He took the time to look up the part and put together a quote for the repair. The initial amount was still a little outside of what I could comfortably afford, so I simply asked if there was anything they could do to work with me. And they did. They were able to get my repair done for about half of what the dealership had quoted me, and there was no sacrificing the level of service. My car was completed in approximately 2 1/2 hours, and they even dropped me off at my home nearby and picked me back up when my car was ready. What stood out to me most was how I was treated. I never felt pressured, taken advantage of, or like they were trying to add unnecessary repairs. They listened, worked with me, and got the job done. After dealing with a dealership quote I couldn't afford and then being taken advantage of by someone else, I think I've finally found an honest, skilled, and reasonably priced mechanic shop that I can trust with my Audi A4.
