There were very few people in the dining area when we arrived. We were seated promptly and put our drink orders in. Shortly thereafter our server took our order. 6 original and 6 smoked Cajun dry rub with a side of waffle fries. Ranch dressing on the side for both. After approximately fifteen minutes our food arrived. They had given me the wrong wings. Our server, Amya was great! She was very apologetic and re-ordered the correct wings. Unfortunately when they arrived they were grossly overcooked and over seasoned. Maybe I should have kept the original wings I was first served. I'm not sure what is going on with this Hooters, but it is the absolute most boring Hooters I've ever been in and EXTREMELY understaffed. I'm writing this as I am sitting here and I literally just watched the manager (who is also cooking) throw his head back and tossed his food in his mouth and we've been here well over an hour.... If I had read the Yelp reviews, I'd wouldn't have gone at all. It was late and it was the only thing open. I tend to discard reviews from people who only have 1 or 2 reviews. Great or bad because I think it's almost personal BUT I agree, it's not a true "Hooters" experience. There were NO smiles or pleasantries. They don't have menus and are so slooooow cleaning the tables even when they are nearly empty ..... But ..... I asked for boneless wings and tenders, mixed in Daytona sauce. She came back and said she didn't think they could do it. Then she said, "I shouldn't have bothered you, I think I can do it." Our group came for a late lunch and to sit on the patio and watch a baseball game. We weren't in any hurry (THANK GOODNESS) and fortunately we were all in good moods, because I don't think a single person's meal was correct. Also, not only did everyone's food not come out at the same time, but it was staggered over the course of about 45 minutes. Our server, Lauren, came by right away and took our drink order then after bringing the drinks, took our appetizer order. Very pleasant and friendly young lady. Shortly there after she took our main order. The beer cheese pretzels came out pretty quickly, hot and fresh. We ordered a slew of appetizers bcus they were half off and I'm limited on food choices due to my tummy plus we were starving it was 10pm. The Cheese Quesadillas were great according to Jordyn. Kylah had Mozzarella Sticks and they were delicious. My gf ordered the Tex Mex Nachos and she sent them back due to taste. I had the Buffalo Chicken Dip and she took that bcus I didn't like the consistency of it. I also ordered the Loaded Tots and they took so long to come I cancelled them. For entrees they had Wings, Grilled Shrimp, and the Cheesesteaks. Everyone loved their food. Terrible service as usual. Took my son here for his birthday as he requested. He wanted to sit outside because it was nice out. We sat and waited for 45 mins without anyone bothering to say anything. A waitress passed us 3 times and didn't speak a word. After the first ten mins waiting, I went inside and asked the waitress to come assist us, she looked at me like I was bothering her, said "okay!"
