This was my 1st time at a Hooter. We ordered Buffalo Wings and Lemon Pepper Wings for an appetizers, they were delish. We asked for all flat pieces and without a problem Erin our waitress made that happen. We ordered Fish Tacos for our main course, I had the fried and my friend had the grilled. I didn't care for the fried at all, the batter was a bit much... My friend got the Grilled Fish Tacos and his was delish!!! The manager came over and politely took the Fried Fish Tacos off the bill. Then he bought us another round of Passion Fruit Margaritas. Now that was a nice touch, all the times I've been out and if I didn't care for something I was never offered anything but, we'll take it off the bill. Hot fresh food, good service, never made to feel rushed-- not a bad night! We went for the Thursday night all-you-can-eat ($12.99) boneless wings. Though we can all admit regular wings are better (that's Tuesday night), we had a surprisingly pleasant experience. The wings were hot and fresh and contained more chicken than expected. The sauces were plentiful and tasty, the blue cheese dressing was okay. My husband's $5 margarita was weak but large and pretty. Our server, Gabi, was as nice and attentive as could be, always checking in on us and smiling. What more can you expect from Hooters? It was my first time at hooters today. Nia was our server!! She was great! Very freindly and attentive. She smiles through all the chaos. We ordered 3 appetizers and drinks. Everything came out just as we ordered it. It was a little busy, but its a new place and maybe need to get the feel of the traffic and staff the kitchen better.People behind us were complaining and walked out, people next to us were yelling at Nia. She apologized alot and handled the situation accordingly. We got our wings to go, Nias honey bbq recommendation and my son loved them! Thanks Nia. Went here because my kid wanted a pretzel from the farmers market and it got rained out. Their pretzel bites were super burnt and the cheese dip was yucky. Wings were disgusting, but I remember from 20 years ago that wings at Hooters are always disgusting. Definitely not a place for wings!!! My kids picked at their food, I picked at my food, we won't be back. They were very kid friendly though. Food was not good. No one answers the phone when you call to place an order, when I asked the waitresses about the phone issue no one seemed to care. They did not include the sauces for the chicken for my to go orders. Food was so dry and greasy. Not impressed. Only one of the waitresses was helpful and very nice I believe she was the trainee. Wonderful management! After traveling all day to see a concert in Foxboro, my friend and our two daughters were looking for someplace to eat. Unfortunately nothing...and I mean NOTHING is open 24 hrs in that area. We finally came across this Hooters and pulled into the parking lot. As we got out the manager and an employee came out and explained that the restaurant closed in 5 minutes. They also confirmed that nothing else was open. But after hearing our story, the manager, Mario Castro, generously offered to serve us some salads and fries to go. Even though the kitchen was closed, he went and fixed us the food personally! This was my first time and waited super long on a Tuesday night. The first order of wings was great. I order 6 flats mild flavored but the next order of wings came back breaded n wings only after I told my waiter I only wanted naked and flats only. I didn't want to wait for another 30min for the next set so I ate a piece and asked for a box to go. Unfortunately because it was all you can eat I could not take the rest to. If I was informed that I can not take the rest to go from the very beginning I wouldn't have ordered more. Over the customer service was great but the food tasted like burnt oil. We went the first week they opened and had some issues. We wanted to be fair and returned Saturday night and this was the Hooters we knew from vacation in Florida, As I was honest with my criticisms the first week I wanted to be as honest about this week... Great friendly service (and we tested them!), casual but delicious food done just the way we asked. Between us we had the Nachos(loaded),wings, burgers, sliders and buffalo chicken sandwich and my wife had the fish tacos which she absolutely loved. She had enough to bring home the leftovers which our son devoured within 10 minutes of us arriving home. Slowest service ever. You buy drinks and they dont have you order food for 2 hours. Asked for reservations and they said they didnt have any when they do hold reservations! Went for the drinks and food. Get there the waitress tells us the frozen machine is broken; can only do drinks on the rocks, which was fine for us we don't really do frozen drinks. We order our margaritas which arrive 20mins after we order our drinks and food. The margaritas are disgusting they used the syrup you use for frozen drinks not margaritas on the rocks. Send those back. We order apps a simple chili and plain nachos. Those never came. Our food which we placed the order at 7:19pm did not arrive to our table until 8:45pm and the food was all wrong and cold. At this point we are over the whole night/experience. Maybe this establishment will get better as the weeks pass. Who knows maybe the town of Dedham sent waitresses/cooks to sabotage the place since the town was opposed to Hooters being there in the 1st place. Highly disappointed. Worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. 2:00 on a Saturday, there were a few full tables and about half the bar was full. There was never a hostess so we finally sat at the bar just to get a table. 15 minutes later the bartender finally took our drink orders. 15 minutes after that we decided it was time to go. I never once saw a waitress at any table (people were looking around for one), a hostess, a busboy, or really any employee besides the one bartender. We told the bartender to cancel our iced tea order. I'm not sure she ever intended on bringing it in the first place, she certainly wouldn't have taken a food order anytime soon. First of all, let me start by saying I consider myself to be a bit of Chicken wing connoisseur. And that being said, I have always really enjoyed the chicken wings at Hooters. That's why I was so excited to hear that a new Hooters was opening in Dedham MA. The Restaurant itself was clean and well put together following the traditional Hooters décor. I went on a Thursday at around 1:00pm and the restaurant was relatively slow (we counted about 4 tables with guests and three people at the bar). Off to a good start, but unfortunately the experience missed the mark due to the service. The best way to explain it would be to say it felt like the teacher left the classroom, leaving the students in charge (and no, Im not an old man...well not that old anyway) :) Our server wasn't rude by any means, but she wasn't very friendly either. But it was the wait that was really frustrating. It took an unusually long time for our order to be taken, for our drinks to be brought to us, for our 20 wings and buffalo shrimp appetizer to be served (which both came at the same time). No one came over during our meal to ask if we were ok (or needed a re-fill), and when it came time to get the check, I literally had to get up and stand at the entrance way of the kitchen and flag down a waitress who was engaged in a playful discussion with one of the cooks. We really didn't see anyone on the floor for more than a second while we were eating our meal. It's really too bad, because as far as the wings and shrimp go, everything tasted great. But as we all know dining out is about the experience, and as a result of this experience I will not be back. My friend and I go to this hooters every Friday to meet up with one of our buddies that works in the area. We order the same thing almost every time to the point the waitress behind the bar can normally guess our order. The first time we went the order took over an hour to come out. We figured it was a one time thing and the place is pretty new so we didnt really care too much (manager also too some money off the order due to the inconvenience). After today's visit let me say WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. I ordered a Chicken sandwich which came out in decent time, but they gave me fries instead of the onion rings I ordered, sent it back. Then came out with the onion rings and I noticed the bread was MOLDY, sent it back again. To be honest I was ok with them just switching the bread out so I could get the meal down. After 20 minutes I just asked if I could get it to go. The cook came out to deliver the meal not in a to go box and dropped the side dipping sauce. To me it seemed like the cook was on something and I would never trust this guy cooking anything. On top of everything, when we were talking about how ridiculous that I found MOLD on my bread, one of the other waitresses had tried sticking up for this cook that was clearly on another planet. On a high note, Stephanie behind the bar is great and she deserves the one star I gave this review. honestly she is much better than that place and should find work in a better establishment. read more

Service did not even deserve a one star but had to ! First of all this is going to be very detailed because as you can tell I was not happy with service at all !! So I came in with a group of 5 ,our first time and the worst experience we ended up having a very rude server her name was " KAMANDA ", me and my cousin ordered two simple easy drinks one was a Red Bull and vodka the second was cranberry vodka , finally our drinks came it tasted odd not vodka at all and my cousins drink did not taste like what it should we had everyone else try them just so we know we weren't making a mistake they all agreed it tasted like tequila , as the server walked our way I kindly called her over and asked what type of alcohol is this she goes tequila i go We both said vodka she goes with out being apologetic "well you guys weren't specific what kind of vodka you wanted we use this type of patron that's similar to vodka , " and than she just said how we don't serve vodka I asked you guys don't have any grey goose or some different vodka She rudely replied like an idiot with an attitude "no we don't have grey we don't serve it here or vodka " I was literally across from the bar looking at a large bottle of grey goose as she was speaking I go what do you mean you don't serve vodka I'm looking at a huge bottle of grey goose behind you she replied with an attitude well you weren't specific with what vodka you wanted I'm like your working here you should know you never even asked what we want you just left like seriously there's patron similar to vodka ? She basically does not know the difference between vodka and tequila "oh so because the customer doesn't say what type of vodka they want you put tequila ??" Where did you find her? And did she get any training ? , After all that she rudely again slammed our drinks" by the way they were correct this time " on the table didn't even apologize about any of this she just was a very mean person maybe racist? And not to be harsh but she deserves this since she likes to slam drinks in people's faces she had bad hygiene smelled really bad it was not cute at least she should learn about hygiene I would recommend that and learn her alcohol since she has this kind of job she should learn how to wash her armpits and hair I mean this place is new do they want to gain more customers or just shut down idk why you would hire a person that is allowed to speak this way to costumers and expect to have a good review , if this kamanda apologized I wouldn't even bother I never even do reviews but by far this was the worse experience and first time ever to hear someone say how vodka and tequila are similar , but honestly this review is not about me not wanting to come here again I will in the future I'm not going to let this rude person ruin it. it's a nice place to hang with friends and family but I would prefer to be treated with respect and not served by rude people like her read more

This was probably the worst service I've ever got from a Hooters. We would go to the bar and wait 10 mins before anyone would acknowledge we were there. We made the mistake of going there a couple times hoping service would get better. The worst service came from the girl named Kamanda. She was our server one of the nights. She would come by once every 30 mins. Our food came out cold, two of the three orders were wrong, and we had to beg her to bring us new beers every chance we had to. To top it off, we needed her to split the checks as we were there on business and each had to expense our dinners. For some reason that upset her. First time at hooters and it was bad my waitress didn't card my friend for drinks both of them are 19 they had no problem with that but I did cause they can't handle their drink, food took to long so it was cold I asked for Pepsi and got dr.pepper and she charged me for extra wings that I didn't ask we ended up buying deserts and we notice the girls had a surfboard desert that we probably could've got,I'm disappointed , they should know what they're doing especially being around all the great restaurants they have in Dedham. The girls are friendly but I notice they stand around to much talking instead of serving the customers. When we called her over before saying anything she ask if it was cold?. If you knew that before hand why serve it? She took it back and 20 minutes later we got our wings but still no pickles or onion tower. Maybe 10 minutes later we got our onion tower but still no pickles. When we were just about done our pickles finally showed up and that is when I asked for a tooth pick. After a half hour I finally asked her if she was done chopping down the tree for the toothpick. She rolled her eyes and walked away. I have a question are the wings supposed to come with carrots and celery? We only got 6 small sticks that we paid 89 cents for. Well the manager knew what had been going on so he was very polite over his apologies but if I am going in there to pay full price should I have had to deal with so many issues without sending something to the table for free or a few dollars off the bill or a coupon to give me a reason to try them again? I noticed our waitress never came on her own to check on us or even smile but if there was a table of all boys and or drinkers she spent much time standing there talking and smiling. I have been coming here about once a week for the last few months and have noticed a marked improvement. I sit at the bar so that's what I will be reviewing. Now that it seems like they have a regular rotation on Friday and Sat's things have run much smoother. Steffany ( sp? ) is excellent . Friendly and fast , considering she is usually by herself until 5pm or so she hustle's around always smiling and the regulars I see there really seem to like her. Emma is very petite and I think has shown the most improvement. She has become very good at remembering regulars and semi regulars drinks and even their typical food order. I have seen her show extreme patience with some very difficult customers. Always smiling. Britney is very outgoing with a large personality who interacts with every customer. Constantly laughing so much she should probably be tested for something( Nobody is that happy. ) . The food has also become more consistent although on occasion I have had cold wings and have seen orders come out wrong but yes when it is busy I have noticed some confusion out front to be seated. Saugus , Ma is very good at having a server out front at the podium seating people . Maybe Dedham should implement this procedure during busy times. read more

THIS PLACE WAS AWFULLLLLLLL. I suggest you stay away at all costs. My best friend wanted to have her birthday party here, And this is what happened: So I call them around noon and one of the dumb girls on the phone said they do not make reservations and that I would have to try my luck when I get there. So i show up at 8pm on a Friday night and I told the nice gentleman at the desk I have a party of 15, and he asked if I had a reservation!??!?! So I tell him that I tried to make one and he got me a table about a half hour later. When we got the table it took FOREVER to get drinks and the waitress was rude and the food was disgusting!! So then half my table leaves due to my best friend (Birthday girl) she got punched in the face by a huge man! Then security guard comes out and tells us to pay our tab or hes calling the cops and COMPLETELY ignoring the fact that she just got punched by a man. So I pay the tab and he kicks us out (instead of kicking out the man who hit my GIRL best friend.) Then one of my friends left their bank card there and we call the next day and get put on hold FOR A HALF HOUR, just to tell us they dont have it. Also the girl on the phone was very unprofessional dropping F bombs. All around terrible experience. And I didnt even expect the service to be great I mean its a bunch of bird brains with no clothes on serving you food, But the worst part of it all was they didn`t even have boobs or a butt or even a face! Stopped in today @ 1:30 with my husband to check it out. We heard the music blaring way to loud , place was nice , everything new. We were greeted at the door by 5 or 6 Hooters girls all laughing talking to themselves , one finally stepped up to seat us then realized the table was dirty . All of them seemed confused what to do next ,one started to clean the table and said never mind I can seat you on the otherside. We followed her as we passed the kitchen the girl swung her hair that landed all over a plate of food coming out of the kitchen No problem we are seated nice booth , trying to figure out who the vip was sitting in a booth behind us as several of the girls were hanging out with him and louder than the music. When he left we realized he was a mechanic from one of the auto dealers near by . Husbands chicken was good as was my pretzel & beer sauce. I rarely write reviews but the strange experience at the Hooters in Dedham has prompted me to do so. First I'll add that I have never been to a Hooters before so didn't know what to expect. Our party of five arrives, we are quickly given seats, waitress was nice and quickly got our order for drinks. Now the fun begins, or not.. Four of our five drinks come out right away. The fifth one got lost somehow and didn't make it the table for at least 15 minutes. Then we order, one of the two appetizers comes out right the second one was wrong., we decided to over look that and continued eating. We had the wings for both orders because that is what everyone talks about, well in my opinion they did not meet up to all the hype. Then we order five main courses, three of the five came out right, two were the wrong dish. One was corrected pretty promptly, the other took some time and came out wrong again! I have had dishes come out incorrectly before in other places but never to happen twice! Of course by the time our fifth person got his food the rest of us were done eating! Unprompted our server got the manager who was nice enough to comp that fifth meal and brought us little desserts on the house. That was nice. However when we got our bill everything was still on there including that fifth meal and the desserts which we only took because they were free. To conclude, the two stars go to the manager who corrected the bill a final time and for the wait staff especially Stephany who was awesome! I know this was not meant to be a gastronomic food experience but Hooters has been around awhile, should be a well oiled train by now!! read more
