Very busy - a lot of time between ordering apps and main, but they did nicely split the table by kids and adults and had the order aligned by each table. The adults liked the pretzel, chicken nachos grande (this was huge), and the main of a whiskey burger was ok, the sesame crusted ahi tuna was not bad but not my taste. Kids enjoyed the pretzel, calamari, sweet potato fries, mac & cheese, ice cream, vodka penne, and tacos. Service was super friendly, but took a while between courses and didn't refill water unless we asked... so a little bit less than expected. We were seated quickly, but that was about the only fast thing about the entire experience. We were there for 2 hours because our server was pretty much non existent. Very very slow and poor service. About 1+ hour in, the server randomly appeared and said our food would be out soon - we think she forgot to put our order in since the 3 tables that were sat after us got their food before us. My jambalaya tasted good but it had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. My drink was empty for a long while with no server in sight to flag for a refill. When I asked for a box and a bag she forgot to drop the bag, so I had to ask the bartender on my way out. Won't be going out of my way to return here, Fenway service is much better. read more

Back again and had an even better experience. Service at bar was still excellent, attentive bar tenders, quick service. Ordered the boneless wings again but lemon pepper rub this time, they were very good, larger portion and bigger wings. Not sure if the first time was ordered during happy hour. They were very tasty, balanced flavor and tender. Had one of the best burgers ever! The whiskey cheddar was outstanding. Ordered well done but it was not dry. We had an absolutely amazing experience tonight at the Yard House. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and our drinks were fantastic. I specially requested a coconut mojito, which wasn't on the menu, and the bartenders nailed it! Our server, Marissa, was very friendly and helpful. Since there were just two of us, we decided to share a variety of appetizers and one steak bowl. I was impressed by how thoughtful they were; they divided the steak bowl onto two separate plates for us. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and food! The good: A large spot, good music, tons of beer and drink options, and plenty of parking because it's located in Legacy Place. The bad: We didn't get any utensils because they ran out of utensils in their bin when we arrived. I feel like as a restaurant that shouldn't exactly happen. We finally got some after I walked up to the hostess table after sitting at our table for 10 minutes without any interaction. Similarly, a waiter didn't check on us (to take our order or give us utensils) for about 10 minutes after we sat. It's fine because we had more than enough time to browse the menu and chat amongst ourselves, but things like that feel noticeable in the moment. Nothing about the food was spectacular. Very enjoyable late lunch. We came by on a Saturday around 2pm the place was crowded but it is such a large space we never felt like we were in a crowd. We sat at a roomy booth and had plenty of space. It was good as we had a toddler along. Service was excellent. We had two servers and each was great. The food was very good and there were tv monitors going with any sport you might wish to watch. We were focused on the US Open. I got the Long Beach tea drink to start off with. It was pretty sweet and refreshing with the good weather. For apps, we got the poke nachos and Jumbo Bavarian Pretzel. The nachos were done in seconds. The fish melted in your mouth and sweet/spicy sauce was a great pairing. The pretzel was good but a bit doughy. For my main I got the Nashville hot chicken. The Yard House is a sports bar on steroids. Large space, giant menu, loud and lots of TV's to watch games. Is a good place to meet up and generally have large tables that are great for groups. The food is so-so....what you'd expect from a sports bar-and for the price I'd rather eat somewhere else. They do have a large beer list if you like to sample that. Full bar available. I came here to watch the game last week, and it was definitely below sub par. The only thing I enjoyed were the bartenders, but everything else not so much. Opted for sitting at the bar because it was an over a 30 minute wait during the week, and I am glad I did. Started with the "queso dip" as recommended by the bartender, and it was disgusting. There was a red sauce that they say they can't make the queso without, but there's no queso. Just the red sauce, and the sauce isn't appealing. Ordered boneless wings, and somehow we got traditional wings with bleu cheese although I asked for ranch. The bartender did notice that the wings were wrong and made sure to get us the right ones. The Wisconsin cheese curds were horrid, they taste as if they were freezer burnt and cooked the day before we arrived. Lastly, we ordered a wonderful looking pepperoni pizza. Actually, it even tasted amazing before I pulled out a plastic straw wrapper that was imbedded into the crust. I showed the bartender but she was not too happy about my experience. I appreciated her empathy but at this point I was over it. I had ordered a steak sandwich and lobster noodles but opted out as the experience wasn't great. The bartender did have the kitchen make a new pizza to go. She also got a manager whose name I think was Molly, she was not really interested in what happened nor showed any empathy. However, she did remove the food from the check, which we didn't eat anyway. I'm not sure id go back, or maybe just not this location as it doesn't seem they quite have it together. Haven't been here in a long time time I got the Wisconsin fried cheese curds as an appetizer and for the main meal I got the Mac and cheese dish, it's got chicken, bacon and mushrooms with parmesan, panko cheddar crust, white truffle. The curds tasted delicious lightly fried not greasy or oily great outside crunch and moist inside and and great pull the Honey hot sauce, horseradish aïoli dipping sauce was a great taste together with them. The Maui pineapple chicken has 4 major components. Firstly the chicken, it was moist and springy with overall a delight. The pineapple was savory along with its natural sweetness and tartness. The broccolini is where I find my biggest gripe it was incredibly thick on the stem and unpleasant to cut and chew through, I would also like the ends to have a better sear. Finally the sauce it was tangy and fresh but the sauce in the cup was disgustingly overpowering. All in all it was a great meal would order again maybe sub the broccolini for something else if possible. The table has been sticky every visit, including this recent one. The server/wait staff are very inattentive and you have to flag them down for service. We were in search of a Sunday funday spot since my friend is a Texan living in New England. We ended up landing on an old fave!! This location is huge and loved all of the east coast beverages on tap. They had a screen in the corner playing the Cowboys game so we watched them kick some butt. Great service at this location and it is in a wonderful shopping center with lots to do. Spinach dip was absolutely ridiculous!!! As in absolutely AWESOME. I typically don't like places like yard house but I love their apps and setup! Not five stars though because I haven't found an entree that I like. I thought it was really cool they have a computer on the table so you can order apps yourself but also to help you decide what drink to order based on your preferences.
