A big hoot for Hooters! Once in a great while God throws you an economical bone. Last night was one such case: It was Wing Nite at Hooters which means $14.99 AYCE wings. I called earlier in the day to double check if this was true as it seemed too good 2 B true in this day and age. Indeed it was true. I met the Jeffersons and Moey there that nite and was hangry. I most certainly was not there to play games. The hostess Gia seated us in our "usual" booth and she happened to be our waitress as well. We all ordered sodas (refills included) and all choose between Boneless, Breaded or Naked. We all chose Breaded except for Tams who chose Boneless. We all got different "sarces." Jefferson and I got Medium Buffalo and the gurls got Garlic Parm or Lemon Parm or something and BBQ or something. I augmented my Wings with Ghost Pepper Sauce and Hooters Hot Sauce and dipped in Bleu Cheese while the rest of the party dipped in Ranch. What ensued was a sowdown that seemed too good 2 B true... Plate after plate of delish Wings flew our way. I simply could not believe this was not a dream. 15 bucks for AYCE? And these Wings were "da kine" as well -hot n' fresh. Needless to say I ate until I could not eat no more. I do reckon I had 23 wings. Mind you that each round comes with fries. The gurls pigged out real good too but not as much so as me and Jefferson. These Wings were scrump AF. Our waitress Gia was ausum sauce. Wicked friendly and smiley and did everything perfectly in this melee of a sowdown. I'd like to say that, for the record, I never received an education. My parents were both swingers with a serious powder problem. I was often not a priority to them. That being said, I was never taught sex-ed. So for twenty years before my vasectomy I was dropping hot loads everywhere like I was a laundromat. There was a period of my life when I was with a different girl every night. I can only wonder how many of my seedlings germinated into little sprouts. I probably have 15 different plants now, fully grown. It was the 70's, what do you expect?! Hooters kind of reminds me of that time. More than two and half hours to serve a table of three. Our drinks were served after the meal.

We came in to hooters craving some buffalo wings & handheld foods . It took some time to even be greeted at the door by the host, I wasn't sure if we seat ourselves or if we were supposed to wait to be seated.. During our meal, I couldn't even hear my boyfriend sitting literally a foot away from me because the red head bar tender was BELTING every single song on the top of her lungs.. who also appeared drug while on the clock. The fried pickles tasted like the oil I sent my wings back after taking one soggy bite .. Moral of the story, if I ever decide to eat at a Hooters it will not be this location . read more

Food was meh. The mahi sandwich was dry. The ghost tequila shot had layers of flavor. Had a few of those. Service was great tho. Fast and attentive. There were leaks coming from the ceiling during the rain. No bucket, no sign- just puddles of water on the tables and floor. Came here to catch the Patriots game. I really want to love this spot, but it's tolerable at best. The atmosphere is great if you're into watching sports especially during the fall where on certain nights there can be basketball, hockey and football playing at the same time. There's probably about 40+ TV's here and it get rowdy (which is my thing). My server, Jackie, was friendly, attentive and quick. My issue comes down to the food. I've been to this location three times, once for wings, once for a burger and once for tenders. The food here just isn't of good quality even for a sports bar. My standards aren't very high either. In fact most of the time I think bar food is pretty good. I think it's a combination of the cooking oil they use and where they order the food from. I'm just speculating but I don't think it's that difficult to make decent bar food. The curly fries are okay at best, I finished them because I didn't want to waste any food. I'd come back here to watch the game and drink a few beers, but it's hard to imagine coming here and looking forward to eating the food. read more

Terrible service, food ok, waited too long, waitress more interested in flirting at her tables

The smoked wings were sooooo good. Would definitely get takeout there. I would advise against eating there though, since the service was super slow(took about 30 min just to take our cards after check was dropped). And our server forgot to give us our appetizer even though we had a small table and the restaurant was pretty empty. She was nice though, just wasn't satisfied with the service. Why all the hate here? I've been to Hooters Dedham several times each time the service and food quality were excellent.

Service was atrocious. We saw out server maybe 3 times. We were given our menus and waited nearly 20 minutes until our drink order was taken. We ordered pretzels and cheese and the pretzels were rock solid. Would not recommend. We came in on a Tuesday night and the place was not busy. 4 girls were working. This was ridiculous. read more

Came here for a few drinks and something to eat, While the bartender was really nice my food came out with a black hair in it, i have blonde hair. when I asked her to send it back and have it remade, she came back in less than a minute with the same wings. She didn't even try to flip them around or move the sauces. When she saw me look at them she said ' i promise they aren't the same ones' like that tells me they absolutely are. I understand cooks can be like aggressive sometimes when things get sent back and have servers take it back to the table with minor adjustments.. there want even effort in at least placing a wing differently, the less than a minute 'other wings' that was ridiculous. read more

I would like to say that I got bad service. However, the situation is that I GOT NO SERVICE! When I walked in there was no greeter/hostess so I sat at a high top in the bar area (the table next to me was occupied). After sitting for about 10 minutes I flagged the bartender over to ask for a menu and drink. Meanwhile a few girls were just yapping in the kitchen area and not paying attention. Got the drink and menu and sat for another 20 minutes or so. Couldn't get the bartenders attention again. The girls were still chatting in the kitchen area and couldn't get there attention. So I left... on the way out I wanted to voice my complaint to the now in place hostess. However, I couldn't pry her away from her conversation with the 2 bar flies chatting her up. As a restaurant owner I'm amazed that this place is still in business. How oblivious can a staff be. How corporate takes notice. read more

Very nice staff and awesome managers and General Manager was superior! Went there on a Saturday night with hopes of getting a good seat for the Lara/Hurd Showtime Boxing match. We were on a weekend getaway from NJ so I was happy to know we were staying near a Hooters. After being seated I asked our server about the fight and she advised that she would send her manager as she wasn't sure. Upon arrival, the manager was very apologetic in stating that their satellite service does not include Showtime and that they would not be showing the fight. He then said he would send over the GM in hopes that he could somehow resolve the issue. The GM approached the table and he too apologetically advised the same but he said he would throw some appetizers on the house to make up for the flub. That made a world of difference to our 15 person table. The servers even engaged our kids in a hula hoop-off. The kids were happy and I ended up pulling up the fight on my iPad, so no love lost! Amazing service and great staff made it a most pleasant experience despite the lack of the boxing fight! I gave 4 stars because of the lack of ALL channels in a Sports Package for a sports bar! read more

This was my order today. Asked for two slices of key lime pie--got a smashed piece of ONE--charged for TWO. The marinara sauce had no lid so the mozzarella sticks were all soggy, covered in slop. Looked like road kill. Couldn't even eat. Even the root beer--flat as juice. A 66-dollar order and I couldn't even take a bite. Oh by the way, the restaurant blames GrubHub. I guess it was GrubHub that didn't cover the lid of the marinara sauce. And as for the tiny little turd flakes of "chicken" that looked like someone already started eating before it got to my house--yeah that must've been GrubHub's fault too. Came here for their Grand Opening! I love the design and layout of the place. Everything looks super modern and updated from other Hooter's restaurants I've been to which makes sense because it's brand new! Kind of awkward when you first come in because typically you just sit where you want but it was packed so people were waiting to be seated. Seems like half the clientele have been there before but the other half were kind of confused without a dedicated hostess but luckily a man (manager maybe) was super nice and found a table for us. Our waitress was probably the friendliest I've had in awhile. We ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich which was decent. I was a little confused because it didn't have any sauce on it but that might have been my fault because I asked for mild? I'm not super familiar with how that works but I'll be sure to ask next time. We took an Uber there so we didn't have to park. I'm not really sure where the parking lot is because you instinctively want to enter right before Tesla (which is where I was dropped off) but there's no street there. I'm thinking the parking is in the back and the entrance for your car requires you to go into the side street versus being on the main road so no U turns required. I would love to see their weekday specials posted on their local social media accounts as well as maybe the beers on tap? I had a great time! We were seated immediately, but that was the only good part. We just left here after sitting for 15 minutes and no server came over. I understand it was busy due to the Olympics, but still even I as a server know to walk over and say "I'll be right with you!" Or a manager should be out taking drinks. The absolute last straw was when my fiancé pointed out that a table that was clearly seated before us got their order taken before us. As 10 minutes passed and no one came to greet us or take our drinks, I told my fiancé that if 5 more minutes passed by without anyone at least even taking our drinks, then we would leave, so that's how I know it was 15 minutes of absolutely no service. We left and went accord the street to Kelly's instead. My fiancé and I were expecting a leisurely Saturday afternoon and were going to order drinks, appetizer along with food. I used to be a waitress at a similar bar and so I know things get chaotic, but it was rude for a group seated 5 minutes after us to get served and not even a manager came over to at least take our drinks and appetizer. Very disappointed. At least tell us when seating us there would be a wait-but also there might not have really been a wait because like I said, a party that arrived after us were served before us. Whoever is running this bar has no idea how to manage. Showed up with a buddy of mine. It's 90 degrees out and there is no ac. The girls behind the bar are all wearing masks. When I asked why they said they would be fired for taking off the mask even though it's 90 degrees in the restaurant. This is completely bs you shouldn't be asking about health records first off. Please ignore the 2017 reviews, and the reviews griping about delivery. Let's talk about a Friday night in September, 2018. The atmosphere is lively, the service is very attentive, and the food is excellent! I had the smoked wings with General Tso's sauce. Simply amazing! Fresh, medium spicy, so good. I love that the onion rings come with horseradish sauce, like the Bloomin' Onion at the Outback. The buffalo wings were very tasty. Next time, we'll go spicier. Side salad was very good.
