I downloaded yelp just to leave this review! I arrived earlier than the time they gave me for my pickup, but the girls up front were super sweet. After one read my order before charging me and letting me know my food was almost out, the other girl kindly approached me at my table and asked if I would like iced water in a to go cup while I waited. They both gave me eye contact and it was refreshing to get good service from young workers. By the way I did not eat at the restaurant but I noticed the restaurant was very clean. read more

My review is merited because I've tried all of the Chinese restaurants here in Madera and this place is the best I have ever had. Their food was fresh, hot, tasty, the egg rolls were crunchy and delicious. This food really reminded me when I was a kid in Clovis and we ate at Kowloon Kitchen and I have to say it's better. I look forward to going back to try more dishes. Service was great. We did take-out. Ambiance was one of a Chinese restaurant we noticed plates on the tables and there was no food on them that was a good sign whoever had eaten ate all their food! This is the closest place to great tasting Fried Rice. I don't know what it is but there's nothing like NY, NJ & Philly's Chinese food. It has to be the water. I love everything we have ordered from here & the Orders are more than enough to feed my Family. I love their Lobster & Shrimp Bisque among everything else. I have been in a food coma since Thursday! Just kidding but seriously I have to leave a review for the new management here because she's doing an AMAZING job. We hadn't ate here in YEARS but saw the news and thought why not..so let's get to it! We called to place our order after the other place in Madera did not pick up the phone (you know who). Very pleasant lady picked up phone, was very friend and helpful. My wife cannot eat too many things due to a condition but she recommended so many options. After placing our order she said 15mins and it was ready. I ordered the beef and broccoli with white rice and it was delicious, the broccoli wasn't too hard or too soft, the beef was as delicious and the combination with the white rice was perfect, want to try the other rice next time. Now as for my wife she got the vegetable chop suey I believe, the sizing was hefty and it hit the spot. Decided to try the egg rolls as well, and mannnn! They were light and airy, the roll had the aroma of I want to say Cinnamon? It was something else, you guys have to try it! All in all, an amazing experience. Waiter/ cashier is super nice, polite, and patient. Felt no need to be in a rush and felt comfortable. Food takes not to long come out and they give you BIG portions. I got full with just eating a quarter of my food. It comes out hot which is good makes me feel at home when food comes out piping hot . I hadn't been to Hong Kong in years so I decided to try it out again. I got fried noodles , orange chicken, broccoli beef, teriyaki chicken,egg rolls and pork fried rice. The fried noodles great can't go wrong with those. Orange chicken was a bit to sweet for my liking but we still ate it all. fried rice teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef were all good. The egg rolls we did not enjoy. They had an unfamiliar spice that really overpowered everything. So I wouldn't go back. But the service was great the ladies upfront were very kind. read more

First time ordering, it was over the phone & they were very polite, informative and even asked what style I wanted my chow mein which were amazing options. Coming into the shop it was super clean ,ambiance is fresh , welcoming, it made me want to eat in their dining area. Food came out so quickly a small wait & we ordered a lot. The cashier gave outstanding service haven't had amazing service like that in a long time she actually has etiquette which many people lack nowadays in the food service. I got dinner here twice in a week it was too good. This will be our go to from now on. Prices are reasonable and portions are big. My photo is some leftovers a few days after and it's still amazing. Our first time trying this place. We ordered the #8 service for three along with orange chicken and egg rolls. Most everything was great! I am not a egg fu young fan so I could not speak to that but it was not a favorite. I still have them 5 stars because you got a lot for the money. Blue the socks off of Panda. Love the food love the customer service I highly recommend this place food is way cheaper than other restaurants in town.

We ordered sweet and sour chicken, shrimp fried rice and egg rolls. The food was good and reasonably priced. I also feel that we got our money's worth. The only issue I had was that when I arrived I asked for soy sauce and the lady at the counter told me it was in the bag, which was true, but there was only one packet for two people. Ordered Cashew Nut Chicken which was on the greasy side and needed flavor. Had to pour half a bottle of Kikkoman on it.
